marlboro ice blast
I have been purchasing Marlboro Ice Blast cigarettes for years and have always enjoyed and been happy with the product. The last 3+ packets I have purchased have been faulty - (purchased at Night Owl Duncan St, West End and Tobacco Station, West End Markets, Boundary St).
The tip of the cigarettes did not pop and release, as usual. The filter section of the cigarette was flimsy and soft and partly broken.
Usually, I do not make complaints about products, although with the price of cigarettes nowadays and the standard and quality I am accustomed to when buying Marlboro Ice Blast: I felt it mandatory I provide this information.
I would be happy with a full refund, or replacement. (Receipts/bank statements of purchase can be provided).

Dear sir/madam, I recently purchased a packet of Marlboro red cigarettes from my local newsagents, as these are my favourite cigarettes. On this occasion though, every cigarette in the packet broke off, halfway through smoking it. I am extremely upset about this, as they are quite expensive, and I do usually enjoy them. I hope this is a one off, or otherwise I might have to start smoking a different brand.

This is the 6th time i lighting a cigarette and the ball in the filter is missing or not working. I love the gold, AKA blue beyond range as i can only smoke menthol ball cigarette.
This is a waste of money as i then have to discard the "broken" or "not working" cigarette.
I'm paying for the cigarettes and don't get value for my money - not fair!

only 19 cigarettes in a 20 pack marlboro gold
I bought the above stated 20 pack of Marlboro Gold from Tesco Bromley (England) for £9.99 on 07.08.17.
At home, I opened the pack and found half a cigarette without a filter crushed and upside down in pack. This left only 19 cigarettes intact.
I am on strict 4 cigarettes a day reduction programme and the pack should last me 5 days.
This error has capsized my schedule as I am on a tight budget and can only afford one pack for £10 every 5 days.
Please refund.

I have been participating in the travel promotion I had only 4 weeks to go as I logged in today my access has been denied. I have used Marlboro for years and never had problems. I was really into trying to win gifts and to see different places to travel. I however did get a phone holder but as I was progressing through to the big prizes all of a sudden my access has been denied. I would like for this problem to be fixed and for me to continue through the promotion. also I don't think it is fair that I have been blocked and losing time of the promotion.

I got 2 packs of cigarettes, the first pack tasted stale, so I opened the other pack, and they also tasted stale. They both came from the same store. I've never had this problem before, so I'm sure you can imagine my disappointment when both packs were stale. I live in Manheim, PA but recently started a job rebuilding firetrucks in Landisville, PA. This is now my new Turkey hill as I stop by there on lunch break or in the mornings for my cigarettes. This is the 3rd time I have had to throw out a full pack due to them being terribly stale. The 1st stale pack was Thursday July 27th 2017, Friday the 28th 2017 on my lunch break and got another stale pack as I did today, Monday July 30th 2017. At $7.42-$7.46 a pack this is not cheap. The past few months I have bought your brand they have been stale and the last pack of bought the date that is was made was in 2007 I do not know why those were still on the shelves toy knowledge cigarettes are only supposed to be on shelves for now longer then 14 months I have went back to my old brand of newport due to lack of concern of all complaints that I have read or that my husband and I have sent please have your company take concern of this if you wish to keep your customers I know of ten or more people that have switched brands to to old cigarettes

I am extremely disappointed as I only smoke menthol, I expect a reply as this is unacceptable!
Being one of the best brands in South Africa - all checks should be done on each and every cigarette produces.
I understand that accidents happen but please make sure this complaint is addressed too.

I've been smoking Marlboro cigarettes since 1988 and never had a problem until these last 3 years. Thousands of dollars on smokes and they resonate down the cigarette leaving you with this horrible feeling for hours. This is some trick to get people to stop smoking ...well the news is I'm not going to quit..if I have to bring them to lab and have them tested then this is what needs to happen..am tired of this theft and fraudent product being sold as premium cigarettes. I've had both, good and bad..95% bad..the clerks at the store know me by other fools in the store or by picture..this is a no brainer in court..not only the manufacturer but the store selling them...please respond to my discomfort in this matter..

Ive been smoking Marlboro red cigarettes for 30 years, even through the change to FSC, and ive never had a problem with the filters being in such sad shape. Over the last 2 weeks, ive opened cartons and had packs that the cigarettes filters were unfilled, and flat. They weren't purchased at the same store, so there must be a bigger problem. Undoubtedly someone isnt doing their job. And they cant be returned after opening, or just walking out of the store with them. I put up with the flavor changed when the FSC came out, and learned to live with it. But this is ridiculous. Whats going on, and what are you going to do about this? I spend too much money on them, for them to be a inferior product. Somebody owns me some cigarettes!

I have been supporting Marlboro for quite a few years now. In the past i have had a few cigarettes (Marlboro red beyond) which for some reason didnt contain a menthol ice ball. Even through my dissatisfaction on the situation i let it be. Unfortunately it happened again today. It might not sound like a big deal but to someone who does not earn a lot a few cigarettes that i cant smoke can be very annoying. I only smoke menthol, Im not able and dont enjoy normal cigarettes at all. I still have the defective cigarettes for proof and thought i would bring the problem to your attention.

I would like to first say that I am very sorry to have to be the one to say this.
However, One pack of smokes that i have purchased had just one cigarette that had a chemical/plastic smell and taste to it. My lips felt numb just for a bit. As soon as i smelt and tasted the plastic i put the cigarette out. Im also sorry to say that this was not my first encounter. I did not save the first pack or cigarette but i did save this last one (cigarette and package).
It is unclear how just one could be affected and not the others. This has happened twice within the month. My last plastic cigarette was the 19th of July.
I have great faith that this can be resolved.

I bought a carton of Marlboro lights and 3 out of the 10 packs the cigarettes would not stay lit, I had to relight them constantly. Not a huge deal but a very big inconvenience that it took me so much time to smoke a cigarette. We get limited time for breaks and I spent more time fighting with the cigarettes then I did smoking the cigarettes. The problem kept reoccurring.

Upon relighting my Marlboro Red label fsc cigarettes they often flare up and have burned my nose/nasal hair on several occasions. Even once I sought medical treatment. I feel Phillip Morris should pay my medical bills or at least warn consumers to be careful when relighting extinguished cigarettes. I believe the incident occurred on Feb 14th of this year.

Hello. I had requested coupons for Marlboro cigarettes and received several by mail for one dollar off. I took it to my local Walgreens, and the cashier said it is not accepted in Brooklyn, New York. I've been smoking these for some years now and they satisfy my tobacco cravings well. I bought a pack and lit up a cig when placing it between my two fingers the cigarette paper crushed together this is when i noticed the filter was only a 1/4 of a good 100. There was a filter at the end than nothing but paper and than the tobacco. I hope this is the only one in the pack like because cigarettes are not cheap and a luxury I can only hope to afford!
