Metem Technology pro zoom x5 refund not received after i've returned the product

Dear Sir or Madan,

I've been waiting 83 days for a full refund amount 459 €.
Order number : FRHTLSC-[protected]
Invoice : [protected]

I returned the PRO ZOOM X5 on 15 May 2017. You've received it in very good condition and you sent me a message on 30 May 2017 in which you tell that the full refund will be made within 21 days following the date of 30 May.

My question is : WHERE IS MY REFUND ?

Second question is : Should i get a lawyer to obtain satisfaction ?

Metem Technology product delivery

My name in vitaly vereshchagin (Mail [protected]@mail. Ru).
In january 2017 I have paid for heider pro zoom x1 land telescope:

Order #zoomen-[protected]

Until now I didn't get my telescope or my money back.
I've got a lot of promises to deliver "as soon as possible", but have got nothing until now. Finally they told me "we are not able to deliver", it's too complicated.

More than 1 month ago after i've published this story on instagram i've got confirmation from mariette (Metem customer service representative) that they will give me money back.
But I have got nothing until now - there's no replies on my mails.

Metem Technology order #mtmeuen-[protected] & metem invoice #[protected] product not received

Dear sir/madam,
I've ordered online the product # mtmeuen-[protected] & invoice #[protected] heider cf1 super power & heider hb1 anti-glare glasses on 13 july 2017 and i've expected to be delivered in 3 business days according to your website,
I still have not received anything. I have sent many emails asking where my order is and they keep telling me it is to be dispatched in 10-to 15 days time.
I have written numerous emails to metem asking for the money to be refunded or for them to dispatch the product.
Please help to solve this issue

Metem Technology refund request for cancelled order

Dear Sir/Madam,

I've ordered online the product #LANDEN-[protected] on 15th oh July and I've expected to be delivered in 3 business days according to your website.
On the 21st of July I've contacted the costumer service and inquired the whereabouts of the product.
Mariette the customer service adviser told me that the product can not be delivered in time before my holiday departure on the 24th of July, so I've cancelled the order .
I'm still waiting for my refund, I've tried to call you but the number +[protected] is not in use anymore.

I already order the product still not receive yet? And the line can't be contact why? I want my refund. I bee waiting 4 weeks. After 10 days I gave them a call they said they need 10 days more to arrived after 10 days they said they need more 7 days but now I gave call the line can't be contacted? Why? This is really not responsible and honardable as a business. How can be trust do Million people.

Metem Technology heider cfx super power flashlight invoice # [protected]

I ordered and paid for with Master Card, $89.90 on June 02, 2017. i still have not received anything. i have sent 2 emails asking where my order is and they keep telling me it is to be dispatched in 2 weeks time. they are not even replying to my latest emails. i can't get into "My Account" as it tells me it is the wrong password. when i ask to reset it. i don't get a email reply.

Metem Technology ali airbike not receive

After 3 months waiting for my product I have decided to cancel my order. It's more than a month now. I have contacted a lawyer and he told me to send a letter with a receipt. After I will be inform of the reception, they have 10 days to pay. If not, I will have to contact a mediator to make them pay. If they did not agree I have to sue them. Thankfully it will be free and they will have to pay for all my expenses since them (new bike, subway, time used to sue them)

Metem Technology non delivery of paid-for item

On the 8th February 2016, I ordered and paid for a Bresser Pirsch 25-75x100 spotting scope from Metem International. I paid for this on my MasterCard. The cost was approximately 400 Euros.

On the 3rd March, Metem advised that they could not provide the product and offered to supply me with an alternate scope of similar quality. This was the Heider PRO ZOOM X5 scope. They indicated that they would supply it within 1 month of their email of 3rd March. I questioned delivery on the 29th March and they said they would supply by end of April. I followed up again on 5th May and they replied that they were out of stock with no estimate of delivery date.

I followed up again on 17th July and received no reply. I followed up again on 20th July and received no reply.

On the 30th of July, I requested they they dispatch the order immediately or credit my MasterCard accordingly.

I have repeatedly tried to contact their office by phone with no success.

On the 30th July, I requested that Metem dispatch the order immediately or credit my MasterCard accordingly.

Since that date, I have written numerous emails to Metem asking for the money to be refunded or for them to dispatch the product.

It is now the 22nd April, 2017. This is approximately 14 months from the date at which Metem took my money. Metem has clearly no intention of delivering this product or refunding my money. Quite simply they have stolen my money and I have little hope of getting the money back.

Whilst I have given up hope that the money will be refunded, I would like this note to serve as a warning to any other potential customers.

Metem Technology my order: #zoomen-[protected] ; 2 x [protected] ; 2 x hta01ka

I have bought 2 telescopes and 2 phone adapters as a package. I didn't received them in due time, I informed the company that I don't need the products anymore due to the fact I will not be at the address. Such a shame company, I didn't received the products, I called them every day. I don't need anymore their products. They are not returning the money.

unbelievable company..such a shame..you can see what kind of tactics they have..
Miss Roza is the best living example..you can check time..today is 20.02.2017
No one response after my several e-mails..it past over a week..this company is unbiliviable..This is last warning..tomorrow I will contact all local newspapper to inform about my experience with this company

Metem Technology heider cb1 superpower... still no refund

Same problem same company same fraudsters! I bought heider cb1 super power 13.12.2016 with subtotal 74, 50euros from my mastercredit card.. Invoice#[protected]. If anyone need proof I will send it, all mails and invoice proof. After three weeks I was contacted, mailing, calling and no one answer.. I was so upset and start to write my complaints on their advertising pages such as facebook, twitter.. After that they gave me an answer that my item should be submitted/shipped by the end of january.. It past january and I asked for a refund and they said "your request (1875) has been received and is being reviewed by our support staff" will they refund my money in 2018? I will contact all news paper in amsterdam and i'll make sure everyone to know about fraudsters.. Impossible company, such unprofessional..

Metem Technology the order #eustorch-[protected] hasn't been shipped yet. no shipping information was provided.

Hi I bought a telescope on line on 17/12/16 for eur 144, using my visa card. My order #eustorch-[protected]. The product is not delivered & vendor cannot be contacted by email or phone. Company's details: metem international b. V. Kabelweg 43 1014 ba amsterdam, netherlands, +[protected] web sites: supertorch.com, metem. Eu does this company exists? How I can refund my money?

I haven't received the package yet, no tracking information is been provided and there's no way to do that in your site. I tried to contact customer service by phone and emails and neither of both received answer. The only response i've received is via facebook messenger but they do not answer since the last week when they promised to ship my order last week. Please do not waste your money and time buying here!

Ordered the above product 8th of jaunary 2017.

Metem international gave me excuses and said that the product will be shipped within 3 days.

That was last week ago and still as of today. i did not received any confirmation that the product i ordered is shipped and still no tracking number to monitor shipment.

Metem Technology I ordered and paid but did not receive anything

On the 19th of januari 2017 I ordered and payed two products from Metem International B.V.

CFX Superzaklamp ; 1 x Heider AGX Superzaklamp ; amount 204.80 (EUR)

I already sent 3 emails and asked when to recieve my order, my products.
No one is answering nobody is picking up the phone at the support desk.

What can I do to make them answer to my requests?

I bought a zoom x1 telescope since december 12th, 2016 (A month ago) and I haven't received the package yet, no tracking information is been provided and there's no way to do that in your site. I tried to contact customer service by phone and emails and neither of both received answer. Please do not waste your money and time buying here!

Metem Technology heider pro zoom x1 telescope

Hasn't been received despite the amount of $164.90 US dollars coming out of my account on the 28th Dec 16. Seeing others with the same problems it's pretty clear this Company is a scam. They need to send me the goods immediately or refund the amount paid for. I'm not going to type all my details here. The date the amount was extracted from my account and the location listed below should be a clear indicator who I am and where they should deliver the goods.

I have had a similar experience - ordered Night Driving Glasses 29th June 2017 with a 7-day delivery promise but the order was NEVER fulfilled. I sent numerous emails to all three the METEM customer services departments that were supposedly responsible for sorting out this problem ( 'customer service' ; 'info@nightdrivingglasses.net'; 'us@nightdrivingglasses.net' ) and even ha to threaten legal action before these folks bothered to respond. All they kept doing was confirm my order was being processed and that a tracking number would be issued via email - it never arrived! I even tried posting my complaint on the HEIDER FaceBook page, and whilst they initially responded positively, they eventually removed my posts altogether and I cannot post anything there now. Eventually, after two-and-a-half months, they refunded my purchase amount on Friday 15th September 2017 - but due to currency fluctuations, is the equivalent of a bit more than 2 US$ LESS than what I paid. At this stage I am so fed-up and frustrated with them that I won't pursue the matter further, but I will DEFINITELY warn others about this group. The WORST on-line purchase experience I have EVER had!

I paid for the scope last July and have had ongoing correspondence with this bunch of thieves who keep saying its ongoing - at one stage they even sent an email saying that the item is on the way and supplied a tracking number but the number supplied was for another item that was supposed to have been shipped at the same time - i.e. the phone holder.
I have email many times but have no response or a reply that is total fabrication.
I demanded my money back but to date have had no response. This was the tracking number you claimed was the telescope whereas it was only the phone holder - 1ZA992W90466566926
We have a program in Australia on TV called The Checkout. Watch out for my complaint to be aired in a segment called "FU Tube"

This company is a scam .i paid for an airbike opn 8th December 2016 .order #ABIKEEN-[protected], when i call their Amsterdam branch, only voice mail, they also have a branch in the USA, (801 PENHORN AVENUE UNIT 5 SECAUCUS, NJ 07094, EMAIL:us@airbike.com, ph:+[protected],
They never answer, and email you back say your order will be shipped soon, also saying AMAZON will send you a tracking number,
i'm going to lodge a complaint to the FBI's Internet Complaint Center, anyone with similar complaints contact the FBI,

Metem Technology zoom telescope x1 pro

I have ordered and paid for the pro x1 in October 26th 2016. the item has never been dispatched. I tried to contact by email, facebook, twitter with the same result, promise after promise but never a dispatch. here is some classic:
at the beginning of Jan:
"Hello Mr. Gyuri, Please accept our sincere apologies for the delay. Due to customs and transportation problems we experienced because of Christmas holiday further we will dispatch your product begining of the january. If you have any questions please do not hesitate to contact us. Have a great week! "

few days later:

"Mr. Gyuri, Please accept our sincere apologies for the delay. We will dispatch your product until end of the week. We would like to compansate this delay with a gift. If you have any questions please do not hesitate to contact us."

weekend gone and asked for refund :

"Hello Mr. Gyuri, we have forwarded your refund request to the related department. We will inform you regarding your refund as soon as possible. Please do not hesitate to contact us again for further information. Thank you and have a great day!"

"Mr. Gyuri, we have a "refund pending list". We will inform you about your refund as soon as possible. (hopefully in 1 week)"

and surprisingly a few days after:

"Mr. Gyuri, we will dispatch your product end of the week and share your tracking numver when we shipped your items"

complete lies it seems to me, no tracking number no item, no money be very careful with them.

Metem Technology paid for product not received and cannot get any response from metem.

Nov.29, 2016 @ 8:38:00 CET I made an order for a Heider Pro Zoom X1 Land Telescope for a price of $129.90 and a Heider TA01 Universal Metal Land Telescope Camera Adapter for a price of $44.00. A total of $173.90 was taken out of my checking acc. on the same date. ( Withdrawal Signature base/Met emUS +[protected] NJ Date 11/29/16). When trying to call them I was told there was no one available. When trying to email them I was told I did not have authorization to use the email address. Would like the product delivered or the $173.90 back in my account. Any response would be appreciated. Thank You.
