Metem Technology heider pro zoom x1 land telescope

I have ordered a Heider Land Telescope on the 12nd of September which I have already paid by mastercard (amount of €119). After my purchased order I have received an invoice of my shopping and I was waiting for some delivery information. A week after I have sent them an email asking about my delivery because I had no info at all, and I got a reply back on 22dnd Of September that the telescope will be dispatched latest on 5th of October. Than the mentioned date has passed so I wrote an email to all their contacts what they have on their website but I never got an answer. I have tried to call them but none of their number works. I have asked for a refund by email and they didn't do anything. Today is 15th of November and I am still waiting for any info from their side. The most annoying thing is that I was on my facebook site when the advertisement came up, so I clicked on it... I still see the same advertisement on facebook. Is this company still exist? If not how can it be that hundred of people are buying products and prepay it and than nothing happens? No refund, no answer. They have extremly poor customer service ...but at the same time brilliant websites, because they have: metem.eu, landtelescope.eu. I know that it is hard to get my money back but I really hope that noone will order anything from their website because theese are all fake. I am still hoping to get any answer or refund...or to see that they have closed by the police for deception of the costumers.

Reclamar dinero desde donde se ha efectuado el pago (tarjeta credito, tranferencia, etc.) y poner denuncia en la policia... presuntos estafadores.

Hello, I have the same problem. I have ordered a Heider Land Telescope on the 29 of September. I have received an invoice of my shopping and I am still waiting. Today is 16 th of November... Sirs, thik twice before buiynig from: metem.eu, landtelescope.eu, heidertelescope.com :-(

I have ordered my telescope three months ago and I'm still waiting on it.
I have several times sent emails to [protected]@metem.eu and got no good answers to my question: When I'll get my telescope?

If they have a huge sales volume stop advertising for your products as you cannot handle the load. Unless it is a scam from this company to rip people off and just stop responding.

Metem Technology telescope

I have ordered my telescope three months ago and still waiting on it. Every time I contact customer service they claim that they have a huge sales volume and my order is in process.

At the end I asked to have a refund but I did not get their attention either.

Well if they have a huge sales volume stop advertising for your products as you cannot handle the load. Unless it is a scam from this company to rip people off and just stop responding.

Metem Technology no assistance no reply to email cfx super power

Hello Metem International,
My name is Edoardo Pavia, and I'm based in Italy. I have sent in September a CFX to your European distributer, for reparation, and unfortunately despite the e-mail exchange and the promise to send it back repaired or refund me, they have been quite since their last reply that you can find below.
I'm here formally asking you to kindly solicit the Kabelweg, Netherland Distributer, to respond to my e-mails. I work in the diving compartment, and I normally use your tools, and I was also keen in buying other material, but until I will not receive a reply, and more of all, my material back, I will keep on writing to anyone willing to listen to my requests, thank you for your time and attention.

I'm writing once again regarding my torch Heider CFX sent over to you for reparation in September. I urgently need to receive it back or to have it substitute with an equivalent model. I've wrote other e-mails but no one has answered back, could you please let me know? I also need to add to the shipment more material to be bought.

Metem Technology metem international b. v.

On 17th Aug I placed an order for an Ali5: 597, 92€ were immediately taken from my account, but no delivery has happened 'til now (6th November!) and, even worse, no signs from Metem has been received.

The email acount probably is fake (I've writteb tens of emails in order to receive some info) and the indicated phone number is "un-available".

It's clearly a fraude: this site must be closed as soon as possible!

Metem Technology shipping/delivery

I have placed an order online on the 28. Sep 2017. for a CF1 Super Torch and it was supposed to be delivered in 3 days. On my account still stands processing. I still have not revieved anything and was forced to pay up front... BTW on your website stands that you have it in stock ... when will i recieve it?

These [censor] take your money, then they forgot all about you. It will take months and sometimes a year plus to heard from them and if you are lucky you will get your money back.
They did disconnect the New York number so no one in USA call them asking for their money back.
You may keep trying and good luck to get an answer from them, and that's if you can get hold of some of those [censor] at Metem.

Metem Technology pro zoom x1 not received

I had placed an order for Heider PRO Zoom X1 Land Telescope and Heider TA01 Universal Metal Land Telescope Camera Adapter on 14th October 2017 invoice no.[protected] and Order no. ZOOMEN-[protected] but have still not received till date. There are no reply on any email addresses. And even phone numbers available online are not working. Iam not even able to track my shipment as my login is not linked to my order.

Metem Technology an undelivered product

On August 1st, I bought one of your products (zoom telescope and an accessory for a mobile phone) and after some contacs I did not receive it yet. The customer service does not ge in touch with me to clarify what is happening. I received an e-mail from your customer service on September 13th saying that the products would be postated on september 21st (adaptor) and on 30th (telescope).

Metem Technology heiden pro zoom x1 landen order has not been delivered yet

Hi,
I have placed an order from Metem international including the following products: "Heiden pro zoom x1 LANDEN-[protected] and LANDEN-[protected] on 3rd of September 2017. Despite my multiple e-mails and phone calls, this company keep transferring the dates of the delivery without any success for 2 months. Both of the products have been paid and it is of major importance to be sent as soon as possible. It is unacceptable and I demand my orders to be shipped. Otherwise, I will request for reimbursement or I will take a legal action against your company accusing you for unreliability and deceit.
I expect an immediate service.

Metem Technology airbike

On 18th of august 2017 we ordered one airbike at
Metem international (metem. eu)
Kabelweg 43 1014 ba,
Amsterdam / netherlands

And paid 968 euro by mastercard.
Until today no delivery, no refund, only one email from some "kevin" on 29th of september, who said he is deeply sorry about the delay - this was one month ago.
We want a refund of 968 euro to our mastercard.

  To this day I have tried to contact you dozens of times, explaining the problem, through these 3 email addresses to [protected]@metem.eu - [protected]@supertorch.com - Yusuf Kırtorun customerservice @ metem.eu without getting any response on any of them. 64 days have passed since the purchase and request a response or refund of the amount paid.

Metem Technology customer support and telephones do not answer I need warranty repair

The company sold me an electric scooter Ali5 v2 for £500.
After 3 months of use / and 600 km., I am 70kg. / my scooter ALI5 V2 has his back wheel broken and the control panel isn't work properly: often stops, /and I need to switch it on again/, do not show km and speed, etc.
The Customer Support and telephones do not answer and I need warranty repair.

Metem Technology sales and shipping

Good day

I placed an order on 11th August 2017 and paid for it so your company has my money, I have sent more than 7 emails trying to get to the bottom of this issue, yet there has been no assistance from your company. The only response I received was an email stating that my order would be shipped before 30-09-2017 and that has not happened.

I need some advice, should the company be seen as criminal or is this a mix-up and then should it be sorted out post haste. This is extremely frustrating, I mean I have paid for the product, why do I now have to beg for it to be shipped.

Metem Technology airbike mx5

I ordered an Airbike MX5 through Internet web shop by the beginning of July 2017. Order no #EUAWHL-[protected]. The delivery was delayed several times.
I run out of patience and canceled the order. I was promised refund by the 30th of August. I have been promised that the refund should be made immediately. The 13th of September I was promised that the refund should be made not later than the 18th of September.
I have still not had any money on my bank account.

I have tried to call them several times during three month but the phone number on the home page doesn't work.

I've run through the same experience. Ordered Audible MX5 on 31-Aug. Paid amount via VISA. Then regular excuses of logistic problems always mentioning later delivery dates. Until 60 days after order/payment had passed. Since 25-Oct no replies to emails or messages anymore.
VISA told me I now only can peruse legal action which do not guarantee that I get my 968€ back, but certainly cost lawyer fee.
This company should be stopped luring trusting people into their deceitful operations.

I am facing the same problem with this company, and I am afraid it could be a fake business.
I have placed an order since September 16, and same as you, delivery which was supposed to be within 15 days, has been postponed eversince, and all replies keep on repeating apologiesand saying that shipment will be done soon.
I tried to cancel the order and claimed for refund, but again, the reponse came that my request has been put in the system, and I will get more info as soon as finalised... still nothing.

Anyone please sugest what should be made against this obvious fraud!

More than two months ago (18/07/2017) I made the purchase of the Ali5 scooter and neither I have received the product nor received my money. What was initially going to be a 2 week wait in delivery of the scooter is already going for almost two and a half months. Although I have tried to get in touch with the company, they do not attend to me.

I have made several attempts to contact the company's customer help desk by phone and email. They do not respond to emails and the phone number does not ring. They have a facebook page where someone tells me to wait for 7-10 days each time I ask about the order. It is now 2 months since I made the order. Their website still says the product is in stock and so many more people will fall into this trap. This is fraud and I plead that attention be given to this. If the company is unable to meet up with demand for the product, then potential customers should be made aware prior to purchase, of a prolonged delivery date. The website should also be updated to show that the product is out of stock.
I was not made aware that I will have to wait for 2 months and counting. I do not live in Amsterdam. I feel cheated and swindled. Please help me.

Ordered Airbike ali5 on July 11 2017, with Invoice #[protected]
Order #UKAIRB-[protected], for 499 pounds + 15 pounds for delivery expenses. Since then, I didn't receive any notice, and despite trying to contact them several times through different e-mails and by phone, I didn't receive any information about the status of my order. It's like they just stole the money. I am going to denounce them for fraud to the authorities by the beginning of next week.

Metem International Custom Service answer once to my emails on 13.10.17 and suggested to send my scooter Ali5 to Kabelweg 43 1014 BA, Amsterdam. I've send it by DPD but they couldn't find anybody at this address and now they keep my parcel in DPD storage in Amsterdam since 25.10.17. I already contacted UK Customer Support and National Geographic Customer Support and they gave me ref. number so I will inform them for my new problem. You all could find them too - there is EU Customer Support in every EU country - find them and they will help you . They have got a company in Netherlands which could contact Metem. Find the group in Facebook - there is other people complaining. Find me at vsmircheva@gmail.com - Subject: METEM International. Together we will make them give us our money back! Good lock!

THis is sooo sad. I ordered 20th July. Their phone number no longer goes through and they don't respond to emails. This is fraud. Collecting money from people without delivering service. Everytime i communicate with them on Facebook I'm told to wait 7-10 days. So its the same thing they tell us all. What do we do? Is anyone living in Netherlands? Can we involve the police or bank. Many more people will fall into this situation because the website still says the electric scooter is in stock. That is not true! THIS IS FRAUD!

Apparently they use the same pattern of answers to the complaints of all of us. The common fact I noticed they don't want to state when they are going to complete the next batch and do the shipping. This brings me to the conclusion they have troubles in production somehow or the worst case scenario they have no plans to ship ever, but just collecting money from our orders. If you go to their website, there is still a statement there "IN STOCK", which motivates other customers to place an order. Yeah right, you see how much this statement is true :-(

Niccolai, I have the same issue. I ordered on 2 July, 2017. Stil nothing received. Each time I contact them I get just excuses and fake promises that will be shipped in 7 to 10 days. Did you denounce it to the authorities perhaps?
