I went to this McDonalds on October 10. I went about a half hour before breakfast menu was to change. I went to the drive through. I ordered an egg and cheese biscuit meal. The line seemed to be extremely slow. Once I got to the first window. The cashier was very apologetic about the wait. He said that the computer went down, and they were doing orders manually. So I got my order after about 20 minutes in line. I went to park and eat my biscuit to find out they had given me a chicken sandwich. So I walked my order inside the facility. there were about 8 people ahead of me all with complaints about their orders. At this point people were walking in to make orders. But, the manager was telling everyone they were not taking any orders. And the thing I found interesting was that the whole kitchen crew in the back of the restaurant seemed to be standing around with no sense of urgency. Now mind you they had a drive through line around the building. The kitchen crew also seemed to have all been in high school, and not properly trained. not wearing gloves when handling food etc. Now because of the long wait breakfast was over, I had to order a filet o fish. Once I got it out to the car and opened the box. I found a fish patty on two burnt buns. No sauce, no cheese. And to top it off the manager was very unprofessional. She actually tossed my food at me when I told her my issue. Such a shame that customer service is at such a low with so many businesses anymore. The whole painful experience was about an hour long. I even tried to call when my first order was incorrect, and the manager hung up on me when I explained my issue.

I ordered a big Mac meal with extra cheese. I was given a big Mac meal that had extra cheese but no meat. It was ordered last night around 1030 pm on 10/20/21.

monopoly instan wins
I have tried to redeem my instant wins but the app refused to upload while in the cue. I could not go back as there were cars behind me.
I had to buy the meal.
I had this before and the app mentioned it was due to McDonalds fault.
At home i have dowloaded the codes and tried again later but it has a 15min. period you can use them so had to pay again.
This instant win only works if you have the physical code but it is crazy as we are in a pandemic and handing over little tokens is dangerous but the only way for me to redeem my instant wins.
I have 15 instant wins on my app but cannot use any of them.

We ordered takeaway 9 October 2021 via Foodora Finland. [protected]. Unfortunately we did not receive what we ordered.
1) cappuccino not received.
2) my daughter ordered a triple cheeseburger meal. I know she made a mistake by accepting nothing in the bun, but really ? Who would order a bun with ketchup only?
3) overall service is not good unfortunately
4) We specifically ordered apple juice and got orange juice.
This is very disappointing, I have never complained before, and for me to do so shows you a lot.

Product the food
My Granddaughter and I ordered a four-piece Happy meal for her and I had two Cheeseburgers no Pickle, extra Ketchup. The Cheeseburgers had a crunch to them then realized there was black stuff on the outside of the burgers bun and the temperature was room temperature so I opened the burger to find it was all black and disgusting looking { both of them } no extra ketchup but I was so hungry I tried eating them any way that turned out to be a big mistake because I got sick and have been up all night so far recovering. Also Tried a French fry from her Happy meal which tasted like cardboard and room temperature and asked her why she was not eating her meal she said it did not taste right. Can't blame her that's for sure. This is not the first time we have had a problem with the food here. I want my money back and in the future, if I get sick from eating there again I will take legal action. It's really sad we half to go through this just for eating at this McDonalds. Hi. I'm writing this message as I'm a loyal customer and I really care about McDonald's as a brand and as an image. I just want someone to hear my complaints rather than giving me bad excuses. Last week I have made an order which came in wrong, cold, missing condiments and the delivery didn't reach my location. I had to go personally to take my stuff although I paid for the delivery fees. I have made a complaint to the local store but all I got was laim excuses and the superviser was very defensive and didn't consider that the customer is always right. Just now, I have made another order over the phone and 30 mins later I receive a call informing me that the order will be cancelled as the delivery cannot deliver to my location which is literally 10 minutes away. Honestly I am very upset due to the lack of professionalism of the staff and especially the bad communications skills they have. The staff should be listening more and try their best to please the customers and not loose them like they've done with me. Unfortunately, i won't be ordered from McDonald's anytime soon and it's not the first time I've been disappointed. i hope someone will take action and investigate in this matter

We put a online order 23/09/2021 & paid via a visa card. After 1 hour we got a call from McDonald's saying the order got cancelled automatically. & They will refund the full amount to the same card holder within 2 working days.
But until now we haven't got any refund.

Food not delivered for on-line credit card payment
On 01st of October, we placed an online order through your website. We did the payment, but at that moment, the website crashed and we didn't receive an order number or any information to confirm our order. Yet, we received a message from the bank saying our payment was authorized. The amount of Rs. 3, 940.00/- was debited from my credit card (ending xx0411) at 21.30pm on 1st Oct21. We called your hotline number [protected]) to inform you of the matter, and we were told to wait for 20 minutes to receive our order. Now two days passed, and still we didn't receive what we have ordered or not refund our money.
Service/mobile orders are not working and have not been able to get a receipt through drive-through for over a month
I use to work for McDonald's. Not here but the service/food and no mobile service half the time and NO Receipt in the drive threw. They said it was suppose to be fixed over 3 weeks ago. Manager on duty was Samantha. Is there a reason you cant buy a new printer? Order was wrong and I had NO receipt. Came in and they MADE me leave or they would call the cops. On 9/30/2021 I went through the drive through to order a couple iced coffee's at roughly 9:38 p.m. The person that took my order was very rude and when I spoke with her about it she just got ugly and irate. At that point I got pissed and said somethings maybe I should not have, but her actions from the beginning to her problem solving with a customer service was non existent. Once I placed my order she told me to pull up to the first window, but before I did I was trying to see if I had the cash on me to have it ready so I asked if I could get a total? Mrs. Emily who took the order said to me through the speaker, "Can you not hear? I said pull to the first window!" At that point I pulled to the first window, I asked if she was who took my order at that window, she said, "no Emily is taking orders." So I paid for my order and went to the next window. I asked the person handing out the food if she was Emily and she told me no. I asked could Emily come to the window. When Emily did come to the window she stuck her head out the window and said, "What?" Was very ugly. At that point I proceeded to tell her that she should work on her customer service skills when someone asks for a total you should give it to them or you should let them know you will have it when they get up to the next window, not ask them if they can hear, and demand for them to go to the next window. At that point she got very defensive with a bad attitude and begin to run her mouth. I personally have a major chemical imbalance and easily triggered by someone being aggressive or nasty for no reason, really me just being made angry. Before it was over the lady had told me [censored] you so I told her the same and if she wanted to come outside I would be happy to smack that nasty right out of her. She said, "the customers do not pay my salary." She is right but wrong because yes the store pays you but what keeps the restaurant going the customers continuing to consume so running of regular guest that spend plenty or any guest even one time visitors is bad for the whole company. The attitude that she has makes all the other employees look bad as well cause a first time guest to only assume that all the employees are like that and they are allowed to act like and speak to guest in such ways. Maybe something should be addressed here!

Today is children's day in Sri Lanka. For over an hour I have been trying to place an order online however the website isn't working it is very disappointing and past the children's dinner time. Should have selected a different provider. Since it was children's days I wanted to order what they liked for dinner. Why would you advertise a children's day offer if you are unable to carry out any other the orders. Extremely disappointed.
Horrible Food
I decided to have supper at the Macdonald Adderley Street branch. The service is slow and top of that you are given old food not even a dog can eat. They don't give you your slip back after giving your food so you can complain about the dried out nuggets, salty fries and cold burgers. Shame on you Macdonalds taking peoples money and giving them crap!

When I read something on the menu to an employee through the drive through and it doesn't come up the same on your screen with the same title as what the menu in the drive through does… that is not my fault. I don't need to be treated with a poor attitude because your menus aren't on the same page. and when I come to the window, a greeting would be nice instead of a silent interaction & a thumbs up to leave when I'm checking my food. I'm a pregnant momma coming to get some cravings & for the last 3 times I've helped your company, it's been poor poor service.

This evening around 7pm I received the 1 medium meal of chicken foldover and 3 medium mcfest I bought at Vereeniging McDonald's but I receive two meals of mcfest which I payed for. I did not check if I received everything I only noticed when I got home. And I threw away the slip but I will send the picture of the food I only received as proof. I'm honestly disappointed and my wasted money of the food I didn't receive.
