Hi customer service, I have purchased an heider pro zoom x1 telescope from www.zoomtelescope.com at the price of USD164.90 since 26 November 2016 and i did not receive the product until now. Please kindly advice what should I do. I still have my booking number with me. I have emailed metem international few times and all the reply I get is to ask me keep on waiting. I am upset on the service being provided.

It’s authorized by metem international. They shown it will be delivered in 2-3 working days. I understand that the christmas ans new years celebrations may cause delayes.
But regarding my purchase I have not received any confirmation on my mail regarding purchase order & delivery schedule.
I checked the company's facebook profile, many persons complaints about not receiving product and poor customer service, I feel that I have been scammed.
It’s a product of metem international, does this company or zoomtelescope exists? There are several complaints and loss of money. - they say it’s a scam. If they exist I would like my money back.
If my money will not be returned I will submit legal case against you.
I hope I will receive positive response. I hope to get an confirmation that my products are sceduled for shipping or on its way!

Reminder
I placed an order for a heiderpro zoom x1 telescope and a camera adapter on the 13th september 2016 and the funds usd$164.90 were transferred from my visa credit card account to metem technology amsterdam. I did not receive an order confirmation at all.
I had received the telescope but no camera adapter inside the box more than 6 weeks ago.

I had contacted metem and they promised to send it to me few weeks ago. At the moment, there is no news from metem techology.
I will be appreciated if you can send the camera adapter to me asap as it is a christmas gift for my family member or refund to me accordingly.

My binocular order is still pending. Nearly two months passed there is still no report about fate of my order.
If you are over subscribed by your customers world than why don't you stop booking new orders. I am very surprised that holland based company can do such a mis committment fro their clients.
If you didn't answer with in 72 hrs than I am very right to assume that I have been deceived by metem international.

My above mentioned ORDER has not been sent so far. They sent email way back stated that my order would soon despatched but after lull of ten days no sign of getting my binocular at my home.

heider pro5 pmr446 double pack
I've ordered heider pro5 pmr 446 double pack on the 7th of november, order arrived after 3 days which was good. But the item that I received was not a double pack instead just a single pack. I paid £85.90 for dual pack as stated in my invoice. The single pack radio only cost £46.90 so definitely i've been sent the wrong item. I have sent about 5 emails but didn't get any reply, tried phoning them as well but I was just in the que for a long time. Very poor customer service. This company is deceiving people, a total scam. This company is a total scam and I would advise everyone to give them a wide berth. I am in the throes of initiating legal action against them.
They did supply me with a faulty airwheel. That was some 5 months ago. Stupidly, despite how difficult it has been to contact them (They don't answer phones or emails) I agreed to return the airwheel to them for a refund.
Their netherlands phone number is just on a loop - your call will never be answered by them. I doubt there is even anyone attending their phone lines.
Now I have no airwheel and no money.
Why companies like amazon and ebay allow such a seller on their websites is beyond me!

unethical behaviour
On 6 september we made online order of heider pro zoom telescope over metem international. (Order #[protected]) , which was delivered and returned as we need pay additional cost which doubled order price. Those additional costs are not mentioned anywhere during making the online order.
We are very disappointed with unprofessional attitude after the problem occurred when heider product ordered. We informed metem international, who was involved in this order procedure, about problem and ask to find solution, but they never give us any answer on several email messages.
I pointed out that main problem of returning order are additional costs which are not listed anywhere during making order, and I therefore can not cover those extra costs by itself as it doubles real price. It looks like real buyer deception...
As mentioned, we kindly ask them for response in order to find a solution, but never got any answer on any message. We did not get money back or any other explanation.
Now we are reporting them as our rights have been violated. We only want now refund.

I order online and paid for a heider monoscope 25th august 2016. Following numerous unanswered emails and facebook negative comment metem international responded and replied my order was confirmed and due to large order stock would again become available 7th october 2016 and deliveries would follow. I still have no delivered item and no response to numerous recent emails requesting delivery date. Hi, firstly I want to apologise if I am writing to the wrong office. I am kinda desperate to put a stop to this scammer who is using nat geo's name and scamming innocent people. I really think you ought to know about this company called metem technology. They sell the national geographic telescope (Nat geo 20-60x60 spotting scope). They say the product is made in netherlands. Metem international b. V. Kabelweg 43 1014 ba amsterdam, netherlands +[protected]. I paid over sgd$164.90 for this and to date they have not delivered it. I eventually went to their facebook page and on it are hundreds of people who have not received their product. Is this a nigerian scam? Many of complained to the facebook page and the standard reply is send us your email and we will get back to you. I called the netherlands company and it is a bad line. It gets rerouted, and then silence. That follows with a standard pseudo fed x email that say that they cannot contact me and to open a zip file they sent, and print it out. The file is only 2.6kb and cannot be opened.. Are you going to leave this alone is my question?. With your sources can you investigate and stop this scammer? It’s my hard earned money. And when you think of the rest of the old people who are being cheated, without guilt or conscience it’s sickening. These are some of the comments in metem"s facebook page. Your customer service is bad! I want to know if and when my purchase will be delivered, and if not I demand a full refund. There are eu laws against I ordered a spotter telescope on the 9th september 2016, and still no word of delivery. They promise to dispatch within 7 days, they lie! Also ordered this type of product recently, but seen comments from other customers of metem, I wonder and remains worried. My order is recent, I know it won't happen right away, but I see on the facebook site of metem that numbers of people have not received their products although they've paid... I'm really worried! airwheel z3 electric scooter
I purchased an Airwheel Z3 from Metem International B.V via eBay. It developed a fault and at first Metem were very helpful. They eventually agree (in writing) to send a returns label to me and that they would issue a full refund (£299).
I waited for two weeks for the returns label to arrive, it didn't.
Now they ignore all my emails. One of their contact numbers is dead and the other permanently engaged.

On the 8th February 2016, I ordered and paid for a Bresser Pirsch 25-75x100 spotting scope at a cost of CHF458.70.
On the 3rd March I contacted Metem by email and I received the following reply:

I am sorry to inform you that, the product that you ordered has been sold out and after that, we have decided to order the production of a new telescope with better characteristics to improve the quality of the products that we are selling even more.
We are currently changing the Bresser Pirsch 25-75x100 for a new model. The new product will be upgraded and we will post it shortly on our website's.
The new telescope will be the Heider PRO ZOOM X5.
Please, accept our apologies for the incapability of providing a certain date. We will do our best to deliver it within one month.
Ware really appreciate your patience.

I purchased one of their torches it arrived minus the front lens rendering it useless I sent 4 emails about this not one was answered. I contacted PayPal who I used to pay for it they found in my favour and refunded my money. While this was going on Metem said they would collect the torch from me but they never, they said there was a problem raising a return label and could I send it back and they would refund the postage . I sent it back and never got a reply I've just contacted them again about the postage and they are saying they are not responsible as I didn't send it back in time if they answered the emails I sent them they would have had it back weeks ago. The company is an absolute joke and shouldn't be trading and anybody reading this take this in to account before ordering from them. They quote distance selling rules and then don't abide by them. Absolutely disgusting customer service
