Dear Customer Care,
I am writing to express my extreme disappointment with the poor services I have been experiencing with Mashreq Bank. The level of service has deteriorated to an unacceptable level, and it is clear that there is no sense of urgency or concern for customer satisfaction.
I have been waiting since February 22nd for the replacement of my credit card, which was blocked due to fraudulent activity. Despite multiple inquiries, I have received no substantial updates or solutions, and it is becoming evident that Mashreq Bank is neglecting its responsibility to its customers.
This prolonged delay and lack of communication are not only frustrating but also reflect poorly on your commitment to customer care. I am deeply dissatisfied with the handling of my case, and frankly, it feels as though Mashreq Bank is "sleeping" on this matter and does not care about resolving issues for its customers.
The level of service I am experiencing is absolutely pathetic, and I am losing patience with the lack of action. I demand immediate attention to this issue and a swift resolution. If this continues, I will be forced to reconsider my relationship with your bank.
I expect a prompt response and a clear timeline for when my new card will be issued.
Recommendation: ZERO / NEVER / VERY VERY BAD
