If you ever have a problem with your mobicel never talk to Wayne the supervisor he would go on leave and you would never talk to him again ask to talk to Tembi this girl goes the extra mile follow up sort the problem and keep you up to date. After I had a big fight with Ackermans Greenstone Mall and their MTN Repairs Tembi came and assist me to sort out my problem after a month of fighting Tembi got my device sorted out in a week . I am Encountering a Very, Very, Very Detrimental and Inexcusable Disappointment, with a new Phone bought Exactly One Month ago at Ackerman's ion Kimberly
Since the last Saturday / Sunday, my Brand New R2, start Freezing Up on me, that continue for another
More Days, Whereby This Morning about 04H16am, it Freeze Completely and its Blank.
I charged it because it had about 46% Battery Life Spare, but to No Avail, as I got Passengers to Pick up, and No One Could Contact me At All This Morning.
I also did a Sim Swap in the Store with the number I was using [protected]. ([protected]@gmail.com).
I Earnestly and Sincerely Need / Request Assistance ASAP. Below is my Only Contacts available.

my mobicel phone
Good morning
I gave in my phone only with a cracked screen and they sent it to jhb. I received my phone now and the screen is fixed but all of my apps and personel information is gone. I got my phone back with a diffrent back cover and different colour. If you take the battery out you can see the phone is damaged now inside. The phone does not read any memory card any more and after receiving my phone its freezing and the phone is completely slowly. The phone resets at times and keeps on freezing. The phone was brand new and now its like a second hand phone. I only sent it in for a cracked screen and now its like an old phone. Im very upset with the tipe of service because I cant send it in again as I need the phone for work. I hope this can be resolved or I will appreciate a new phone as my phone was new before I sent it in.

mobicel plum tablet
I bought a Mobicel Plum Tablet at Pep stores in Rustenburg December 2016, since then it has been in for repairs 4 times already. The warranty expires December 2017 and If it gives problems already being new, something has to be wrong with the make or model. If the warranty expires and it gives me problems then I will have to pay for repairs out of my pocket which is unacceptable because since i bought it it has not been working properly.

Hi I bought a berry mobicel at pep cell store Alexandra mall 2 weeks ago and the very first week the phone started giving me problems and I reported at the shop, but I was not taken serious and now the phone is worse in such a way that people who bought the phone before me are enjoying it and yet I'm not happy. I would like to know if the problem I'm facing now that I don't even have 1 month having and paid for the phone is making me regret buying how is it gonna be solved? Because I also heard that the phone has to be taken for repairs can you tell me how can someone buy a phone today then tomorrow the phone must be sent to repairs? I really don't understand why do you as such a big and respected company to let pep cell stores drag your name to the mud? Last is that I'm disappointed with the agreement or arrangement you make with the retail stores when giving them your product to cell to us as consumers, its really an issue because it also means you as a company don't care how customers are treated when purchasing your products. As a company you should atleaset have a monthly survey sent to every customer using your product for feedback because obviously the middle man don't care as long as they get the money. I don't know if you understand the after sale service? Thank you that will be all I would like to hear from you soon.

I bought two handsets last year in september or early october one of them which is a mobicel tablet worked for less than a month mind you I bought these phones cash, however I lost the box s and the proof of purchase, I haven't been able to get any assistance regarding the issue I had went to the store a number of times but still I couldn't get help, submitted a complaint through edgars active fb page I have never received any positive feedback or the way forward for that matter like iam baffled and appalled by the service im receiving for a phone I bought with my hard earned cash like why am I being treated in a condescending manner you guys should be having the copy of my pop and my details why not fix the [censor]en phone really, your service sucks and has gone to the dogs to say the least

On the 06/07/2016 I purchased mob hi t1000 ref: above emei at markham highveld mall branch 379. On the 19//07/2016 I had to take it back to the branch for repair on blank screen. Hardly 14 days of purchase the phone showed lifeless on screen. The phoned was returned back around 3-4 weeks period and was returned, mid-late august. It only worked for 3 months. On the 12 december the phone was taken back to markham for rebooking. Precious from markham received the phone and as per wrong dated booking form which she claimed to have received the phone on the 16/01/2017 which is a complete lie she claimed that the handset had physical damage and on the day the handset was handed to her on the 12 december 2016 she examined the phone and confirm that there is no physical damage and indeed there was none. Now you are claiming that it was scratched. Your attached picture is claiming that unauthorised repair detected. No warranty seal in tact. According to my knowledge you are the first people to open the phone initially and might have not replaced the warranty seal as I am not a technician I cannot know much about that. Or maybe between you and your client markham under the sales of precious who not only lied about the condition of the phone but also lied about the date she received the phone someone has to take responsibility of this. On the 27/12/2016 she was contacted concerning the phone and she claimed that she has already send it through for repairs but the repair booking form is dated 16/01/2017. On the 17/02/2017 mobicel was contacted about the phone and the lady claimed that markham only book the phone on the 23/01/2017. Look at the time frame, lies and fraud included in documents and tell me what do I have to do. I would like a refund of r799.00 to be refunded back to my nedbank cheque account which was debited to contra the sale or a cash refund will do good for me. If not I need a replacement of the phone. The phone has only been used for 3 and half month - no wonder it was on sale by r500.00 which is equivalent to about 42%. I am currently waiting for my r799.00 cash back or replacement of the unit.

I bought this Mobicel x4 in January, i thought it was a temporary default but this has now disturbed my daily usgae of the phone.

Good day, my daughter bought her a Mobicel Tablet at the American Swiss store in Promenade, Mitchells Plain. The service at the store is very good and I do enjoy going to that store. However, she bought the tablet for R2299 cash in April 2015 with money that she saved up as she wants to use the device for her studies. The touch of the tablet started messing and then we discovered a fine crack in the screen. The tablet was sent away for repairs and when we got it back a few weeks later the touch was still messing. We took it back to the store and the tablet was sent away again and a few weeks later when we got it the touch was still messing. We went back to the store and said we want a refund or another brand device. The manager Emerentia, advised me that they have to send the device to the supplier again. It is September 2015 and my daughter does not have anything to help her with her studies. She has to borrow someone else device to use the internet and type documents. Can I please just have my money back and buy my daughter something else as i do not want a Mobicel tablet again. Thanking you in advance.

Why is the display over other apps feature not available on my phone and how do I enable it.
