drive thru staff on a complaint
After visiting a Tallahassee FL location on magnolia St. I am very unhappy with the fact that when we placed an order for a large chocolate chip frappe and then get handed what seems like a half filled almost $4.00 drink and asked for one that was made correctly or given our money back to go to another location. Basically get told no and that it was made correctly. Then not even be given a straw. If I was driving that frappe would have been walked back inside and that staff member would have gotten a not so nice complaint in person.

The service I just received at store #5672 at address 3183 Frontage Rd, Oakwood, GA 30504 was the worse ever and I will NEVER go back to that store again. First my family and I were attended by a person named David who was not fully focused on obtaining our order. He did not speak up and was hard to understand because he mumbled. Once he got our entire order, he was having some issues on the POS and called the manager Violeta to assisted with fixing the issue. My wife asked Violeta to confirm the number amount of drinks on the order. She began reading off the order, which was not what my wife asked. Once we were able to confirm the number of drinks, we paid. Once we received the order I noticed that the original item I ordered was not on the tray. When I looked at the receipt from the gentleman bringing me the food, those items were not there. I asked him to get the manager, Violeta, and told her that y original items were not there. She said that she had read the order to me. She did not offer to fix the issue at all. I dont know who modified my order, but the food portion was correct when I placed the order. David was having issues with closing out the order. She offered not type of assistance, just excuses. I will never enter that McDonalds again. I will not even go through the drive thru neither. If and when my family or I want McDonalds I will drive all the way into Gainesville. I will also be informing all of our friends who go to this McDonalds and letting them know about this experience. Use this customer loss to train your employees that they are in a customer serving environment, and that people can choose to spend their money elsewhere to eat

I went to Mcdonalds in Mebane NC. I was in drive thru. I ordered 2 sausage biscuits. When I got to the pay window, I was told it would be a 10 minute wait. I was instructed to pull over into the waiting area. I waited nearly 30 minutes and no food. I went into the store and asked about my food. I was told they forget about it. I was given my food after it had been sitting for awhile. This is unacceptable.

I went through the drive through and ordered a crispy buttermilk sandwich and go to work and there was an artisan sandwich instead. If i was able to leave work at this moment i would take it back, i am not eating this and would either like another sandwich or a full refund on this order. Please respond to this, i look forward to hearing from someone.

As I was enjoying my coffee like I do every morning, I was about half way down the cup when I almost swallowed a screw I'm assuming from the coffee machine, I've returned the coffee and the screw to the location of purchase, they gave me a new coffee, but I'm honestly worried about drinking it, I love McDonald's coffee but this disturbs me alot, if I were to have swallowed it I don't know what could have happened

My husband and I both work late shifts and on 9/20/18 we went to the one located in lincolnton @2530 E.main st.
..our order was completely wrong we ordered the glazed chicken tenders which we got butter milk tenders my husband whom is allergic to onions asked for no onions which there was anyways both order of fries was extremely cold like they were old basically we payed $18 for food that we didn't order and couldn't eat ..
Called the location to speak to a manager was told would have to call back in the morning extremely dissatisfied and will not be returning to this location

Let first start by saying I am a McDonald lover and always will be, but yesterday 9/19/2018 I was in Atlanta moving my daughter from Tampa. We decided to stop and grab lunch at my favorite place and to my surprise WOW! Seven people were working and we stood at the counter for 10 minutes to be greeted by a manager on her cell phone. I ordered two filet fish (my favorite sandwich for over 40 years) large fry large coke. 20-25 minutes later order comes, I get my order go to get my coke. The coke machine was so filthy dried up syrup all on the inside just nasty! I go to sit down open my sandwich ready to bite into the soft steamed bun and the fish is on a cheeseburger bun Nooooooo. I go up to the counter and asked if they had changed the bun style on the fish sandwich she says no, I say my bread is not steamed soft? she replied yes I know our steam machine is broke. Why not lead with that I would ordered something else.

This morning I purchased items from McDonalds on Cross Creek and Bruce B. Downs in Tampa, FL.
While in the drive thru the associate passed me my large coffee and failed to secure the lid on it. The coffee immediately spilled on my leg causing me to screamed and she continued to work. I let the associate know what happened as she took my empty cup.
I had to ask for ice and napkins.
I am currently in pain and on my way to the walk in clinic.

-I ordered my food from the machine (Easy order) and when I tried to pay by my credit it said payment error so I tried to pay again 3 times and finally it accepted the payment.
-then I take the no and put it on my table and after waiting for 25 mins. with out receiving my food I went to the desk to ask about the order they told me its not on the screen and they take the reset and prepare my food.
-my complain is I want to refund the duplicated payment back to my credit.

I ordered a strawberry smoothie and the employee asked me not to shout due to her having a headache. I spoke in a normal tone when placing my order and had to repeat it several times at first when she told me she couldnt hear me so I raised my tone thats when I got the statement about her headache. I pulled to the window to pick up my order and someone had made penis and testicle drawing with cool whip on top of the smoothie. I asked to speak to the manager and was asked if I was being a D!

I ordered a #3 in the drive thru at 10:30am today. When I got home about 5 mins later I opened the bag and was dissapointed with the brown soggy french fries. How they were soggy at start of lunch service baffles me but OK... Then I started to eat my ddble quarter pounder while trying to work so I really didn't notice the meat was raw until several bites in. I hope to god I don't get sick!

Recently showed an ad that indicated a flatline on a heart monitor. If you have ever watched someone die and see that line go flat you would not see that as an appropriate ad...this on the heals of your bereavememt ad...what an insensitive group you have providing your advertisement. Honestly it makes me not want to eat at McDonald's again. I usually go once a day for breakfast and a few times a week for another meal. That will be changing. Truly disappointed.

I got a take out meal from macdonalds oakenshaw in redditch for me and my boyfriend to get home to find out that the fries were still hard and half frozen, they looked like they hadnt even seen the fryer! who ever had bagged up my food could of clearly seen it wasnt cooked but still severed it anyway. I have a photo of them too! It was disgusting. So annoyed to spend money for your food to go in the bin! I wont be going there again!

Went to McDonald's. Constitution ave Colorado springs CO. I do not eat McDonald's often and remember how good a big Mac is. I asked for NO lettuce extra pickle. ONE PICKLE SLICE. like COME ON. And fries? Freezing cold, and literally my medium fry you could t even see the fries from the open side of container. The "diet Coke" we both got is watered down and is not carbonated. Like come on McDonald's we pay you 16 for a meal to enjoy and I am disappointed. HORRIBLE excuse. Why come to your restaurant when what we get is basically half of what we ordered and we pay over double the price we paid several years ago? I would honestly like an honest response. It's agitating. My order was simple and straight forward as I did not ask for my burger to be made a specific way, I ordered it straight from the minute. I ordered a Quarter meal with cheese, medium size and a sweet tea. I paid my $7.77 and received my cup for the tea. I went to get the tea while waiting for my order and I cam to realize that there was no sweet tea, they were out so I grabbed a coke. After doing so, I went to stand over by the counter to wait for my meal. I waited, and waited and waited. There was a total of nine people that came in after I did and they left before I did. After waiting 12 minutes, I asked the cashier what was going on, why is it taking so long? The young lady stated that she would check. After walking away from me, she never came back. After waiting a whopping "18" minutes, I asked for the manager. I simply asked him, why have I waited 18 minutes for a standard item from the menu? He said that the person making the burgers skipped over my order and I am sorry. It is on it's way. I was just looking at him like wow!

For the last 6 weeks or so I have had to wait up to 15 minutes for my drive through order. This was never the case before. What's happening that I have to wait so long. It's ridiculous.
I spoke with the manager today and was told the toaster wasn't working properly. I asked what about all the other times. She had no answer. I see lots of other customers parked and waiting for their drive-through order too. They also look annoyed at the wait. IWhat are you going to do to improve the drive-through service?
I don't want coupons for my trouble. I want better service.

I puchased a $27.95 family box today at around 12.30pm 15/09/2018 from auburn mcdonalds it was a very busy time for me so i didnt check my order before leaving by the time we reached our destination (sports game) i realised i was ripped off i only recieved x2 big macs and x2 cheese burgers with x1 fries and the drinks! i did go back to the store because it initially was my 12yr old who ran in to make the order and when ur number gets called u give the reciept as she did. As a result i was told by the staff at the counter that they couldnt do anything for me because there was no proof of purchase? How is this possible that mc donalds can take your money but not give what you paid for? I feel ripped off and sad as this is something i order regularly from mcdonalds

On 9/12 I took my son to the Yorktown McDonalds #25251, been going there for years. Workers at counter were impatient and rude, had asked about a specific sauce and was told they had it so when I went to counter to get food asked about it and was told rudely they no longer carried and if I wanted a different one then what was it? Couldn't believe the rudeness. So took tray to sit and was surprised to see a child around 4 sitting with an adult who was sleeping in booth, the child said wake up mommy several times.
