struggling to get my welcome kit along with my debit card from fetcher
I have applied for Mashreq neo account on 1st May 2019

From 05th May till now I am struggling to get my Mashreq neo welcome kit to activate my account.
I have called many times to fatchr customer service to get it but there is no response and service is very poor.
Really upset with services of such a big brand.
If I will not get my welcome kit along with debit card by Today I will escalate the matter up to higher level and on social media as well.

wrong billing on closed credit card
I'hd closed my Credit Card# [protected] in December 2018 and received final liability letter and after all the payments received clearence letter as well but unfortunately bank has not closed my card in the system. Now system is computing some wrong interest and sending me payment reminders. I had contacted your credit card division but no one help me.
If this payment reminders will not stop than I will complaint to the central bank so please reverse these charges and close my card in the system.

wrong deduction of my account
it is stated that I have a salary account in Mashreq bank last week I come back from my country and they deduct my 1050/-aed against minimum balance of account, so the minimum balance deduction only 25per month they deduct 1000/- extra of my account, it is not fare, in January they provide me happiness benefit bonus and then they reverse it, proper guide me and return to my account otherwise I will scape this account.

I have closed the mashreq credit card with full payment and got the clearance letter as well. Now bank is asking me to pay aed-171 as outstanding. Second i was told late fees will not be added and now late fees has also been added and in the statement bank is asking to pay aed 420.
My ref no. Of complaints was - REF-3330229-R0Z8Y5
And again i have registered a complaint ref.- no. - 3423060.
Why i have been asked to do a payment if i have closed my credit card that too i have the clearance letter.
Kindly call and resolve his issue.

Hi, I am really dis-satisfied with the support of Mashreq reversal team she was very rude and not listening to my query not satisfied.
More over Mashreq has charged me 650AED when I am not using its services.
She on the face says that this will not resolve you issue if you want you can close the card, Is this what Mashreq is having the bad customer support or Reversal Team

Please update my record in credit bureau. It shows that I still have a liability in your bank but I settled already 2 years back. I made a payment plan and it has been settled 2 years ago. I can't able to do bank transaction co'z my write off record still shows in credit bureau. It could be a great help for me and my family if you could update my status in credit bureau. Bank is not willing to cancel my credit card and they dont even make a call or except in branch or properly assist customer and prolong for the days in order to get the interest been paid and statements generation emails SMS facility nothing has been updated to customers ..worst kind of service from credit card team as well as retension and call center..its customer who needs to assist the bank always to make any cancellation done.

Recently I had a very bad experience with Mashreq bank. It was so irritating and I was helpless. I decided to never go to proximity of Mashreq bank or its services. Some of the staff are so unprofessional. Complaint resolving system is very poor and just an eye wash and formal. Moreover It seems they treat the customer based on the nationality and amount of money association with them.
I had a personal loan and credit card with them which I wish to consolidate and make a buy out through ADCB. I applied for liability letter with Mashreq. They issued the letter to me on 15th April. Letter bearing ref EDMS 281104. They have shown an outstanding of 91600 against my loan where as actual outstanding of 85470 AED. I was quiet surprised and literally screamed for help whether somebody can clarify me at the branch or call centre. Every time I call to call centre they say they will arrange a call back. Trust me I never received any call back and I was so helpless. This was my first realization that I selected a wrong bank to bank with.
Later however I asked ADCB to release the cheque for the amount indicated by the Mashreq. The cheque was deposited at Mashreq bank Al Wahda mall branch on 17th April 2019 by ADCB officer. The cheque was credited on 18th April 2019. Since then the funds are on hold and they are not processing the settlement. I waited for 10 days and I went to Al Wahda mall branch on 28.04.2019 at 1.07PM to enquire about the status. What was happened at the bank was so disgusting and most terrible and shameful experience I have had before at any other bank in my life. I was there at 1.07PM and contacted Ms. Sana to address my problem and update me about settlement. She said . Please wait sir i will check and update as buyout case requires some time to check details. I waited ..waited ..waited..time was 1.45PM. My legs are paining and she completely ignored me and she served other three arabic nationals in the time. I was so angry and felt shameful. Might be I was not an important customer. She go on serving the other customers and then I interrupted her and I screamed. What is this, I have been waiting for long time and you served three people who came after me. I asked whether Mashreq bank is serving customer based on nationality, gender or any other criterion. She said " I am serving other customer. please wait" Then I was so angry and asked " Am i not a customer". Then the staff gathered and just checked my request status in 1 min and replied that my clearance letter is ready and you can ask your bank agent to come and collect as it will be given to bank only. It was around 2pm. She gave me a yellow slip writing the reference number 281104. Then I called my banker to collect the same by giving ref number to him. He visited bank at 5.30PM and he was told that letter was not ready and you can come back on 30th April 2019. Then I understand that the staff made me a fool by just giving a fake reference number to just send me back from branch. This is highly unprofessional attitude and I raised a complaint to call centre. They rasied a complaint bearing reference 3365762. After 1 day somebody called me from a dubai based landlane number when I was in meeting. I tried to come outside and pick the call. it was disconnected. I called back several times but no response. Later today on 30th April 2019 5.17PM i received message that your complaint is closed. I was surprised and call to contact centre and asked what action was taken against my complaint and why it was closed. They told sorry we will arrange a call back again. Then I told I dont need any callback because it is all just a show to display that they have a system to take care of customer complaints.
yet they have not settled my card and loan even though money is available in my account since April 18th 2019. Everyday they will charge interest until card and loan is closed. I don't have any interest to contact them again. Only thing I can do is I will never use the word Mashreq bank or its products or services in future. I understand we must always go with a bank that respect customers and its concerns. Otherwise we should end up with loss and frustration.

Hello, good afternoon, I am hoping that this letter will be taken not as a complaint but as a suggestion that it should not happen again.
Thursday - April 25, 2019, MASHREQ MOE BRANCH - Teller name Aftab- Teller ID 16441 around 5:20 PM
Last Thursday I want to deposit 150 euro in our Euro Account - Bahmani Manufacturing and Industrial Technology Account No. [protected], I explained to teller that I will pay in dirhams but the credit should be in our Euro account. This transaction was already confirmed with our RM - Mr. Tareq [protected] - and our RM confirmed yes - it's possible to deposit in Euro by paying in dirhams. Furthermore - we are always doing this kind of transaction in our CBI bank and ADIB bank - unfortunately, the teller is little rude - and he said to go to the exchange and change the money then he will accept the deposit. So I did change the bills in euro inside the mall then I returned back to the teller. In front of me, there is one customer whom the teller is attending. While waiting for my turn - one Arabic speaking lady came with another Mashreq bank guy. Suddenly when my turn came, the teller said - sorry there is customer - I was shocked - I was thinking then - when I was clearly in front of the queue and then suddenly the teller - there is customer - I want to ask myself - do I look like that I am a beggar and not a customer. This was clearly discrimination in my eyes. I keep calm and I beg the Arabic lady to allow me to go first because I was really in a hurry, our Mashreq RM is waiting for the deposit slip, alhamdullilah, the Arabic lady was so nice to grant my request. But my sufferings did not end there - I was trying to get my Emirates ID for verification- and because I was in a hurry I cannot find my Emirates ID, the teller said to move aside and check first the Emirates ID, then I left the counter and came back again in the queue and waited for my turn, finally my turn came again, but then simple transaction of 150 euro cash deposit - it took like forever - the teller while doing my transaction- which he can clearly see that I'm on the verge of crying - decided to really make my life difficult - the teller's mobile phone rings - and he answered the call very leisurely - same like a guy sitting in the park - doing chit chat on the phone. Still I keep my patience and waited for him to do his business on the phone. I waited and waited and finally when the deposit slip is ready - another guy came - I think its something like Transguard - I forgot the name of the company - the teller who is happy making my life miserable - took the money from the new guy and count the money from the machine. I was really very surprised why the teller is tormenting my life - instead of finishing copying my Emirates ID - he decided to do another task - I'm not really sure - If this is happening to your branch everyday or its just me - or if I did something bad to your teller - which I'm not sure I did - you can even check all the CCTV and all voice recordings - if I did something bad to your teller. I was really upset on that day, I was dealing with so many banks and that was the first time that I encountered a very very bad behavior of teller. I wish that Mr.Aftab will realize how badly he treated me on that day.

this is to inform with REF-3163609-C2S5J0. I had already requested for my account closure before exiting the country in salam branch, abu dhabi.
Now you guys are telling me to do all the formalities, which does not sound good.
Why you haven't done the formalities and close my account when the closure application was also submitted.

I opened up a bank account with Mashreq Neo bank in the month of Feb2019. Since then the account was supposed to be activated within 4-5 days. Till today the account has not been activated. I transferred some money from my different bank account to this account and that has been stuck . Now I am left with no money in my hand. I call up the customer service every now and then, they are everytime providing vague answers that it will take time. What am I suppose to do. The executive is like I ll call you back within the next few hours, but no calls are being done at their end.I am pissed off since two months.

I have an inquiry on my account no. [protected]
I have visited to karama branch Dubai on March 26, 2019 and signed the account closure form in the branch and it was assured me that my account will be closed within 24 hours. Since team didn't provide any acknowledgment for the account closure
But now its more than 15 days my account has still not been closed although it has already deducted the account closure charges AED 105 on the same day I.e. March 26, 2019 but still the account have not been closed. And I clearly stated while submitted the account closure request that I'm exiting the country permanently on April 02, 2019 and requested to make sure that my account should be close without any Hassale and same has been assured me that needful will be done within 24 hours but still not done
Anyways since I have opened my account with Mashreq I always faced lot of issues in their services and this was very bad experience I ever had with any bank.
Now this is to inform that I have left the country today so I would request to pls help me in getting my account close so it shouldn't be misused by any one.
And my Dubai number is not working any more

Hence, this billing is totally unacceptable to me.

Very Disappointed with the initial Services. Tooo much slow. the activation process has not finished even after one month.One week After launching a complain someone called and asked me strange questions about In your 2011 where I was and what I was doing ? Year 2013 where I was and what I wast doing. After she mentioned that she is completing from her side the complain. I'm suresh. Actually when i'm going to deposit the money account is close, many then I asked what is the reason they told to me ask in customer service and then I asked customer service representative they saying no idea and call the helpline but I don't know why they can't give information. Then I said I want to reopen my account keep telling to call helpline then after long time waiting I asked to reopen the account they cant say cant do. I said to the operator I need a solution and what is the reason to close the account I didn't use 6 months actually when i'm going to deposit the money its machine is declined and according to some reason after that I didn't use six months that's why direct I go to the brach deposit the money and customer service not given the solution because this not totally our fault at least they have informed to the customer by call or small sms thru before they are going to close the account so customer will more careful about the account. Im not asking the loan or something im asking to reopen my account I don't have any bad history or something all all any bank in uae. Masreq bank want to be more creative and want think about customer satisfaction.
