Mobicel Blink, still new, about 5 weeks old
Good Day, I purchased a Mobicell Blink from Ackermans, Mookgopong. I have the slip and are very dissapointed, I have restarted my phone numerous times, but problems persist. Phone is extremely slow, bought it 18/10/2021. The phone freezes permanently and does not respond, I really dont know what to do anymore, I have had mobicel phones before without any problems, this phone does not meet any requierments. I cant even use it for normal activities as watsapp as phone freezes, please take note that there is no unnecesary apps downloaded, My Facebook does not even want to connect. I Trust that you can help
me resolve this issue. I have lost all faith in Mobicel.

Mobicel fame
I bought a Mobicel on 16 October 2021 that is 3 weeks ago the phone has been hanging and slow from day one, I took it back within 7 days but was advised to delete games and other apps to free space and it will be better but it's still the same. I cant do anything with the gone as it is extremely slow and can hardly watsap or search the internet as it takes forever for words to pop up.

Zoom tablet
Device keeps switching off even though it still has between 70 & 80 percent battery power. It will not switch on again until plugged into the charger.
I am a pensioner & have recently had an operation to remove cancer. I have to go for treatment once a week & need a reliable phone. There are no charging facilities at the hospital & I cannot carry on with a phone that dies & will not switch back on.
I would appreciate some assistance in sorting this matter out. The device is not old, it was purchased last year in July.

Mobicel tablet Zoom Gold
I have had Mobicel Zoom tablet now only 6 months - working fine no problems but it just turns off by it self with out any warning - it still has lots battery power - the only way to get it started is to plug in charger - when I plug in to charge it shows like 80% battery power left - I have to restart and it then works - until it just go off again - and the whole process start over - I cannot work with it and it just go blank all the time

I bought a phone lest than a year ago at The Fix shop in Hermanus Whale Cost Mall. The phone is slow and the battery does not last even 5 hours before I need to recharge again. I use the phone for work purpose and it frustrate me. I wasted my money on this phone. Very unhappy about the performance of the phone. What will you do about this. Can this phone be replace. The sound volume also not working. I must use earphones if I want to speak answering phone calls of video call.

Storage space running out
The mobicel astro device with me has an error when it comes to storage. My device has a 2gb internal storage because of it I had to delete important documents in favour of new important documents. I decided to buy a 4gb sandisk to compensate for the lost documents and try increasing the space but however the internal storage keeps sending notifications of storage space running out. What is this as I cant use my phone due to this notifications? I also dont have any apps downloaded except for whatsapp.

I have the same phone, with the same problem. The notifications keep coming through that my storage is running low on my phone. I deleted all my videos and pictures already, but it still tells me the same thing.
I bought a sandisk to make up for storage, but to my dismay I was still stuck with this problem. I had to delete my wattsapp, but still nothing. I am really frustrated as wattsapp is my way of communication with friends & family on a daily basis.

Slow phone
This phone is so slow I cannot believe it. Opening Google take a whole minute, I can't download anything without the app being slow. It makes me angry that you even decided to produce such a trash phone and the battery life is even worse, I usually get 4 hours of battery life and if I'm lucky 6. This is a waste of money and would not recommend anyone to buy this phone

Mobicel berry 2 is not switching on but charging with red light in showing it is charging
The Mobicel berry 2 is no longer switching on but when put on the charger it shows it is charging by the red light and doesn't vibrate nor light on the screen...before it became like this it would just show some colours on the screen when on a phone call or if it becomes hot or when trying to switch it on...and I've used it for 7 months starting from mid September 2020 until late April 2021.

I never got any feedback yet of what happened to the phone even today, I would like to know what is taking so long.

Last year June 2020 I bought a mobicel fame at R799 after using it for six months I decided to keep it for five months or so. I switched it off and when I am opening it. The pattern that I used to close it is no longer working. why? and when I tell people they told me that it is how mobicel are.
I do not want to take my phone to these African guy to open it cause it's new. how do I get the pattern that mobicel installed in my phone

I paid for my son's phone, I begged for service from Mobicell, 2 month after we were only assisted on how and are where to hand the device in………. after several calls and emails weeks passed by we eventually received the quote, then the quote was wrong, then we were forced to pay for your mistake and now the phone is missing! 5 Months after the nightmare began……

Bought a mobicel Clik on the 24tg of December and it is very slow and not efficient. We have tried getting assistance from the store and we where told that the 7days grace period has passed and we cannot get it exchanged or returned as we cannot do anything on the phone. Does not even open a simple application like SHARE IT, when opening up any other application it takes ages to open up. How can we get assistance?

I bought mobicel r1 plus on march 2020 and the phone started giving me problems and I took the phone back to the store I bought it and they have booked it for repairs as it was technical problems, now i'm surprised as I have been asked to pay for repairs which is not physical damage. Excite laptop
The laptop was having problems so I had to reset it but as I reset it could not boot so and as a result it always went to a blue screen it had this problem for about a week and when I fixed the problem through command prompt it for mated disk x. Then after this incident when it booted it went to UEFI built-in PowerShell when I pressed exit in the PowerShell like what a lot of people were doing it sent me to a firmware where I enabled gpti and after that when it was booting it was not showing the mobicel logo or even the battery logo when charging. Its now under black screen please help I live in Zimbabwe what can I do
