Mitsubishi asx car service

I did car service on 9th October. I am not happy with service as it said good condition for battery on report but actually out of battery after 2 days. After that service, my car is very hard to start and car is jumping sometimes. I resent for service and take 3 days i been told it should be ok. But after 2days the car engine light turn on again. Car still jumping and hard to start. I need to send to check again. This car is only 5 years old. I am not happy with the quality. This big problem influence my life. I need to work. I do not take more time to sending my car to check every week. I want to find a solution to fix the problem. Engine problem is a big problem and car condition become worse and worse. Bad smelling come out as well. So angry with this car quality

Mitsubishi eclipse cross

I have purchased my Eclipse Cross in July 2019 with the following shortfalls:

- scratched door handles in the inside of the vehicle (driver side)
- no USB port
- blue tooth not working
- loose rubber on the driver door
- the car doesn't auto-lock when I drive
- no car valet was done

To date the above hasn't been resolved.

I had to await car parts from Japan and was promised by David from head office that the parts will arrive on 26/09/2019. The parts did arrive on that day as confirmed by the salesman, Colvern. He promised to call me the following day to book my car in but it hasn't happened nor has he called, to date, to inform me as to what was happening.

I informed David on 30/09/2019 where he said he will follow up and revert back to me.
The following day I called him and was told that the parts were mistakenly delivered to a panelbeater, however it will be collected and my challenges will be resolved.

Today is the 12th day of October 2019 and I have heard nothing from David or the dealership.

When I took delivery of the vehicle, it was an end of the week sale where the salesman had to meet his target of getting the 3rd car sold. He waited for me at the dealership until approximately 18:30. He never gave me the original signed documents as he never have a folder to put them in and the office was closed. He said he will give it to me the following week when he takes my car in for repairs. He promised after sales service and said that he would call me on Monday as he did understand the challenges with the vehicle and the fact that they were "non-negotiable". He also mentioned that if the parts took long to come, he would strip another vehicle to ensure that I was happy. That never happened also. I never even received the 48 hours after sales call which was supposed to be "standard ". Instead it was me calling in on Tuesday asking about the way forward.

It was me calling all the time.

The workshop manager, Sean, only called me once to inform me that the parts are being ordered from Japan. Alternatively, if a new vehicle comes in before that he will book my car in and take the parts of the vehicle and put them in my car. This was not done and I haven't spoken to Sean after

Since the 26/09/2019 I am waiting for the parts to be collected from the panelbeaters.
Mitsubishi's internal controls are their issues. I am expected to understand everything about them and their processes but as a customer I believe that I was not supposed to be treated in the above manner.

Lastly I still don't have my vehicle license as I was promised that it will be put on after my vehicle is fixed

I am an absolutely unhappy customer right now

Please advise

mitsubishi other car models brake servo only cost between RM450 to RM650 and they have quoted me for RM4700 to replace my brake servo, which is really unreasonable.

i hope i can get help from your head office in Japan for me to purchase the brake servo at a reasonable price.

i do hope Mitsubishi can help me. Thanks a lot.

Mitsubishi unacceptable vehicle service

4th October, collected vehicle after dealer having vehicle for 3 weeks doing repairs close to $5000. These repairs, I was told at time of agreeing to get done, would have vehicle back on the road like new. Gave them the go ahead to do the work. On collecting vehicle found it very difficult to start, was told by the mechanic that he had road tested and everything was great, but lifters may be on the way out so, down the track, car may be hard to start. He advised me that car started first go and nothing to worry about, in hindsight to ensure they got paid for the work they had done even though car was now not functioning. My guess is, that when I arrived first thing in the morning and was told mechanic didn't start until 8:20am (even though I saw him in the workshop working when told this) is they wanted to get the car started by whatever means they could so as when I came back it would at least turn over. Eventually got home, after stalling at any place I needed to get to an idle. Try to start next morning and unable to, clearly some major issue. I now can't even get it to a trusted mechanic without forking out more money to get it towed, and then who knows what cost I will be up for. Had Mitsubishi told me from the beginning "$5000 but we can't guarantee the car will start" well I would not have given them the go ahead at all, I would have sent the car to the wreckers. Now i'm stuck having spent $5000 I have to proceed.

If Mitsubishi had any integrity they would pay costs of towing back to them, complete any repairs necessary to have vehicle running correctly as I was told, and not contact me until it is done properly.

I have sent this email to Swindon Mitsubishi 7 times and they have not responded! I purchased a nearly new car from your Swindon dealership in June of this year and I have to say that rather than a pleasant experience this has been stressful and upsetting. There was a wide choice of cars for me to purchase and I chose to buy a Mitsubishi because up until...

Mitsubishi oil change

Every time I go to Mitsubishi for an oil change, things never goes smoothly. On Saturday September the 21st, I took my car in for an oil change, when it was time to pay, they billed me for the oil change although I purchase a four pack when I purchase the car. At my previous appointment, I showed a copy of the receipt to prevent this from happening. They researched and found my paperwork, they called and said everything was taking care of, not correct, it happened again. I had to wait for over a half hour and finally the cashier when upstairs and got the paperwork. The service department didn't believe me. They are clueless! I will not purchase another Mitsubishi, I was talked into the oil change package and extra coverage which I probably wouldn't need. Very disappointing!

Mitsubishi service on my car

My car was dropped off for a simple windshield replacement, now over a month later i still dont have my car. Someone ripped camera off with my windshield when they were replacing it, that took a week to figure out. Now sensors dont work. No one knows at the dealership how to fix it. Been waiting for Mitsubishi Canada to help for over a week. And still nothing.
As I said it has been over a month and no resolution. All i get is we are working on it. At this point not sure what condition my car is at.
Next step i guess i will have to look for legal counsel.

Mitsubishi pajero 2017

Dear all

It seems that the main goal of Alhabtoor Royal Cars is just to sell the cars without giving a proper after sales support or to comply with the mother company Mistubishi motors warranty policy.

Recently I bought a zero Kilometer 2017 Pajero from Abu Dhabi- Musafah show room and on receiving the car i had one concern for the car old tires 2017 model and it was assured to me that if there is any complaint or defects in the car tires it will be replaced immediately under warrenty.

On the 1000 km free service I raised the complaint that there is vibration in the tires and the service center in Musafah confirmed that there is an issue with the tires and they advised that it will be replaced.

Two weeks later i have received a call to proceed to service center to replace the tires and rectify the vibration issues, and received the car back and I found that only one tyre was replaced and give it back to me on trial.

The situation now is worse than before that the car will steer to the right with steering wheel free and vibration and tires sound worst than an old car .

This is an official complaint to take the necessary action for the above otherwise i will return the car officially to alhabtoor royal car and proceed further with legal case since no one is taking action and same time i will complain officially to DED- Abu Dhabi and Mistubishi motors - Japan to get my rights as i was expecting better professional handeling for my case.

Mitsubishi hot fix nm27-002 for pajero 2003 - clearly a design fault, but consumer pays because vehicle is out of warranty.

Made a Claim No. 35229 through Mitsubishi Motors just recently with supporting information.
They didn't want to now about it, because they can't see past their black and white warranty time frame for the vehicle. Vehicle has only done 135, 000km. Circlips apparently wear out on the axles. (That's BS) $500 out of my pocket + the 2x previous repairs.
Problem is circlips were not originally designed to withstand pressure (side friction) when towing. So MM recognise that there is a design fault (hence the hotfix) but charge the Owner that has spent over $11, 000 in service history since the vehicle was new.

The companion shaft seal (left side) failed on 01 January 2019 towing my caravan on my return from Xmas holidays at Yamba (Northern NSW). I discovered the fault at Ballina thankfully when I stopped for fuel. The front of my brand-new caravan was covered in diff oil. I was fortunate enough to find a mechanic in Ballina to replace the companion shaft seal. Cost $145.

On Sunday 18th August 2019 (some 8 months later) travelling from Brisbane to Bright (again towing my caravan), I discovered oil on the front draw bar of the caravan at Wagga Wagga. I subsequently saw a mechanic (JB Mechanical Wagga Wagga) first thing Monday morning 19th August 2019 and again changed out the left side companion shaft seal. ($135 Labour + $43 for the seal).

Travelled from Bright to Numurkah on Friday 23rd August 2019 to visit relatives. Discovered oil on the concrete driveway the vehicle was parked overnight. Subsequently oil everywhere under the vehicle around the diff area again. Made contact with Shepparton Mitsubishi on Monday 26th August 2019.

Research on Pajero Club forums suggest that this is a systemic design problem with Pajero models between 2001 to 2005. The below https: has artefacts of the details including the known hotfix number to rectify the fault that is clearly an original design oversight.
https://www2.pajeroclub.com.au/forum/showthread.php?t=10847

Mitsubishi Motors Head Office (Adelaide) have no idea about the value of the customer from my recent experience. MM should stick with air conditions and fry pans and leave vehicle manufacturing to the experts.

Mitsubishi Dla-gg2w outlander phev, manufacturing 2014. Parking brake issue on the both rear wheels due to caliper adjustment problem.

My contact number 0094 [protected],
Owner's name - Sisira Hapukotuwa,
Vehicle Registration number CP CAP 7837,
Engine number - 4B11-861-Y61-MY1619
Chassis number - GG2W-0014022
Caliper part number 4605B843, RR BRAKE, LH
Caliper part number 4605B844, RR BRAKE, RH

I got parking brake issue in Feb 2019 and got it adjusted by United Motors Sri Lanka on 9th Feb 2019. At that time my vehicle was done 62909 KM.
Again I got same issue at 70456 KMs ( just after 7500 KMs) and got it adjusted by United Motors on 15th July 2019.
Same parking brake issue came at 73588 KMs (just after 3000 KMs) and went to United Motors on 29th Aug 2019.
They did the same job and said that there is a manufacturing fault with the parking brake system in this model which they can not adjust further (BUT DIDN'T HAVE ANY BRAKE AT ALL AFTER THAT ADJUSTMENT) and I must purchase a genuine set of full Caliper set which is costed 254, 401.34 LKR (USD 1414) via sea fright and also it will take nearly 6-8 weeks of time to reach the item to Sri Lanka. I am so concerned about this whole situation and wanted to know whether there is a so called manufacturing fault on the Rear Calipers in this model? If it is a manufacturing faulty why should I purchase it at my cost?
Now the sad part is I have parked my vehicle at home since 29th Aug 2019 with no solution and searching for replacement parts. I searched almost all the places in the country and was unable to find at least used Calipers. United Motors Sri Lanka is saying that this part is not available even with them. My next question is, if this is a manufacturing fault, such item must be readily available at any given time. BUT I DOUBT and can not believe what United Motors people are saying it as a manufacturing fault. However as a customer I'm been suffered & impacted and additionally spend so much of money for my day to day transports. I really do not know when I will get the replacement caliper set and get my vehicle back on the road with normal running condition.
I'm looking forward for a reasonable and immediate response as I do not want to just park my vehicle at home for another 2-3 months time with no solution from United Motors Sri Lanka.

Mitsubishi poor service

I received a text through my driver that my L300 Pick Up with plate B1Y557 was ready for release at 10:04 am; I arrived at the Service Center @ 11:29 to settle my accounts but I was advised to wait for the Service Advisor for one hour by the lady Frontliner because the person was on break. I requested for other person to assist but she insisted I've really had wait. I told her it is not the way of the Toyota, other person will assist in the absence of the detailed one.
Hope we can improve or Service because at 12 I've also have a meeting with our Board Members Attached is my photo waiting outside.

Mitsubishi hidden fees and no explanation in the knowing the customer speak an other language than english.

I went to Valley mitsubitshi in Kelowna Bc because my Toyo tires are premature over used, my car is outlander 2018 es premium .
The service person told me all fees was taking care of because the car is new and it's not a problem to do verification on the car.
The service guy also mention they did a tire rotation wich it was also covered.
I mentioned the service guy if it cost anything to let me know before they do anything to my car .
The service guy mentionnés I did not have to pay for anything and he made me sign papers for service .
I refused to pay the new tires they got from an other province for my car cause the prices was totally ridiculous .
Now, they want me to pay for the inspection on the car.
They are telling me I signed papers and I got to pay .
In my head and from the service person I did not have to pay anything but after I said not to tires I feel like the fees came back to live !
If the service person knew the tire wasn't on insurance and it would of cost me something, why did he not call the right person to know exactly what was going on .
I believe I got scam by service and I definitely refuse to pay the fees.
I need help .
Was it a total miscommunication or a fraud ?
Either way I'm asking the fees to be wave.

Mitsubishi mitsubishi 2017 outlander sport

I have a vehicle with just over 30k miles and it has more rattles and noises than any car I have ever owned. I have had it in twice for adjustment and nothing has helped. This is all in the suspension and muffler area. I will never buy another Mitsubishi. This vehicle has a rattle in the muffler when you apply the breaks and are stopped at a light and squeaks whenever you go over any kind of road bump.

Mitsubishi 2018 outlander phev

When I went to look at this car they gave some wrong information including information regarding the remote start, which is what I wanted the most. I had a base manual transmission kia soul so I couldn't get one and was looking forward to finally having this feature. They said I'd be able to start this thing from across the starte if I wanted. After I bought the car and struggled to get it working I found I'm the manual that it can work at a range of "several to tens of meters" but the app sucks so bad I often can't get it to connect even from a few feet away. All I get from the manager is "I don't know what you want me to do about it". I'm so livid.

Mitsubishi amman

Dear compliments team
We have my father car Mitsubishi lancer 2015 .. the Mileage meter only 15000 KM and unfortunately the air-condition not working ... we are regularly doing the maintenance in the official agents ... and we went to them to check the air-condition ... they informed us that the compressor is not working and it needs around 2000 $ to fix since the car is out of the warranty ... So my concerns is the below :
- I don't think that the car with the 15000KM should have any issues in the air-condition or any other mechanical / electrical parts .
- The car with the 15000KM should be under warranty specially for the major parts and the agent here in Jordan should carry the responsibility .
- The agent in Jordan should give a proper diagnostic and not saying a 2000 $ for fixing what I believe it is a Manufacturers defect.
So for your reputation and our trust in Mitsubishi cars, I'm waiting your response to be ASAP on my below contact details...
