Came to macdonalds for a back of fries and no one was in the speaker . I been trying to make an order from the first window and they said you have to go around the line . I was in the line but no one was on the speaker to take my order. This happen at macdonalds Severn maryland on 6/22/2022.
After parking my car , it took another 15 minutes to see a manager . They took the points from the app and I told the manager . She said I can’t do anything for you

I waited at the speaker for 10 minutes before I left the person taking orders kept telling us to hold on and no one was at the window when we left. They refuse to do their job because it's almost shift change for them and that's not fair to the customers that are on our way to work and just trying to get coffee.the problem gets taking care of for a week and they go back to doing the same thing.
Desired outcome: These managers for the night crew never want to come to the window they need to be on the workers to do the job.

I came by the drive thru with my 6 year old grandchild on the date of 6/19 after her dance recital and experienced the worst treatment from someone in my life. I am a senior citizen and was refused service by an employee and also I experienced such an aggressive and verbal abuse from your McDonald's employee I feared for my safety and also that of my grandchild. I am suffering from this trauma that you have caused. I will be seeking legal counsel on this matter.

To Whom It May Concern:
I’m not usually one to complain but when I placed an online order from McDonalds in Watertown, WI, my husband and I were at our wits end. I have included with this complaint two pictures. The first is the receipt I received from McDonalds after I paid for my order. The second is a photo of the receipt I received from Door Dash which was the only way we could get our food. If you look at the two receipts, you will notice that the Door Dash receipt is over twice as much as it would have been if they would have given my husband our food. The first time my husband went to McDonalds with the online retailer in hand, to pick up our food they said they didn’t know anything about it! When he returned home without the food he made no secret of how upset he was. I called out to McDonalds and talk to, I believe, the manager and told him what happened. He, in turn, told me some long draw out excuse that to put in an online order the person had to be ordering it from just outside the store. At that time I asked him if my husband were to come out with the receipt if they could make the food when he got out there. They replied yes. So…my husband drove back to McDonalds again, with the online receipt and they told him they couldn’t fill the order because they needed to see the phone it was ordered from.
Now, you have to understand, my husband is 70 years old and is not up to snuff on the latest technology. He was very irate when he returned home the second time without our food. Now, mind you, the order from McDonalds and the order farm Door Dash were identical. It would of cost mr $19.27 for the order I placed online to McDonalds and the order from Door Dash was $42.65.
I truly believe we should be compensated for all of our time, money and frustration. My husband and I live on Social Security, so our finances are VERY fixed. We either go out to eat or have takeout once a month. Needless to say, this was not a pleasant experience but a costly one. As I stated, I think we should be compensated some way!

I attended McDonald’s in Asda queensferry and on getting the order home one again it was in a shocking state. I ve not been to any McDonald’s for some time as the food has been diabolical. I attended as my child kept asking and I was in hope that things had improved. On receiving the order the 3 drinks were like warm at best and flat. I ordered a chicken wrap to find a small piece of chicken in amoungst the wrap and awful salad, I have taken a picture. I am fed up of complaining about your shocking standard of food I simply cannot believe that a multi billion pound company would let their standards slip so badly. I was not even offered a receipt as the machine was not providing them, but can say I spent just over £15 on this diabolical food. The order was large quarter pounder with cheese meal. A cheese burger happy meal, a large chicken wrap meal and a Oreo McFlurry. Please could you contact me regarding yhis as I am extremely unhappy with this service.

I recently visited the McDonald's located in Avondale and was disappointed with the service I received. I had brought my granddaughter along with me and we ordered $14.00 worth of food and drinks. After we finished our meal, I noticed that the table we were sitting at was dirty and needed to be cleaned. I asked four different employees if someone could come and clean the table, but no one came to assist us.
Feeling frustrated, I took it upon myself to clean the table off. I couldn't believe that after spending $14.00, I had to clean my own table. I reached out to the corporate office to express my dissatisfaction with the service I received. They offered me a free meal coupon as compensation, but I was still disappointed with my experience.
It's disheartening to see that a company as large as McDonald's can't provide basic customer service. I expected better from a company that has been around for so long. I will be taking my business elsewhere and spending my money at a restaurant that values their customers. It's a shame that I had to experience such poor service, but I hope that McDonald's can improve their customer service in the future.

McDonald's Unfair Treatment of American Workers: A Disappointing Reality
I was really disappointed when I found out that McDonald's is treating their American workers unfairly. It's not right that they can pay workers in other countries $15 an hour, but only pay their own American workers minimum wage. I went to McDonald's and ordered two Filet-o-Fish sandwiches and some fries. I didn't check my order until I got home, which was about a 10 minute drive. When I opened the sandwiches, I was disappointed to find that they were grossly overcooked. The bun was hard as a brick and the cheese was actually brittle. The fries were almost edible, but not quite. I was also surprised that I didn't receive a receipt when I bought the food.
I decided to take the order back to the restaurant, but when I arrived, I found that the dining room was locked up. The only option was the drive thru. I had to wait about 15 minutes for my food to be replaced, which was a bit frustrating. When I finally got my new food, it was only slightly better than the first order. I couldn't believe that I had spent over $12 on this unedible meal.
After this experience, I have decided that I won't ever eat at McDonald's again. There are too many other fast food restaurants that still offer properly cooked, edible food at reasonable prices. McDonald's Let Me Down: Slow Service and Cold Food
I gotta say, I'm a big fan of McDonald's. I mean, who doesn't love a good ol' Big Mac or some crispy chicken nuggets? But let me tell you, my last visit was a bit of a letdown.
I had been working late and was starving, so I swung by my local McD's to grab some grub on my way home. It was pretty late, almost closing time, but I figured I could still get some food. When I pulled up to the drive-thru, there was no one else around except for a few workers goofing off inside.
I placed my order and waited. And waited. And waited. It took a whopping 23 minutes for my food to finally come to the window, and by that point, it was already cold. I was so hungry that I didn't want to wait any longer, so I just took my food and headed home.
But let me tell you, microwaving a McDonald's burger is not the same as eating it fresh. The pickles got all rubbery and the buns were a little soggy. I had to pick apart my sandwiches before heating them up, and even then, they weren't as good as they could have been.
I mean, come on, isn't the whole point of fast food that it's supposed to be fast? I could have just cooked something at home in the time it took for my food to finally arrive. Don't get me wrong, I still love McDonald's, but this experience definitely left a bad taste in my mouth.
Disappointing Amount of Sauce on the McRib Combo at McDonald's in Bryson City, NC
Me and my buddies were on our way back from Waynesville and decided to stop at the McDonald's in Bryson City NC. We were craving the McRib combo and were excited to see that we could get an extra one for only $1.49. We placed our order and specifically asked for no onions on all six of our McRibs. Unfortunately, when we received our food, a couple of the sandwiches still had onions on them.
But that wasn't the worst part. The sauce on the McRibs was way too much. When I took a bite of my sandwich, my mouth was burning from the overwhelming amount of sauce. And it wasn't just on the sandwich - it was all over the boxes too. All three of us had so much sauce on our sandwiches and in our boxes that it could have probably been enough for two to three more sandwiches.
Don't get me wrong, I'm glad that McDonald's brought back the McRib. It's one of my favorite menu items. But the excessive amount of sauce was a real disappointment. Next time, I think I'll ask for light sauce and see if that makes a difference. Overall, I still enjoy McDonald's and their menu, but this experience left something to be desired.
Disappointing Service at McDonald's: A One-Star Review
It was a regular Tuesday evening and after a tiring hokey practice, my friends and I were craving some delicious McDonald's food. We drove for about 6 minutes to reach the nearest McDonald's outlet. However, to our disappointment, my mom's order was not prepared as per her request. She had asked for a patty with ketchup and pickles, but they gave her a patty with only ketchup. Similarly, my order of grilled chicken with ketchup was served with pickles as well. We had to return the orders and get them corrected.
After receiving the new orders, we finally sat down to enjoy our meals. I took a sip of my supposed-to-be sweet tea, but it turned out to be unsweetened. We were quite frustrated by this point, so we decided to drive to another McDonald's outlet, which was about 15 minutes away, to get the right order. We ordered a sweet tea again, and after waiting for a minute, I tried it, but it was unsweetened again. This was quite disappointing, and we were not happy with the service we received.
Overall, I would rate McDonald's with only one star because of the poor service we received. However, I must admit that their food is delicious, and I would still recommend it to others.
Disappointing Experience at McDonald's: Cold Drink, Undercooked Burger, and Apples in Apple Pie!
I went to McDonald's and ordered a cheeseburger. Unfortunately, when I received my order, the cheeseburger had cheese on it. To make matters worse, my drink was cold! It was severely undercooked and ruined my day. The fries tasted like potato, which was disappointing. But the worst part was the apple pie. It had apples in it! Who puts apples in an apple pie? It just doesn't mix. I cannot believe that they would ever serve a customer like me this god-awful excuse for food. I will never go here again. I wouldn't even serve my worst enemy this food. I have already requested to sue this company. I expect a refund of $20,364. This is why I go to Burger King! McDonald's? More like Crapdonalds! What a joke.
McDonald's: A Disgusting Experience with Terrible Customer Service
So, I gotta say, some folks might think McDonald's is a good deal, but I wouldn't eat there again if they paid me. Like, seriously, what even is that chicken?
