This is my 3rd time buying a pack of Marlboro NXT from a Speedway on 9th and Lincoln in Milwaukee, WI that is stale. I smoked 1 and it tasted fine. The next one tasted stale. I decided to try one more thinking maybe my taste buds were off the last time I smoked due to eat shortly before. However, the 3rd cigarette I smoked tasted even worse than the second one. All I had before smoking the 3rd cigarette was water. I love the Marlboro NXT. However, I have now bought 3 packs a total of about $24 that are stale. Please have your vendor or distributor check expiration dates on these things. I'm tired of wasting money on cigarettes I end up throwing out due to being sold old/stale cigarettes.
accused of fraud
Marlboro has accused me of fraud or at least that why one day I can no longer log into their website. I have no idea what they're talking about. If someone else has used my information, why would I be punished for it. I'm not sure if that's the issue, but I haven't done anything fraudulent so it has to be...? No appeal process or investigation. So I'm unable to access coupons ever again. This is what I get for being a loyal marlboro customer for over 20 years. Thanks Marlboro!

In denver co. Tried using the app coupons and it said i wasnt in the store that i was standing in. It opened up thr coupon when i pushed a different storw but the gas station didnt want to accept it. Now its tellong me ive used it already and cant try again until sunday. I had to buy a different brand that was cheaper because i didnt have enough money.

I just bought a pack of Marlboro Black Pack Menthol 100's this morning July 1st 2017. I opened the pack and there were 4 cigarettes out of this pack that had a few small holes in them near the filter. When I tried to cover the holes I felt a sharp piece in each of them. I pulled out the piece that is attached in the photo. It looks more like wood than tobacco and it punctured the paper of these cigarettes. This is my "go to" pack. I don't buy anything but these cigarettes and if my usual store is out of them, I go elsewhere to make sure I can purchase this specific pack of cigarettes. It has been this way twice this week when I purchase cigarettes. I did purchase them through the same store. I'm not sure if it was just that carton of cigarettes or what, but I just wanted to make yall aware of it. I'm out 4 cigarettes and wanted to make sure this didn't happen to anyone else. I have been a Marlboro consumer for 32 yrs and I have never had as much problems with your cigs until 5 yrs ago.
They catch unusually on fire and spit ashes everywhere as you first light them. just thought you know your product seems to be going downhill since all the hype about lawsuits and such shinanagans!
I love smoking; I will not quit, or cannot due to the power of nicotine!

Me and my friends were at a event in Queens NY a few weeks back, and we signed up for a Marlboro promotion. I filled out a brief survey and was told by the representative to fill out each question and we would get a email for free movie tickets. She read each question out loud, and there was a question about receiving alerts and emails from Marlboro. To avoid any spam, I told the representative to put no just like all my friends. The representative said that it was fine and we would still get our movie tickets. After weeks went by, my friends and I never received any emails so I called customer service. I was then told that once I opted for no notifications from Malboro in the survey, that voided my tickets. This is not fair and my friends and I were told the opposite. Will not be buying from this company again.

I bought a pack of Marlboro Smooth 100's [protected] in Ocala, FL. I have been smoking these for Years.
This last pack was just weird. When I would light my cigarette, it would light part of it but also light part about half way in so that the first half of the cigarette was just wasted. II have never had that happen before. Very strange.
The FSC code on the box is 0 283032 4 if that can help.

I've brought packets of Marlboro Gold Beyond. When I've opened the packed there were Marlboro beyond blue smokes in and if you pull the front cover down the original packet it says Marlboro beyond blue. The Marlboro beyond blue does not taste the same as Marlboro gold beyond.
This is a misinterpretation of the product. Some of the shops also had the Marlboro beyond blue on their system as Marlboro gold beyond, so all they say is that the product package changed but it doesn't taste anything the same.

I purchased 4 packs of NXT at the same store I go to everday. Out of those 4 packs, each pack had 6 cigarettes that had no menthol crush ball. If I wanted a non menthol I would have bought another cheaper brand. I stay with Marlboro because I am a loyal consumer and I will pay a higher price for quality. .Marlboro, you fell very sort this time and almost lost a long time consumer.

I bought 2 packets of molboro beyond red at the local OK mart on the 20th June 2017. This is a brand that I smoke. When I opened the first packet I discovered that 2 of the cigarettes never had the ball to pop and I thought I popped it already. I smoked the cigarette only to discover that it tastes like a normal cigarette. When I opened the second packet and got to the 10th cigarette the same thing happened to me where no menthol ball was in the cigarette.
I would like to have a refund on those cigarettes.

product - all cigarettes in marlboro beyond red popped
On the 20 of June 2017, I went to tobacco shop to buy a carton of cigarettes as i usually do - When opening one packet i tried to pop the ball for menthol taste from the Marlboro beyond red packet and all of them didnt have a ball - it was basically already popped and when i lit it and took a drag - it didnt taste like menthol. I then tried another pack and same thing.
I went to the shop with the carton and they refused to take it back.
I want a refund or i want numerous cartons of smokes for free.
They didnt give me a receipt as they a small shop based in Southdale shopping centre in Robertsham johannesburg.
I Only smoke these cigarettes and numerous times had issues but this is the first time im actually bringing it to your attention because i am wasting more and more money.
local trail projects/work gloves giveaway
On June 13th 2017 I received a special offer from Marlboro in the mail. It was an offer give away for a pair of leather work gloves if I went to their website and choose which trail should get a donation from them. I did that right away and when I finished there was no where to claim my gloves. I have done other give aways from Marlboro and never had a problem. I sent them an email right after away about the problem and it said they would get back to me in 2 days. I have never received a response. I did some research on their website comment section and saw other people saying that Marlboro ran out of gloves very fast. Sounds like very bad planning and foresight. I still want my gloves.
I held up my end of the give away the same day I got it in the mail!

I have bought at least 25 pack of the Marlboro NXT and at first I loved them but after 5 packs I noticed that every single time I would buy a pack there would be some that were not fresh and didn't have the fresh ment flavor ball that you pop! And I don't like them without that feature. The real main reason I'm complaining is because they used to be my favorite cigarettes and now I can't stand to even buy a pack because I know there will be something wrong with them.

I've smoked your cigarettes for over 60 years but the quality has dropped so much now it tastes nothing like the quality you built your reputation on, living in the UK I have to purchase your tobacco products that are made under licence in Switzerland, your new square 115g tubs that have two compartments make the contents so dry you end up with a load of dust that is impossible to use with tubes, even your new design of 20s packs is inferior to the original.
I appreciate that one complaining customer probably is of little interest to your company but have heard the same problem from wholesalers on the continent of Europe.

Hello. I purchased a carton of Marlboro 25s which has 8 packs for my husband. When I got home with them he opened one pack and he said they were stale and dried out. So he continued to open the other packs and the whole carton was like that. The FSC on the packs are [protected]. The gas station I purchased them at told me they couldnt issue a refund or exchange and for us to contact Marlboro and file a complaint. We paid around $53.00 for them and I can't afford to buy more. If it was up to me I wish he would quit but I dont think that's happening anytime soon. He's been smoking Marlboro for 15+ yrs and has never had an issue before.

Towards the end of the cigarette the HOTS fall out, which you can imagine is very dangerous, as you can be driving with hots on you, sitting on couch not realizing they fall out till you go to take a hit and realize you lost your hits somewhere; Very unsafe. I have just switched over to Marlboros from Newports for over 15 years. I really like this brand but if they remain unsafe I will have to switch back over, as it's costing more money in the long run paying for all the damage the lost hots are starting to cause :(

Good day! I went to buy Marlboro gold beyond and the packaging was Marlboro gold beyond but when I opend the packaging it was Marlboro beyond blue. I am not happy because I paid R31.80 for my Marlboro gold beyond and instead I got Marlboro beyond blue not what I paid for or what I wanted. The same thing happend to a friend of mine and I see that on the packaging it says that there is a new design but it's does not tastes the same and as you can see the tipe gold beyond and beyond blue is 2 very different stuff. I would please like you to contact me back and get a solution to this problem because I'm very unhappy!
Did not feel any difference in taste, it is smooth as before!
I'm happy with the new design and it is the only change that has been done.
@Marli - to find the old ones, go to some shops in town, perhaps they didn't get the new stock yet.
Still, there is no any difference, besides the design, I've tasted the old Beyond Gold just now to compare the Blue - 100℅ same, I've been smoking it for years now =)
