dress breeze-boho summer dress
I just received this dress in Size XL which is the size I require & ordered. But this dress is more like a small. When I ordered this through facebook ad. your sizing chart was not available.
Your size XXL is also not comparable to sizing in N. America too.
I love the dress & the green color print .
Now I am stuck with a dress that simply does not fit & I'm out the cost.
If I return it I have pay the shipping too, which should be waved in my estimation!
I complained about this Yesterday & you said I orderd a S size which is truly false since the dress I received is marked withe a XL label.
I am very unhappy with this run around I am receiving & will Not order from your Company again as well as warning my friends about issue.

I ordered the "Samantha Boho Loose Jumpsuit" and was shipped the wrong size (a size other than the one I ordered). I have emailed customer service, which is the only contact information listed on the Milk and Choco site, THREE times since mid-May and have yet to receive a response. I want to exchange for the correct size or return for refund, and can't get anyone to contact me. Please help!
unable to get refund - company refusing to acknowledge request for refund
After waiting weeks for my order to arrive, it was of poor quality and nowhere near the size I had measured and ordered, as per measurements stated on the website. It turned up from a chinese address, with no paperwork or tags within it, assumingly shipped straight from a factory. I emailed within the hour to say I wished to return it, but no reply. I have emailed several times, website states will reply within 1-2 days. It has been 9 and still nothing. No returns address so unable to return at present. Am currently seeking legal advice as I am very concerned this company has no intention of letting me send my item back, or give me a refund, especially as there are so many other reviews stating the same on this website.
delivery, quality and customer service is all terrible
My experience has been similar to most people below. My product took 1 month to arrive, despite paying extra for priority insured shipping. When I received it, the product was terrible quality and not how it was pictured at all. I have now emailed 4 times and messaged them on social media to get a refund and they are ignoring all my communications. Would not recommend at all, please avoid using.

I ordered a dress from Milk & Choco and it took over 2 weeks to arrive and looks like a cheap, knock off, bad fabric quality version of the dress I saw online! I've emailed 3 times, sent an Instagram message, and commented on their FB page asking for return information and no body has emailed me back. After reading other comments on FB it appears that this company is a scam! I hope they get shut down and nobody else buys from them!
poor customer service and shipping delay
One of the worst shopping experiences of my life. Make an order almost 1 month ago: bought 10 dresses. Order has been confirmed immediately but after that any other info arrived. The web site says order has not been shipped yet. I wrote to ask an update (sent an email the 25th of May) but nothing, I've sent another one yesterday to get how to receive my money back (364 USD), but never heard back from them. Never again!

I have received a dress that is faulty.
The fabric is very poor quality and one side of the dress does not match the other side of the dress. The buttons and drawstring have not been sewn in the correct place and the colour and pattern is different than advertised.
Even if I moved all the buttons and corrected the draw string it would
……. One inch shorter on one side of the dress from the other side.!
I have emailed them 3 times for a refund and no one replies.
won't respond about returning item
I have requested to send you a return via email and you have ignored me. I ordered two jumpsuits which when they arrived were not as they appeared on the website. The material is different and the fit is different. They are terrible quality and they are poorly made.
Having contacted twice I have received no response. The level of customer service is terrible. I am very unhappy with the products they are completely different to the pictures and now you have gone quiet when I try to return them. This is the order number: Order MC#96492. It cost me $79.90 USD and I want to get my money back, they were cheap and as I have already mentioned they are completely different to the pictures advertised.
I first filled for a return on June 1st, then again on June 6th. With no reply at all.

I made an order in February 2018 mc #36808 and It has never been delivered. I have emailed many times custommer support and never received any response. Such shame of company, it's a scam.
I suggest to resolve this in 2 ways: reimburse money or send me item to another shipping adress if possible. I prefer my money back.

I bought a dress and received it about two weeks after ordering. I received a prompt reply when I thought that my order wasn't shipped (emailed 5/24, replied to on 5/25), but now that I've requested a refund upon receiving the item, I have had no reply. I just want to return the item and get my money back. I know I only have 14 days to return the item.
I have sent emails 6/2, 6/3, and 6/4.
I have used the email that was used for the order ([protected]@hotmail.com) and included my order number (121748) each time.

I ordered a dress from this company and I received it, however it was too small and not of the quality that was advertised. I have sent three emails regarding a refund without response.
The website advertises easy returns, however there is no customer service representative phone number to call and speak with anyone.
The company claims to respond in 1-2 days via email but no response as of yet.
The product came directly from China which seems a bit odd.

I purchased a dress from Milk & Choco and it was nothing and I mean NOTHING like the sights images, the size is terrible, the stitching awful, fabric is like plastic and print is bleeding, this is in no way what was photographed. It took 2 moths to arrive after numerous emails asking where my package is and was horrible immediately out of the bag. I have emailed multiple times and no response, after seeing the rest of the reviews this is a patter and seems nothing more than a money making scam. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SHOP!

I ordered the Eliana dress. It took over 4 weeks to receive (although from this thread, it's a positive that I even received it!). It look NOTHING like the photos on the website. Completely different material and colours. A pathetic and cheap attempt to copy a designer dress. Beyond disappointed. I've contacted them numerous times for a refund and no response. That seems to be their business model though judging from this thread. The Consumer Council needs to SHUT THEM DOWN.

Milk & Choco's Facebook Page appears to be a United States company. Models and clothes are beautiful and prices are reasonable. I placed an order for a dress on 5/18. The company charged my bank account immediately. I should have checked out the company before I ordered and would have seen all of the negative reviews. Shame on me. Lesson learned. Anyway, finally received package today from China! The dress is horribly made and not at all what was pictured on their website. $40.00 dress is not even wearable. Buttons do not match up with loop holes. Sleeves are much shorter than picture of what I thought I was getting. Horrible workmanship. Do not order from Milk and Choco. Lesson learned! See pictures of what I ordered and thought I was getting and what I received. Absoute crap!
Free returns but it will cost about $60 US Dollars to return!
this company will not return my emails and issue a refund
I am having an issue getting in contact with Milk and Choco, I do not have a phone number and my emails are not being returned. I have been emailing them religiously since May 21st... I received a dress that was UNFINISHED, no invoice, no tags and no paperwork and I wanted to return it for my money back but there is no address on the website where I am able to send it too. My order number is MC#99285. I am rather upset at the lack of communication and lack customer service attentiveness. I will be calling my bank to issue this refund and I will be reporting this company to the Better Business Bureau.

I am so annoyed, I have sent them 3 emails requesting to send back 2 items like it says to do on their website and it says they will contact you withing 1-2 business days. The first email was on the 26th May, I sent another one of the 29th May and again on 6th June. It has now gone past the 14 days to get a refund. This is really poor service, DO NOT USE THEM! I am still waiting for a response

I emailed them twice now asking where my order is and if I can cancel. No response. There is also no phone number to be found.
From the other reviews looks like I wont even get it and if I do it will be by the end of summer where I wont want the dress anymore.

I ordered the Boho dress. I only received it after I emailed them to enquire about the length of time the order was taking. I finally got the dress...in the wrong size! 6 emails later and still no response.
Stay away from this site. At best, totally unprofessional and at worst...it's a scam

China The Better Business Bureau in Canada & USA are not able to help & therefore you have to pay to have an international BBB handle the complaint. Isn't that just ducky!
