On 10/21/24, I had the car serviced for the B-Service. At 4:16pm, Mavis called to let me know the car was ready for pick up. When I picked up the car, I paid $764.57 for “B-Service”. On Tue 10/22/24, on my way to work, I stopped at a traffic light, when I realized, I could feel the floorboard, the driver’s seat, & the accelerator pedal shaking, I also, turned down my radio because I heard an unfamiliar noise coming from under the hood, adding that the "B0 Service in 600" display was appearing whenever, I would start up the car.
On 10/30/24, at 8:30am, I return the car back to Mavis, explaining the findings mentioned above to Customer Service, he took the key along with the "B-Service Checklist" I printed from my job. Later, that day the CSR provided me with a “Go to Estimates Recall” price list of $412.25 for additional service tasks that they did not perform the 1st place. ST: 0562/WO: [protected]/INV: [protected]. I took the car back on Friday 11/1/24, still having the same issues.
On Thursday 11/7/24, at 9:59pm, coming from work, the whole dashboard lit up displaying: “B0 Service needed, call to schedule your B0 Service" which is now at 0. These are the symbols that appeared on the dashboard as I am driving home!

I paid for front brake service on 10/21/24. Totaling: $704.13 including 2 new front tires-All Season Dollar Discount. Why is my car indicating brake issues?
Customer Service should've been upfront and explained, they are not familiar with the B-Service for Mercedes. I sure would’ve respected them for their honesty.
However, The mechanics who did the labor work never once came out to greet me about the issues that I was having each time I return with the car! Instead, I was advised by Customer Service that It could sound like it needs a tune up. I brought back the car on Friday 11/1/24 for the tune up and got turned away, stating the 3 mechanics he spoked too does not want to touch the car and they advised to take it to the dealership. Why didn't they say that on Saturday 10/17/24, when I came in with my Niece and I enquired about the B-Service. A mechanic standing beside the CSR said, we do perform that service and if there’s a problem with it, to bring it back in. Which encouraged me to bring it back to them to repair the shaking, and the noise coming from the car.
