I am a regular at the Elk Mill Retail park Mcdonalds when I ordered a chocolate muffin at the window. The man on the till read back the order to me of my cappuccino and muffin. I then went to pick up the order when they said I only paid for a cappuccino so I said ok thats fine can I just pay for it here then. They said no you have to queue back up In the drivethru . When this is their mistake why should I have to queue up again in a 20 minute wait for something that is there fault? I said this and the manager said no were not doing it. I said well I'm staying here until I get it I have a contactless card or change for you to put it through so why is there an issue. she said well were not doing it and shut the drive through windows in my face. This is absolutely ridiculous of her to shut the windows in a paying customers face who comes atleast once a week to this mcdonalds. They never put my order through and no apologies were given for the inconvenience of the situation and no blame was taken from their mistake. I will not be going to my local mcdonalds ever again after how rude the manager was. The manager was asian, small and rude. I believe her name might be Sadia but I have heard people have already had issues with her so maybe customer service isn't the right job for her. I don't know what you can do to fix this but it has really put me off from visiting mcdonalds again especially when I spend a fortune every week.

I waited twenty minutes in the drive through line for a frappe four cheeseburgers and a 20 piece mcnugget and after waitinf 20-25 minutes in line just to get my food and when i got up to the window kindly asked if we could get a discount for such the long wait and the manager told me "No because then I would have to give everyone else one." Then shut the window on us. After opening our food an examing it we found that the burgers were rubbery and hard from sitting under the heat lamp for so long and when i called the same manager hung up on me after i asked wht i waited for 20 minutes for rubbery food. I then called her back on a different number because they wouldnt answer my phone call on my number and when they finally answered on a different number from a totally separate phone i asked for her name an she sat an proceeded to argue with me for five minutes about giving me her name so i could call or contact your establishment to complain about her. I still havent acquired her name or any sort of id for her but shes a bigger girl thats shorter with short black hair and tattoos and braces and works the night shift as for i went through the drive through in st cloud mn off of division around midnight. quality of breakfast items and poor customer service
The first location I stopped at was on Baltimore street for breakfast. The egg mcmuffin was burnt, egg overcooked, hash Brown was overcooked and my medium iced coffee looked like a small. On December 2, 2018 I stopped at the McDonald's location on Carlisle street for breakfast. I ordered a large iced peppermint mocha and a hash Brown. When I took a bite of the hash brown, it was very tough and overcooked. I tried asking the worker, who was a manager to exchange or replace a new hash Brown. She blew me off, saying that the policy was no exchanges, while trying to rush me out of the drive thru. The only thing I would have liked would have been a replacement or my money refunded. I am very disappointed in McDonald's customers service and quality of foods. I am not sure if I will be returning in the future. Please correct these actions so that they don't happen again the next time someone visits.

My name is Judy .on November [protected]@ 2:30 I redeemed 2 Mcchicken sandwiches on 8191 Alderbridge Way, Richmond, BC V6X 3A9 n brought back home for my sons .the manager s name is Rhonno or Rhonna .I came back to talk to her on Nov 23 about the sandwichs both that the buns were burn INSIDE n the 2 chicken patties were DARK BROWN n DRY . If they believed everyone and just gave away free food they would be out of business. Try using something called common sense. You need to learn that when someone is done talking to you that you should shut up. By continuing on talking it is you who is the rude one.

I went into church st Liverpool restaurant ordered 20 nuggets medium fries medium coke I used a voucher to get big Mac & fries with a chilli dip off the self service machine at 19.17

Cash refund so I was informed Buy your McDonald's manager that I am not allowed to get a refund because he said that he refunded it to my card but I have proof that it was not refunded and he said there's nothing he can do I was charged double on my card and I wanted a refund and I did not go back on my card so why can I get refunded my money. promotions
I went through the drive thru of mc Donalds on wyandotte in Bethlehem pa. I order the classic meal deal, and the cashier told me they was out of apple pies, therefore I could not order they because they was not offering no substitute. So instead of me paying $6 for a promotion they was advertising I had to pay $8.00 for a big mac meal. If you are running a promotion and you run out of an item that's included in the promotion, customers should have the opportunity to order the meal with or without the missing item and not be denied the promotion altogether.
They should've gave you the promo at a discounted price.
unable to get food
On November 17th at 3:30 a.m. I went to McDonalds in Midland Ontario ( a 24 hr location) for food. I placed my order in the drive through and the clerk said I'm sorry we are in a shift change and can't serve you. I said I can pay cash if you like and she replied that the order would be half an hour. Unsure I heard right I asked she repeat it and she repeated the same response. So it turns out a 24 hr hour McDonalds can't provide food for a half hour? Ridiculous. Needless to say I didn't wait ! left disappointed

changes made for the future at McDonald's has put such a black eye on the company I don't know how it can bring back customers it has lost. No matter how few customers there are it takes 2 to 3 times longer to get your food. The relationship of having friendly service is and help is a joke. They pretend to care but still do the same things wrong over and over. Do not give you the correct things you order constantly. Date of incident is also a joke. Too numerous to list. Have to check order every single time. Even when I tell them they made a mistake the day before they do not respond right. This morning when I got breakfast I told them the egg white delight yesterday I ordered was not a egg white delight to please make sure it is today. When I received my order today I check it before I left the drive thru window and again it was not what I ordered. This is a constant thing now. You have taken away it feeling like a family place into feeling a self automated machine. Today also while I was waiting for my order to be corrected another customer walked out yelling how McDonalds now sucks. I've witnessed people walking out because of the slowness or complaining to manager all the time. Its not the same one because I go to many different ones in Memphis so it not just one store. The reason I keep going back because I do like there menu. But I too will finally reach a limit where I won't pay to be abused by poor service, inadequate employees or what seemingly is not a concern of upper management to make the visit of its customers more pleasant since this is not my first complaint. It seems to be getting worse not better. Eventually the profits will stop rolling in and when that happens it might be to late to correct things quick enough that McDonalds will suffer a big financial blow. Maybe since these are franchises the owners of them will be the ones to suffer and corporate still sits there on there fat bank accounts offer franchises to the next suckers. I know I wont be acknowledge about this problem I have witnessed by numerous other customers but wonder if its time to see if the local newspapers like to know or investigate how McDonalds is all about the profit and not its customers that are the reason for there profits. I always go there because of the great service and they make their macchiatos very tasty. Upon leaving (I ordered at the window) I took a drink and it tasted like cold coffee with a strong coffee taste. Thinking I just need to stir it up I waited until I got home and stirred it up and tasted it. It was horrible! They had forgotten to put the caramel in, and all I tasted was a strong iced coffee taste, I called McDonalds and a young man by the name of Tyler I believe, told me he would write my name down, and I could come pick it up the next day. I didn't make it the next day because I was sick, but on the 16th I drove by to pick up my macchiato, and the man in the window (I could not see his name and he did not tell me) told me my name was not there and "I was not getting a macchiato for free" This infuriated me because I never want anything for free, I always pay for my items when I order there. It was their mistake and I just wanted what they promised. So I drove away and here I am. Please take care of your rude workers there, because otherwise you will lose many customers. But only this day that we're really feel so mad or angry to them because they always deliver incomplete items. then they always say that the call center is the one who did wrong but its was clear that they're the one who did wrong because the receipt are in complete items but the foods they deliver is incomplete, the crew their don't make sure that the order is complete, and when we talk to delivery man, he just said that its not his fault. 11/08/18
1) Did not get a sausage egg McMuffin sandwich with meal from drive thru.
a) Called and got a free sandwich
b) Had to wait an extra 15 minutes for it to be made
c) Poor communication from Manager to grill team in making the sandwich
d) Grill employee stated out loud " I do not know how to make that sandwich
e) Manager asked another grill employee to make it and the response from said employee was " I am going on break now". This was said in front of me the customer. I stated to that employee if he worked for me he would have been disciplined.
f) The third grill employee had long hair in a pony tail down to the mid line of his back with no hairnet while preparing food.
g) Team Lead or Manager no clear identifying clothing to show hierarchy bragging about "hooking friends up" with free food.
h) The manager's unprofessionalism talking about her social life versus the customer service at hand.
2) Left with correct sandwich; however, questioning the leadership, culture, and how the world class values in action of McDonalds may not be sustained in facility #3996.

wrong takeout order.
I bought 2 cheeseburgers for my kids to bring home on a snowy evening and found that my order was wrong. I specifically wanted no ketchup, no mustard and extra pickles on both. They put only ketchup on both cheeseburgers. My kids refused to eat them. I was disappointed and since it was snowing, I did not want to drag my kids with me to go back to McDonald's to complain for a replacement.

A friend and I went to McDonald's this morning to eat breakfast. The food was fine but when my friend went to ask for some jelly for her biscuit, this female employee, don't know her name, saw her standing there but started talking to another employee ignoring the fact my friend was standing there wanting to ask for some jelly. That's not very good customer service ignoring your customers like that.

I arrived to a local McDonald's and used the drive-thru. I waited about 10 minutes because they had only 1 member taking orders for both drive-thru lanes. I ordered 3 Chicken Mcnuggets meals and when I told my drink flavors, they told me they didn't have any drinks at all. I pull up to the window and never got my nuggets sauces for all 3 orders. Also, no napkins or ketchup. Really?
