There are already online delivery for McDonalds in the Philippines but only some areas. It does not include a large area Iloilo City where I live. I wanted to avail of online ordering of McDonalds in Iloilo but the service is not available in Iloilo the reason why I complaint and the reason I lose interest in McDonalds because there is no online ordering in Iloilo.. I will eat in another fast food but not McDonalds anymore because there is no online ordering in Iloilo, Philippines

Lousy McDelivery
Even using 8McDo is bad in Metro Manila. In Pasay City (near DFA) it usually takes McDonalds an hour to deliver.
Today it was much worse, an order was placed at 3:20 pm (said to be from Edsa Taft branch). We followed-up 3 times, and the call center agents angrily told us to call only for new orders.
It never arrived. After waiting for nearly 2 hours (5:10pm) for a McDo delivery, we just decided to leave the office.
McDonalds Philippines' McDelivery is definitely a FAIL. Maybe i should mention this to Richie next time we meet. :-)
Lousy delivery, in Lapu-Lapu City they should have more delivery services, in case one not available at least the other can make it... This is not once but always do..hopefully they can change it. Then they can easily told us another 45minutes to wait, wow..that's incredible! how can they wait a customer almost two hours... They're once almost an hour delivery, we almost hungry by that time... MCdelivery can easily to order but can take they're customer long waited...If you want this SERVICES be forever PLEASE CHANGE!
i agree with the lousy delivery services in lapu-lapu, i think not just mcdonalds but any other restaurant in that area..stayed there for a year and i didnt understand why they find it hard to check one's order before leaving the store..theres always something missing from my order...it's just sick there..especially chowking, the one in marina mall, don't ever order food for delivery there..in like 20 times i ordered food there they just get it right once..keep on providing me wrong food, wrong size of drink, missing food, forgot to bring change and overcharged what i ordered, always!you won't find any dumber store..
but to the dude who posted this.what are you smoking?! you won't order from mcdonalds again coz you're area is not covered by the online ordering? it's not like you can order online on any other restaurant in your area? it looks like you just want to order mcdonalds just so you can order something online...that's funny dude..it just won't happen right away considering that you are in a province, and the market for people who will order online in your area is surely small, adding the fact that most houses that has an internet connection in your area probably has a landline phone that can be used and still is the fastest way to order food from home. they do have different servers on each area and redirecting orders will be harder to your place..
don't get me wrong..i'm not an employee of mcdonalds, if you went to school, it's just common sense.. it think the way for you to have it is to request for it and not complain, because you don't have anything to complain since you don't really have it in your area..
Manila Ortigas area waited 2.30 to 3 hours for delivery asked for an apology via email instead they added me to a spam list. I try and reply and the email is a no reply email absolutely disgusting MCDO Philippines is dreadful service. Worst part is the Macdonalds is located 1 block from me literally about 500-600 metres and it takes 2.30-3 hours!

It's early but I am irritated with your Delivery hotline who does not know how to address customer's order.
The lady who take my order and was cancelled is a certain Christine Bajan (or Barhan), here under are the situation that is not handled properly:
1. I specifically indicate in my order that I am near Mc Donald's Damosa area because it was advised by the delivery guy of your outlet to do this to expedite my order. Hence, this additional note in my order but this lady rather told me that my passed 6:30AM order will be served by 8:30AM because its the delivery service schedule of Damosa.
2. I told her to disregard my request for Damosa and check for other outlet, she told me outright that there's no other outlet. This irritated me because other outlets normally delivers at my residence.
3. If there's a case like this your Online delivery service should indicate about the outlet's schedules that do not synchronize with your ads which specify that deliveries for breakfast starts at 4:00AM up to 10:00AM
I 've always ordered orange juice with every meal I get with McDonalds. At exactly 17:51:37 08/17/2013, I ordered crispy chicken sandwich with large fries and orange juice. Andro (the order taker, Emerald Avenue Branch) said that its not allowed, I repeated my order once more..he said the same thing...I said that I would pay extra because I know that you can upgrade as long as you're willing to pay the extra money for it...and he stuck by what he said (with his supaldo face) I wanted to speak with the manager to verify it but I'm not the type of person to make a big scene (so I'm writing my frustration here). Aaaarrrgghhhh! That was the frist time I couldn't get my orange juice ever with my meal...I know I know I could've gotten it if I paod for it separately but it wasn't the way I do my orders with McDonalds...I was just disappointed because that was my routine to buy a simple meal with orange juice...was that too much to ask... Just disappointed :(

Im here now at mcdonalds don antonio branch. I approach one of their trainee manager coz my table had been use by previous costumer.. but unfortunately he just stare at me just like he's just seeing casper the friendly ghost. I ordered bff bundle through mcdonalds online delivery last night at 7pm. I received an email confirmation and a text message at 7:38pm saying that my ordered was confirmed and it will be delivered after 60mins (1 hour). I waited until 11:14pm but NO ONE CAME! I called the hotline 8-6236 but it says number is not in service! So i send a complain online then after 1hr somebody called me to say that they received my complain and explained that my order was cancelled because the branch in imus is on REST DAY!? So i asked aren't there any other branches who can deliver my order? Then he said the other branch only delivers until 10pm! So i told him that my order was placed at 7pm! Then the guy said that there are some technical issues online that's why the order came in late! So now, i am wondering, if my order came in late because of tech issues online, then why did i received an email and text message on my phone saying my order was confirmed at 7:38pm?! Mcdonalds delivery is ZERO in customer service! If i didn't complain online then that means that nobody even cared to call me and inform me that they are cancelling my order! Someone only called because i sent a complain! Wow! Can't believe a well known fast food chain has poor delivery service! Late delivery of food and worst is they are cancelling orders on their own without even informing customers and not delivering at all! If you mcdonalds will keep your poor service like this, you will totally loose all your customers! I don't know who's fault it is, is it the management who can't find solutions for this issues and can't find ways to improve service, or is it the employees who can't do their job properly? Now, mcdo, YOU TELL ME! this has happened before too (my order was cancelled without notifying me at all, and late delivery came after 3 hours) but i didn't complain before because i hate complaining! But now, this isn't acceptable anymore! You totally lost us (me, my family and friends) now and We won't be ordering or even eating mcdo food anymore! We hate mcdo! What's the use of advertising if you can't even take care of your customers? Remember that customer feedback is very important, you won't have business if you have no customers!

Worst Assistant Managers telling us, "wala po kaming magagawa?" Even the Store Manager can't even talk to us and resolve the issue.

After eating our Mcdo meals, my father ordered McFreeze for my 5-yr old nephew.
After paying, he was told that there is no straw available (because it's Friday). How can you drink McFreeze without a straw?
We know that Friday is "strawless day" but there are exemptions from drinks (like Zagu beverages, 7-11 slurpees, Ministop Chillz, KFC Krushers) which could not be taken without straw. Same is true for beverages which could not be placed in paper cups.
All the Assistant Managers that time said that they could not do anything... even saying that there is no straw available. Could you call that good service?
We requested to talk to the store manager, but he/she could not face us. Why can't the store manager act and resolve this?
Why is McDonald's C. Raymundo Pasig don't inform customers "beforehand" that they're not providing straws even for McFreeze orders?

they should lose their license and be forced to offer their lousy, non-existant service in a different name, not as mcdonalds which they have almost nothing to do with. mcdonalds is a different company with strict standards, different products and excellent customer service. i do not know why mcdonalds does allow those clowns to use their brand with this kind of bad service.
i ordered many times from them(mcdelivery.ph) i got a conformation and they do not even deliver most of the time.

At Macdonald's las piñas they have mccafe but noone is ever at the register many of the items on the menu are not available but no indication on menu of the same when asking for help a man in supervisor uniform waived me on to other staff then walked away no greeting apology trouble shooting skills just walked away
