Chicken is grizzly as well as steak this Oceanside new york moes is going down the dumpster fast. They never have the lime crema for the 3 amigo tacos. Why advertise it and put it on menu. I ask for it and they say they dont send it to us wtf? Wish i could post a photo of the 1 inch piece of grizzled steak i just got on my taco. This used to be okay when they first opened but as usual they got too comfortable and very lax. Floors are filthy too. Corporate step in ans correct the problems here.

At the moe's location in queensbury new york I have had serveral terrible experiences that leave me going to chipotle. I always come back for your quest however I went in today there was ten people in front of me and it took over 40 minutes for me to get out of there. The service was terrible at the register where an employee named frank continued to be clueless and give people attitude including one family that stormed out and myself. I am very upset about this experience and hope to see improvement in the future thank you.
I miss Moe's. Used to have it a few times a week when I lived in FL.

Today I was rudely treated by the cashier that was working there. My friend was walking from shoprite with me over to moes so I didn't have to go alone. She had a chipotle container with her that she was eating on the way over I went in to get my food and was rudely treated by the cashier. She told my friend once that she shouldn't have that in there and okay we understood but I had to get my food and we were leaving. So she continues to tell my friend how insulting it is and saying you can't have it in here you can't have it in here and we heard her the first time I just needed my food. So I get my stuff and go to fill my soda and she stares and continues to tell us what she already told us and she said again you can't eat that in here and again We knew I just needed to get my soda. The way I was treated today was not right I work right across the way and I'm pretty upset that I need to take my services else where and my friend and I should not have been treated the way we were.

Brought food back in (from a take home order) for a refund because of a big ball of hair in it. (Not one or two hairs, a whole wad of hair. Made me so ill I vomited.) I noticed 50% of the employees working had extremely long hair, and clearly were making zero efforts to prevent this type of thing from happening. I had suggested maybe the employees should look into hairnets or some other alternative to prevent these types of accidents. To which I was immediately interrupted, confronted and threatened by an employee telling me to "shut my mouff (excellent english by the way) before I clock out" assuming he was saying this to make me believe he would leave the job at that moment to get violent over the situation. Very cute, and humorous if anything. I admit to being confrontational AFTER that was said to me. To which I make no apologies. It was disgraceful, and completely unacceptable, and unprofessional. I expressed that, and was continuously threatened. At this point, the refund does nothing, and could've been resolved in a professional manner. I will never return to any moe's location ever again, and will be especially bringing awareness to this particular location's complete lack of professionalism, and restaurant cleanliness standards. Unfortunately, there was no way of communicating my concern with this threatening, silly employee, so I did not get his name. But he was roughly 5'5, dark, curly long hair, worn in a bun. Also with a intentional line shaved in his eyebrow. I believe he might have been Latino. I run a business, and if I heard of such an incident involving one of my employees acting in this manner, they'd be fired on the spot. Whatever it maybe, I really hope the right thing is done with this issue. Completely uncalled for.

I ordered a burrito online (11/1/18) and when I got to the store (Laurel, MD) I noticed it was extremely small compared to previous times. When I confronted an employee to address the situation I was given attitude and terrible customer service. She even insinuated that it was my fault for only getting too few ingredients. After making me a new one, all she said was "see" trying to indicate that it was the same size as the first one, but clearly as seen in the photo, it is not. My desires le resolution would be coupons because I would still like to dine at Moe's, but perhaps a different location with good customer service

Today was my first experience at Moes. All my friends were telling me that this was the place to go and I was so beyond disappointed. I ordered online because I was in a hurry and didn't have much time. When I got my order, I was starving. There was no fork included and not a single ingredient in my bowl was right. My meal was not cheap & one ingredient included was mushrooms which I never would have ordered because I am allergic. I called Moes in Bowling Green where I ordered from and asked for the manager. The manager was so beyond rude. I told her that not a single thing was correct and I am allergic to mushrooms. She started reading off my order which I completely understood. However, what my order was was not what I got. The manager quickly became rude and angry with me. This is not how I wanted to be treated considering I did not get the order that I ordered. I simply told the manager that she lost a customer and she hung up the phone on me. I will be sure to spread the word in Bowling Green that everyone should stay away from Moes.

This place is the most unprofessional place I've ever been too I have seen management curse out employees and employees crying on line also I know they arnt sanitary one bit as I've seen manger heather sneeze on grilled vegetables and proceeded to cook them and put it on line I'm disgusted with this store and the management. Should be shut down. Also I've seen the same manger I've mentioned spit on the floor with what looks like dip in her mouth. Corey the other manger is a disgusting slob and when I go for queso which is the only thing I'd ever get from this store I always see his butt crack and I find it vary disgusting my last visit I've seen roaches and mice. This place is an abomination and it should be shut down
the service and how I was treated
I went to Moe's for their free queso day (how could I not, their queso is great, and I love cheese). I got in line and the. Proceeded to order a free queso. The lady at the front asked me if that was all, when I said yes she told me to just go to the front to pick up my queso. I was confused because it made me feel like I was cutting in line, so I clarified with her and she told me again to just go to the front. So I make me way to the front and the man at the register then proceeds to yell at me in front of everyone telling me that I don't get special treatment. I then say, "she told me to just go to the front to grab the queso." He then proceeds to continue to make it a big ordeal (litterally all he had to do was hand me queso) and tell me to go to the back of the line and wait like everyone else. Which I would have done if I wasn't told otherwise. When I finically got my queso I was trying not to cry and the lady in front of me offered to buy my food (which was free) because she saw what happened. What made it worse is that they only filled the large container 1/4th of the way full. I get why he would've been frustrated, but that was 100% uncalled for and rude of him to do. I am very unhappy with the service I received and the quality and quantity of food I received.

Went for lunch with Employee 1 and asked for bowl, the lady was rude and did not have hot tomato mix and was not willing to refill. She said we are out of it and we don't have it. I told I will wait but she said take something else. I just walked away.
Went and same day to Dinner Employee 2 as I had a long lay over. The lady didn't have rice and refused to refill. Pic included. Did want to refill again. Left the place unhappy. Went to another place.
Never had this inferior service any city every traveled. I know this city is poor and unsafe but this place needs to grow.

I have never complained on a restaurant Bc I have worked in many but I feel it is necessary for this place. I love moes food but hate going to this location because every employee is rude, I actually looked it up to see if if it was a thing to have rude employees and some that ignore you at moes. Until I went to other locations I realized it wasn't true. I never complained Bc I got my food and it was good but I am here now at 8:40 pm on a Thursday afternoon I just got done working and tried to order and I walked in and they all stared at me with everything closed down and I said "I know you close at 9 right, are you closed now?" And they all just stared at me and rolled their eyes and then finally one said "I guess we can serve you but I only have pork and we're not making anything else" and so I said no thanks and left. I used to work in restaurants for 3 years and never once did we close before our close time because we are sti open to our customers. I am so upset with moes and this location.
the chips
i got a cup of queso, which to start off was already only halfway full, then i was finishing off the chips only to finally look in at my selection and see this disgusting moldy looking chip. lost my whole appetite and i am completely disappointed because i was already disappointed with my purchase and to top it off almost ate this chip. overall this was just disgusting
guacamole
I purchased a side of guacamole along with my chicken birthday burrito at the moes near my school in lawrenceville on Duluth Highway. Everyone was super nice and helpful, but my guacamole was forgotten and by the time I realized, I was already at school so I tried to call the store about coming back for the guacamole and no one answered. I have no problems whatsoever with the store and found it exemplaray, I just didn't know any other way to get the guacamole I paid for with cash but is shown on my app that I purchased.

When I went to visit the wolf road location in Colonie, I couldn't even stand what one employee was doing and saying. Her name is Jessie and she kept snorting snot very loudly instead of excusing herself and going to blow her nose. When I got a chance I asked her if she needed a napkin as I was reaching out to give her one to try and help her being around food, and when she acknowledged me, she smacked her lips and said "stop bugging". Not only does this seem unsanitary but she was also very disrespectful when all i was trying to do was help.
I'll never visit this location again not only because of the disgusting way that staff member carried herself around but the amount of disrespect compounding it that I was also met with was uncalled for and out of line. Jessie should be trained or retrained on how to have much better personal hygiene and customer service skills.

Sunday Sept. 23 Moes Moorestown NJ lunch time. Ordered 1 chicken, 1 steak, 1 carnitas bowl. Steak and Carnitas had good amount of meat, but chicken was very little. Server used a small cup and did not fill it up with chicken then I asked to put more chicken since he did not fill it up and server was rude and said he will not do it and I have to pay extra. Talked to another server and talked with manager but both did not do anything. Never had this problem with Chipotle, Qdoba, and Pancheros. Very disappointing and frustrating.

We stoped by today afternoon for lunch totaling $24 for 3 of us. The food served was very less and inspire of asking repeatedly, the server chose to ignore our request trying to humiliate us. Also in the end the receipt was not printed properly, it had more than half of information missing. When I asked, I was told that's normal. I can send you copy of receipt as well if needed

no hard shell tacos
On Sept 21st I went into Moes and requested hard shell tacos and was told they didn't have any left or any ingredients to make the hard shells. I am quite perplexed how a taco restaurant doesn't have hard shells to put the toppings in? It appeared the staff just didn't want to have to make them so said they were out of the ingredients. Our children will not eat soft tacos so we had to leave and go somewhere else what a disappointment.
