Hello Sir/Madam
I am an uber eats driver and i work for uber eats as a full time job, i have been working in rossy en france sometimes and my mostly delivery orders are from mcdonalds aeroville, it was 6th may 2022 when i went to take my 2 deliveries from the same mcdonald the staff was ready to give my delivery but then suddenly a girl in white coart came and she says we cant give you the delivery and we will not give you the deliveries anymore i was like what why ? Since then i am helpless as i was doing full time uber eats and she have just ruined my job because most of my deliveries were from mcdonalds. If anyone can help me with it or solve my problem so please
Bugs
Went to McDonald’s and got a iced coffee and I saw something in my cup and it was 2 bugs in my coffee. Took it back they made me another one and that was that. I couldn’t drink it cause I got nauseous at the thought of drinking it. This happened on may 7 2020 at 6451 eatons creek joelton Tennessee McDonald’s. I usually go there everyday. It’s bad enough that is takes forever with just a couple cars in front of you. The service is very slow. My ticket number was1345 at 6:10 pm. But getting bugs in your drink is a different story
Salads, they had NONE! Then they laughed when we told them we wanted salad
I went to drive through at 7 pm May 6 2022 in Coutersport Pennsylvania and they had no salads of any kind at 7pm. Like none of any kind.
Why would they advertise southwest chicken salads etc and then have NO SALADS of any kinds.
The people at the drive in window just laughed. Salads. We don’t have salads.

Incorrect order.
On the 07 May 2022, just after 13:00 pm I placed a order at Mc Donald's Vangate Mall drive through. I waited just over 25 minutes, when arriving at the cashier till to pay, only to find out the wrong order was rang up. It seems the Mc Donald's staff have no clue what products they are advertising. It took me another 10 minutes to explain to the staff what products are on their advertising boards in the drive through, whilst keeping up other customers in the drive through.
I eventually left with buying or taking the order as the staff could not get it right.
This is not first, second, third or fourth time which I have experienced the worst customer service at Vangate Mc Donald's.
Desired outcome: All I want is for Mc Donald's Vangate mall to ups kill their staff to offer a better, helpful and "FRIENDLY" service. It feels and looks like their staff don't want to be there and is merely there only to earn a salary
McFlurry
I ordered a large McFlurry last night at the Abbotsford BC McDonalds located at 32983 south Fraser way, Abbotsford, BC. While eating it, I found a sharp piece of hard broken plastic or glass mixed into the ice cream. I am now afraid of what my child or myself may have ingested. The piece of plastic was hard enough that it hurt my tooth and at first I thought it might be glass.

Service when I tried to order
Entered McDonald's, Farmington NM near the West Walmart, and was waiting patiently to place my order. Workers were very busy but I waited. One of the workers turned to me, pointed to the kiosk, and said " if you're ready to order you can place your order on the kiosk" then returned to filling French fry boxes. I walked out. If I had wanted to use the kiosk I would have. I didn't say anything or make any movements that warranted her being so rude. I guess drive- thru are the only customers worthy of being waited on.
Desired outcome: Retraining in customer service.
pancakes
At 11.25 I went throw drive throw at Nambour MacDonald and asked for pancakes as you have all-day breakfast all over the country. I was told they do not do pancakes as an all-day breakfast so this is false advertising 0n MacDonald's behalf. As this the second tie this has happened to me at the same store I am very upset and think there is a big problem in this store the young man that served me told me they do not do pancakes in there all day breakfast and was quite rudeto me.
Desired outcome: I find you need to find out why this is happening at this store and let me know and I need compensation for driving all the way there 2 times and coming home and hart broked not getting pancakes as I was craving.

Hash Browns advertised on drive through menu, but charged $2.39. I tried to explain to cashier and manager. The manager replied well baby I don't create the menu nor what is placed in the cash register digital format it is what it is. I ordered a Delux Chicken Sandwich
When I got home, I noticed there was only 2 tiny pieces of lettuce and some sort of sauce on the fried chicken as well as 2 little pieces of tomato. When I took a bite, my mouth lit up! But he charged me extra. Also he called and told me he will be there by 5 min. After few minutes I called him back then he told me he forgot something and going back to the store again. It is disappointing that sundae served at Mcdonald in Queanbeyan East is always half full. When the issue is raised, the people at the counter doesn't accept it. She told me that I have drive down and prove it, which is practically difficult as it noticed half way through eating. Also, it's impossible to do it as it melts so quickly.

I made a purchase through the Drive thru at 11:54am on4/22/22 & parked in lot. Richard (employee) ask if I was waiting for the bags he had in hand, I told him no & did McDonalds do coffee refills he said no. I went in to counter employee servicing Drive through & others standing around. The guy who came in the door before me went behind the counter with a bucket. Dekata (employee with Drive thru headset on comes to counter I ask him if they give refills he said only if you did not leave premises, I told him I had made a purchase & never left the lot that Richard could proof I was still here, if not could I purchase a coffee, I asked if he needed my recipet he said I could have a refill, I told him I would get my cup when I returned dekata stood off to the side talking to another employee & carmen kawanna came to the counter after another employee came walked pass me to service the people who came in the door behind me, carmen asked for my receipt, I give it to her she tells me I can not leave the premises, I tell her I was in the lot she asked what car I tell her she looks out the window, I tell her she can check the cameras I have not moved, she tells me it don't go like that, I use to the restroom, come back to the counter tell the young man I need his name & his managers name & the name if the young man delivering food in lot, he asked why did I need his name no one is wearing a name tag, the store manager comes back to the counter write down the names listed which I think are the real cashier on the schedule for front register, the guy who cleans, not the one with on the vest as I asked her for, I have no idea what was said to these people, multiple things were either miscommunicated or customer service & common sense has left the planet. The store manager came back to the counter told me these names & told me to call in, when does customer service change to treating people less than human. I left without being served. Carmen said richard cleans he also saw me in the lot. I will not be returning to this place now that I know the customer is the enemy & the store manager told me the young lady would service me after she was done with the people in line. Humans are spending money at this place. The complaint is I could not have prepared myself for this experience. Must be the norm. Unbelievable!

It’s good to see when you walk in the staff laughing and having fun which means they enjoy their job.
But not great for drive-through if you place an order and they push you to the waiting bay to make this speed time quicker. Then walk the meals out, walk away leaving no receipt, and then by the time you’ve checked your order and realized that they’re missing items you have to get out of your car now you are stuck in the bay, lock your car so no one steals it and go inside and ask for those items.
With just a “sorry about that!” Really defeats the point of having a drive-through.! These type of things of getting the orders correct is a big issue in our junior generation and drive through s. No one cares and still I’m one lot of fries short.
Also the digital mini boards just show the specials you can’t even see the full menu to be out of pick your items from. Am I to presume that everyone is to know exactly what they want to order? Another issue with drive Through today and digital advertising. No list of items to pick from
Desired outcome: Make drive Throughs accountable when they get the order wrong the order should be free. Airline digital advertising always have one board with the full menu on it to pick your items.
Unauthorized upgrades
Greetings. Many times in recent years when I have purchased a Bacon, Egg, and Cheese combo at McDonald's, I have been given a "drink upgrade" in coffee size that I hadn't asked for. This happens at the McDonald's in Salem, Illinois store, number 4402. Most times when I have pointed it out, I have received an apology and then have been properly charged. This morning, however, April 18, 2022, in the drive-thru the screen showed that I had ordered a combo for $6.99 and would be taxed on that amount for a total of $7.58. I told the person who took my order that that was correct. At the window, however, I was charged $8.12 and saw that an "upgrade" in coffee size had been added to my order after I had approved it on the ordering screen, and without any explanation or notice. When I pointed it out and asked that it be removed, the cashier said I'd have to talk to the manager at the next window. The manager told me, "coffee is always an upgrade"; I told her that that is not what the menu says, and that I had only ordered the combo with a small coffee without asking for an upgrade. She angrily refunded my order and then charged me properly. This has happened so many times that it looks as if adding an unauthorized upgrade is standard policy, but this is the first time I had to argue to get the proper price. I attach a scan of the receipt with the line "drink upcharge" that was added after I approved my original order.
Desired outcome: I ask that you contact the store in Salem, #4402, and ensure that the policy of unauthorized upgrades is stopped, and that I be informed that this has been done. Thank you.
I was just told today that McDonald's restaurants are charging an upcharge because coffee is more expensive
