hi, I went t o mcdonalds on Friday nov 10 at about 2 am and purchased a big mac meal and two mcdoubles after working a thirteen hour shift. I got home ate my food and at about 6 am woke up to extreme abdominal pain. I went to the bathroom and had diarehea, vomiting, and cold sweats. Im pretty sure I had food poisoning from the food. Just thought id let someone know im probably going to avoid eating mcdonalds in the future even though ive been a fan for a long time.

Very poor service and complete lack of customer care. Extremely poor in-premises service saw me wait for well over 1 hour and still did not receive my in- house food service as per self-service ordering. Complainents on the day 4 deep at the counter. Letter of complaint written to manager with copy to McDonalds head office in France but no response from either by more than 1 month after the event. Do not eat at McDonalds Bayeux.
mcdonald's soda
The Graham NC store soda doesn't taste like Diet Coke or Dr Pepper for lunch or dinner. The same goes for the Burlington NC store.
Do any of the stores clean their lines?. Does all the stores have the same issues?
Can McDonalds in general make changes to their soda systems where there is no cross contamination of flavors when choosing a flavor.

I went to the Taylor Texas store and the manager Samantha charged me twice. I was charged for the customer behind me and my order. I tired to explain to her and she told me that I need to listen to the order when it is repeated back. I tried to explain she didn't repeat the order and she walked off. Now I lost my money on food I never got. [protected]. I would like my money back.
You have a better chance of starting a gofundme to raise the money you claim you was overcharged than complaining on here about it.

On Sunday November 4th our family entered McDonald's on Main Street in Albert Lea Minnesota ordered for adult males one kids meal to go when we returned home which was four minutes later the fragile called the cheeseburgers are called and my granddaughters cheeseburger did not have a burger at all on it and proceeded to go down and get a burger at an attitude from home spoke with Abby who also gave me a very very strong attitude and refused to try to make any kind of apology or compensation

I was at North Vernon Indiana's McDonalds last night. All of our food was very cold and my sons chicken nuggets still felt frozen. I tried calling the store a total of 38 times (I have the screenshot of it) and not once did I get an answer. Their lobby is currently being remodeled and the drive thru was slammed. I did not have time to sit in drive thru for another almost 20 minutes. I'm not very happy with the situation. I have included the picture of my receipt and of the amount of times I called. I have been into mcdonalds multiple times where this manager joyce had been incredibly rude and disrespectful to me, she gives attitude to customers, i thought working customer service you are supposed to atleast pretend you are nice, i had asked for to add extra patties to my big mac and she rolled her eyes at me and looked me up and down, and when i said something asking what the problem was, all she said was "that will be a large meal im guessing?". I had talked to other people about this and they said they have had problems with her too, im really hoping something will be done about this because enough is enough, i will no longer becoming to the lacombe location until something is done about her

I went to have a meal at McDonald's Manly wharf last Wednesday the 24th October and I made a purchase at 3:48pm for $13.80 of the Big Mac meal with extra meat patties; and chips and a large chocolate thick shake. When they served it to me, the top pattie was hanging 50% out of the bun.But worst the burger strangely only had the meat patties inside the main buns and no sauce, no salad, no pickles, no cheese .And the chocolate thick shake was strangely 1 quarter white on top.And also the fries were not very hot.I thought straight away they must of being playing a joke on me.The young woman serving me was of Islander appearance and when I showed her the burger she didn't apologise at all, and she said she would get me another one made. In which she did. I usually don't go to McDonald's at Manly wharf, Sydney as a few years ago my burger had a long hair in it.And the cashier was laughing.And I'm sure it was done on purpose. This store also has very uncomfortable seating out side and not enough seating .And there is usually only one cashier on at a time all the time at this store which isn't adequate for such a busy area.And usually this store has brats working there.And I'm sorry to say, But I usually get treated like the gentleman I am at "Hungry Jacks" up the other end of the corso by most of the staff over the years and I'm treated like a mate.And I keep finding over and over the last ten years I've lived in Manly that the wharf "McDonald's"staff are usually "up the creek"and that the staff being recruited at the wharf are atrocious and rude and not helpful.I also find the burgers and chips are usually not hot enough.And the soft serve ice creams are always half the ice cream volume content of the ones at "Hungry Jacks".And like the "McDonald's " in Times Square New York" which I've been to.They permanently have extra patty Big Mac meals .And with Extra Big shakes and extra big chips.And it's not just an occasional special like in Australia.
drive thru nobody answers, slow and rude services
Hi customer services, the kids and I were here on Sunday 10/28/18 at the drive thru and nobody would answer and take out orders after I was calling "hello 5 -6 times and asked "I'm ready to order, are you here?". We thought the machine was broken, so we changed the other drive thru lane, but there were 2 cars before us So we decided to go inside. Even if the machine was broken, there should be a sign at the drive thru, but there wasn't any!
We came inside and let them know that we were at the drive-thru and nobody answers to takes our orders. The lady in the grey uniform with the headset said "she heard us, but she was too busy to respond." Which raised the questions, that this location could have done better so I don't have to wait for 3-4 mins at the drive thru to take the order. There were 3-4 people working and it even took them 20-25 mins to received my order inside. They were so rude raising eyebrows, laughing at each other when I was nicely asked to work on my order since I ordered outside and I had to go. I hope you address this issue to them to take their job seriously and respect others. I think McDonald is always better than this and always better with customer services. I have a restaurant, and if they work for me, I would FIRE THEM.

Why is there no milkshake machine at the Greensburg Ky store. I have a free peeler for a milkshake and why do I have to go to another location. Campbellsville Ky store 11 miles up the road has one but it is broken. This makes no sense a multi trillion dollar company can't provide its stores with equipment and that works. Something needs to be done about this store! Service is terrible, staff are not nice and it obviously is not managed properly. I waited 30 minutes for 3 happy meals. I allowed 20 minutes but that was not enough! I was meeting the grandkids for a special lunch day at their school and I was so late that the kindergartener totally missed her lunch! Words can not express how bad I felt! Our local next door.com had well over 30 posts about how bad this store is and the one at 5 and Haggerty, we believe are owned by the same person. If this is the type of owners you are attracting then you are in serious trouble! I am not really expecting a response but I do know Wendy's will be getting my hard earned money next time!
I had the same experience yesterday. I stopped at the 5 and Haggerty location and was told they did not have shakes. I then drove to the 6 mile and Haggerty location where it took 35 minutes to get to the payment window and was then told my credit card was rejected. I didn't have enough cash so I left the large order there and went elsewhere-my credit card worked just fine at that restaurant.
This was an unusual stop for me, I am not normally a McDonald's customer and will continue to NOT BE a McDonald's customer. Unbelievable!

Mobile order placed through McDonald's App which identified this as a participating store. Paid By mobile App. Upon Arrival, keyed in curbside slot number. Waited, and waited, and waited. The Drive through line completely refreshed 3 full times in the over 15 minutes that I waited. Went inside the store. Asked to see manager. No one would get the manager or admit to being the manager. Cashier went to the food warmer area, gathered up the order and gave it to me, stating "We only have 3 people working". I counted 4 employees in the store. No apology, no response to me asking to see the manager. Completely unprofessional.
1. How can a store be designated as mobile order ready when it is clearly not so?
2. What mechanism exists to let the person waiting for pickup know that there is a problem with their order other than waiting for their patience to run out?
3. Are McDonald's employees justified in not getting or identifying a manager when a problem arises that they are not handling correctly?
The questions are of course rhetorical, No one in his right mind will use a service that takes more than 3 times longer than the drive through!
unethical behaviour and food prep area
10/28/18 at about 1:00pm, I decided to go into the McDonald's because I already had experience staff not giving the right order through the drive through. They had plenty of young people that was staffed, so I didn't understand why it took almost 20 minutes to get my food and when I got it, it was the wrong order and I told them that I needed one of the burgers made special and that was over looked as well and not prepared the way that I requested. I returned back to the counter and asked for a manager the manger came and had a really bad attitude she took the bag from me and threw it on another counter and yelled to the cook that I'm complaining about my order and to redo it. What got me is that she was very rude about it and I'm the one paying for the food she didn't give it to me free. I also asked her if they had a clean up crew because the lobby area and kitchen area was super nasty and I couldn't believe that they were serving people food with the food prep area being in the condition it was in. What topped it all off was a young man had dropped two sandwiches and he was literally going to put in the bag after picking them up from the floor until me and some other people that seen him said something. This is the McDonalds on 27th and Capital Drive in Milwaukee, WI. I will never go there again and I informed family and friends never to go there again because the service is horrible, they don't get your order right and it's a ridiculous shame of how to prep area looks and they serving food from it. To whom it may concern:
My name is Rose Thomas. I am the mother of Diamond Leno-Thomas whom is employed at the McDonalds located at 8825 E. Jefferson Detroit MI. Within the previous few weeks of hire, Diamond date of birth 9/06/2002(age 16), has been demeaned, disrespected and harassed by the store manager Benny. He has used verbal methods of intimidation, including disrespectful derogatory language and verbal threats to terminate employment. Diamond is a minor and has been forced to work pass her shift time at closing which is unacceptable. She is given a shift end time of 930p however she is often forced to work until after 10pm which violates the law with her being a minor in school she is to work no later than 10p.
On 10/26/2018, Diamond was written up by shift manager Tasha up for not cleaning up the front end of the store. Diamond was assigned to work the drive through and had cleaned her back area and clocked out. After clocking out she was told not to leave and was forced to clean the front of the store after while being off the clock with an underlying threat that she would be fired if she left.
On 10/27/18, as her legal guardian I went to speak with the shift manager Tasha regarding Diamond being forced to work past her shift time and her write up. I met with Tasha to voice my concerns, she proceeded to give me her side of the story and then stormed off. Tasha contacted the store manager Benny via phone. While voicing my concerns involving my minor daughter, Benny became belligerent and proceeded to yell into the phone. He stated "This is my store and I will run it however I choose to. Your daughter will do as I say and stay as long as I wanted her to." He further stated that he "doesn't care what upper management has to to say" he will continue to do things his way.
Due to the level of disrespect and utter lack of professionalism I chose to discontinue the conversation and leave the location. Upon reporting to work 10/28/2018, Diamond contacted me concerned indicating that she felt scared to speak up and that she was being harassed by Benny. Diamond stated that Benny approached her in an intimidating manner with an elevated tone and stated "I don't give a [censored] what your mom said and if I hear anything else [referencing parental concerns of treatment and scheduling] you are fired". This behavior is completely unacceptable. It is common conversation among employees at the location that Benny is often disrespectful to minor employees and this is not the first time he has engaged in intimidation tactics. As a concerned parent I am very disheartened that my daughter is having such a poor experience at her first job.
I am very concerned that Benny is permitted to harass and intimidate the youth employed at the location and have them fearing termination if they speak up. At this point I feel as though something needs to be done and he needs to be reprimanded for his behavior. Due to his intimidation and harassment my daughter is uncomfortable with working any shifts with Benny yet she is forced to since he is the store manager. This is my local Mcdonald's and having been going there for as long as I can remember.
I'm very disappointed with my recent visit! I go thur the drive thur I place my order at 5:10 pm and get to the window and pay sit there another 10min as there are cars in front also waiting. Get to the next window and sit for another window waiting for my order. I see my drinks inside but nobody comes to the window so I flag a worker and he comes to the window and I ask whats going on with my order and he just said they are working on it. So now I'm very mad, he then tells me to pull in the waiting spot cause the car behind me his order is ready. REALLY!
'So I park and go inside and they are just getting my order ready mind you they didn't even give me my drinks when I Pulled to the pick up window. Time when I enter the building was 5:35. While I'm inside their is about 10 employees standing around as if there isn't 10 cars sitting in the drive thru!
I get my order and head home. I get home and open my bags and have burnt fries and the burgers buns are hard. worst service I've had here at my local Mcdonald's

I stopped for early breakfast at the Plymouth Wisconsin store. The store was disgusting, as far back as I could see behind the counter, everything had been spilled on, stained, and left. There were no clean tables, the garbage areas had not been wiped down in at least a few shifts. The floors were not swept and the employees were standing around or moving with no ambition let alone keeping the place presentable. I was disgusted by what has been a wonderful small town store.
