I have ordered online twice from the Hanover, MA location in the past 2 weeks. The first time I ordered, the employees gave my food to someone else without confirming that it was the correct order and then I was late to get back to work from my break as I had to wait for them to remake my order. The second incident was today 9/19/2018. I ordered the alright, alright, alright nachos with chicken and when I picked up the order, the employees had forgotten the queso and the chicken. I checked the order confirmation and the ingredients were clearly listed.

Went to store# 581 as usual. Never have I been to a food place other than Hooters where someone is serving food with short shorts and tattoos all over the legs. The girls had blue hair, and short workout (volleyball) shorts. Don't you guys have a uniform policy? You need one especially working with food. I go to this location at least 2-3 times a week and I have to say it was absolutely disgusting.

I visited the Moes location on Delaware Avenue in Buffalo, NY on Monday, September 3rd around 9:00 pm. The black girl that was waiting on us had a miserable attitude and would not even crack a smile. My boyfriend asked for refried beans and politely pointed to them through the case and she very rudely said something like " yea, I know which ones they are". Not necessary. She seemed to be bothered by waiting on a customer. We were not welcomed when we walked through the door and we were the only customers in there. I used your bathroom and it smelled like literal [censored]. This was my first time in a Moe's and I have to say Chipotle's customer service blows yours away. I don't normally write complaints but I feel compelled to in this circumstance, especially after paying $18.00 for a quesadillia, chips and a soda.
Ok. Whose bright idea was it to discontinue the taco shell bowls for the salads? Went last night and was surprised to hear they're not carrying them anymore. Why? Several of my friends and I order them and we ended up walking out, especially when we saw a customer that was eating her salad and it looked pathetic in size. We are not happy about this. Now there's no reason for any of us to go there. Why would we spend that kind of money for a salad? I really hope someone can answer why they discontinued them!

On 9/2/18 my husband and I placed an order through the app, when my husband brought the food home ( we live about 5 minuets from the restaurant) the bag was wet because the tin foil was not wrapped all the way around the burrito so the chips on the bottom tore a hole in the flour tortilla and all the liquid leaked out so now not only did the burrito fall apart all the chips on the bottom were soggy. But by far the worst thing was I ordered ground beef on my burrito and I was lucky to have 4 or 5 tiny pieces in the whole burrito so needless to say it was not very good, this is a brand new location 865 Merriam Ave Suite 111 Leominster, Ma 01453. The food and service she not be so bad this early on, my husband called the manager and all she said was "really "when my husband told her what happened no I'm sorry what can we do to make it right just thanks for letting us know and then she hung up. Horrible service and horrible food which is too bad because the food is usually good.

Ok so first time wanting to try this place. Decide to go check it out drive there walk up to door and they are locked. This is at 8:30 PM Friday night. See workers inside no response. So I go back to my car and call to see what time there open till which I already know is 10:00 pm. Guy answers I say are what time you open till he say where closed power is out I said well I'm looking at the place and the power is on. He says well we are all out of food I said to sold out of everything you have and he laughed and hung up the phone. So as a customer who was wanting to try your place for the first time its not a very good experience. By the way several other people walked up to restaurant as I was still parked there doors still close. Please get back to me with an explanation and I still may try your restaurant as of now I will be giving bad reviews.

The other day I came into eat with my husband and the ladies making my food were super nice and did a great job but when I got down to the cash register I was rudely greeted by Jack, I think that was his name, but he seemed like he was mad at the world and didn't seem to want to help and just kept on raising his voice when I couldn't hear him due to his mumbling.

My account is showing that I was double charged for my order that I've done through mobile order to the Gardendale location. I would very much appreciate it if we could get this resolve in a very timely matter and could figure out what going on and better the problem so no other customer would have this problem and could continue to enjoy the business of Moe's southern grill.

I go there to do Uber eats with my grandmother I have been experiencing a high volume of harassment and hate. The manager Jacob Coyne has the police investigating us and I am very upset and disappointed at this point if someone could please reach out to us to get the video footage of his aggressiveness that will be great. I have reached out to Moes and spoke with additional people for help and guidance on this situation.
east meadow moes
I got to Moes 2 to 3 times a week. I love the Moes in Bellmore NY. The food is great, the restaurant is clean and the employees are awesome!
Not so much for the Moes in East Meadow NY. The employees are not friendly, they give much smaller portions then other Moes and the food quality is definitely not the same. I only come to this one if I absolutely have too.
It literally smells like [censored] in the restaurant. Doesn't usually.
Someone needs to look into the problems here.

poor service, wrong order, overcharged, rude & slow employees
This Austell GA location is fairly new however is likely the worst overall location in America. Every aspect of this location is horrible or at minimum disappointing. The items I describe below are consistent after 4 visits. I will never return to this location.
-They never greet anyone with "Welcome to Moes!" Not once, to anyone.
-There is never a manager in the building.
-ALL the employees are untrained and rude.
-ALL the employees are slow, very slow. As if they are intentionally slower than normal.
-The food prep area is a mess. Random food pieces are mixed in with other items. Chicken in the steak, cheese and lettuce in everything. Steak in the black beans.
-They overcharge every time if you ask for guacamole in a cup.
-The chips are visibly oily and gross.
-The salsa bar has been a giant disgusting mess every time. While also unmaintained, they couldn't get anyone over to replenish the stock before my family finished dinner.
-The floor area in front of the salsa bar and fountain drinks area is really gross. The rugs are saturated with food, melted ice and spilled drinks.
Hopefully the owner of this franchise location will see these comments and pop in for a surprised visit during dinner hours.
FYI, Willie's is 100% better.

I performed an order on the app for pick up in the store. I order guacamole on the stack. When I eat my stack there was no gucamole on it.? I was already home when I eat it therefore I couldn't get it from the store. The stack was not as good without the gucamole. Also I paid an extra 1.29 for the gucamole. I am upset because the stack was lower quality than normal

My name is Carrie mensch and I went to moes yesterday and just ordered queso and chips and while everything tasted very good about a half hour after eating, my stomach started to hurt and I felt nauseous. I got home just in time to vomit 3 times. All I had to eat that day so far was just moes and I was feeling completely fine before that. I really would appreciate a refund. Thank you for your time.

She was curt and dismissive, cloaking said attitude in a guise of legitimate communication as the standing manager. I needed help with the convoluted ordering process, and her demeaning tone during her pointing out all I did wrong really pissed me off.
This is the store in Stafford. She very much did not at all care that I chose not to order anything. She will be snaky and not admit her crappy voice intonation and lack of a sincere effort.I can tell.

Tonight is the 7th time going to Moe's in East Peoria Illinois that I have talked to the manager and tried to address this issue I love Moe's but I will never go to this one ever again. No "welcome to Moe's" when I came in the door no kind of greeting then the girl putting our order together scratched her head and wasn't going to change her glove. I asked her to and she did. But still I shouldn't have to ask her to. Then we go to sit down and almost every table was dirty. We watched as 38 ppl walked thru the door with no "welcome to Moe's" I won't ever eat here ever again very disappointed in the structure of this particular Moe's

I had (4) $5 coupons for a total of $20 to Moe's. As I walk in, I pull out my coupons and not once was I even greeted by your staff, the only question I got was, "Are those for this location?" He was referring to my coupons. After looking on the back (which I never did unfortunately) I realized my coupons were not valid for that specific location. However, I was in Atlanta and the coupon was good in many other Atlanta locations. I asked if he would be able to accept them and he said no. The issue is the customer service this specific team member provided. Since the moment I walked in, I felt as if I was a nuisance to them.
I then went to Willy's and paid full price. They also have a menu that describes what's actually in their items. Your menu on the wall just has a bunch of names with no description of the item. How am I supposed to know what I want there? Seems silly.
I do not eat Moe's OR Willy's ever and the only reason I was going to Moe's was because I had a coupon. I will say I had a much better experience with your competitor.

Yesterday I was picking up dinner for myself and my girlfriend at the Moes in Rennselear, NY. I have gone to this location more than once so I had an idea of what was to come. I was wrong. I showed up after placing my order online and none of the workers had any idea what I was talking about. They had my order but it was under a complete different name. I checked my bag and noticed that they had forgotten chips and my queso that I purchased. I had to ask and was given a hard time for it. After that, I had to go back up again and ask for my fountain drink. Then, I drove all the way home just to see that I had ordered two tacos and one had barely any ingredients inside of it, basically just a shell. That was the third strike. I will no longer be visiting that location and it didn't seem like anyone working there was over the age of 17 which was totally inappropriate If you ask me. I paid $20 for a burrito and one taco.

I ordered a Joey bag of donuts with chicken through Uber eats and got a burrito that was barely wrapped, had two pieces of chicken, and contained grilled onions and was half the size of a normal burrito. It might have even been smaller than a kids Joey. They forgot to add Cheese, sour cream, cilantro, and lime that I specifically asked for. Very unsatisified. This is the third time this has happened and this is the reason I am finally filing a complaint.

I was in Moe's on 5/15/2018 around 7:40pm. I paid for my food in cash. The total was $10.08. I gave a $20. The woman who checked me out only gave me $9 back. I know she noticed that the change was off but she gave it to me anyway after counting it twice. They seemed to be in a rush to close up so I didn't think anything of it but I'm feeling taken advantage of now. I visit this Moe's often sometimes weekly. The number below the barcode on my receipt is [protected]. The number under "Host" is 1171 and there is another number located at the top right of the receipt, 10162. If there is some way to reimburse me for the $0.92, I'd appreciate it.
