I bought the mobicel blink on 29 december 2019 was told dey stocked out n have the in display n its new, so was given that a week later it started swtiching its self of n it would be a brand new phone pics calls phone book eveything gone so after 2 mre weeks decided to send the phone bck on 20th jan 20 on the 15 th of feb im sent a text to pay 556 no explanation as to you i send a dispute requed n never git word firm dem wen i sent the phone bck it was still in a new condition even the plastic the covers the screen was still intact but opun calling dem numerous time to no avail the store i bought it from managed to get hold of dem n dey say ders water damage which i asked for proof as I've not droped the phone in water no response
The complaint has been investigated and resolved to the customer’s satisfaction.
