I purchased a mobicell from pep and the screen went fuzzy the very next day after installing a few apps on it. I took it back to the store t VERY next day and they refused to change it. That is R699 down the drain as its useless. I explained that i had not done anything to it and thats clearly visible. It looks like there is a fault on the inside of the screen and they point blank refused to help. I am so so disappointed with this product.It feels that i have been scammed & when the holidays are over i am taking it up with a consumer watch board.
The complaint has been investigated and resolved to the customer's satisfaction.
