The item was defective when it was delivered from Best Buy. I realized it after the two week purchase date and best buy refused to allow me to exchange it, I wanted to exchange it not because I didn't like the look but because it was defective, three service calls later they replaced four or ore parts, the agitator continued to have a very large vibration which has ultimately done more damage and makes a shrill high pitched noise, now it will not even wash at all.. It goes into a "done mode" signaling it has finished washing yet nothing occurred at alll. I want to file a lemon law complaint and be credited to purchase another appliance

Classic delay technique – Best Buy left you hanging with a broken unit and forced you to go through so-called repairs. At this stage, contact Maytag and tell them you want to invoke a warranty claim; make sure you are not limiting the claim to another repair. If they are not cooperative, consider filing a formal complaint about the lemon law with the consumer protection agency in your state. Also, if you used a credit card, think about a chargeback. Do not give them the chance to escape responsibility.
