Morgan Properties Dryer payment

Village at Brierfield, 11609 Windy Creek Drive, Charlotte, NC

My dryer stopped working. I put in a request regarding the heating element stopped working. After 3 attempts to troubleshoot the problem, it was determined that I needed a replacement dryer. It took 3 1/2 weeks for the dryer to be delivered to my apartment. When I opened my account, there was a maintenance charge for $510.45 added to my bill. No one informed me that I was going to be charged for 'new dryer'. The office determined that it was user error that caused the dryer to be damaged.

Well the 'new' dryer arrives and is hooked up and it is experiencing the same issues as the old dryer. The dial not moving and no heat. I let the dryer run for an hour.

My issue is that the dryers that are installed are DEFECTIVE.
I am a long time resident of the property (17 years), never been late on my rent. I find it appalling that no one reached out to me to explain the charge on my account.

Morgan Properties Harbor Place Apartments

Harbor Place Apartments in Fort Washington Maryland is very Ghetto, all the working class Residents are moving out. the property is always dirty. The appliances half way work and when you put an ticket with maintenance you have to wait 3 months to get things fix. Anybody can move in as along as they can get a real or fake pay stub. Property always have trash every where and residents hang their clothes outside. Apartment building smells like Weed all the time. The parking is terrible. Residents can have 3 or 4 cars and a motor cycles which takes up all the non reserved parking spaces so other residents can park and there are so many reserved parking spaces that are not being used but now being used for visitors parking of residents. There is no Security to secure the property for theft. If they do have security it's only it's only for a week.

Morgan Properties Rental Apartment at Wyndmoor Place, Baltimore, MD

I recently moved to Wyndmoor Place, Baltimore, MD, on July 29th, and my experience has been extremely disappointing. We were initially promised a fully furnished apartment with new appliances. However, upon arrival, we found that the appliances were old and not functioning properly. We were coerced into a lease transfer for an additional fee, only to find that the new apartment had issues as well. The air conditioning unit does not work, and the washer and dryer are broken, ending their cycles prematurely after just 4 to 5 minutes. Despite repeated complaints and maintenance requests, the maintenance team has done nothing productive to resolve these issues. The leasing team has been completely unresponsive, offering no solutions or support other than placing maintenance requests that lead to no action.

Desired outcome: Immediate repair of the air conditioning unit, washer, and dryer, or a lease termination without penalty if the issues cannot be resolved promptly.

Morgan Properties Parking space with a rental office employee that don’t live in the complex and screaming at me about a handicap parking space.

Hello to whom it may concern.

Please tell your employee to stop parking on handicap when they have an expired handicap tag.

And then screaming at the resident, which is me. Then go to the office & call me with power of authority to intimidate me saying all things possible rude won’t give me a chance to respond then hang up the phone on me.

She doing all this because she dropping her child to the babysitter.& Don’t even live in the Avery park community.

Why? Because of abuse of power.

And I’m educated enough in LAW to know.

Since I leave in this complex I heard a lot of negative things about the people that work in the Avery park Apartment leasing office.including my caseworker from Montgomery county rental program agency

And all agencies communicate with each other. Just to say less.

They are messing up the Morgan property business.

They’re a lot of negative reviews because of the office employees

Someone please give me a call @

[protected]. Or email me

Thank you

Haddy

Hope to hear from someone soon.

Morgan Properties Management

My family and I have lived in Sheffield Heights in Nashville, TN since 2011. Since Morgan Properties has taken over management of the apartments, we have had more problems in the past few years than in our entire stay. More specifically, we have had issues with neighbors that the management here refuses to handle in any way because "this is out of our hands." That is what we were told by management.

Today, my brother received a Postmates order and went out to receive it. When he did, a dog was jumping on the delivery person and a woman was yelling at them. This woman proceeded to yell expletives and threaten to steal their car for ignoring her. The person did not know English, and my brother told the woman. The woman's next remarks were racist, and when my brother pointed this out to her, she threatened him with violence. She then followed my brother to the front office when he went to report this to the management. One of the people in the office recognized the woman, meaning she has been a repeat offender in some way to the front office, but the head manager said the best option was to call the cops. This is a resident issue that management can handle and that the police would not have any business dealing with. Management essentially told my brother they weren't going to do anything about the issue, even though the woman was volatile, threatening, and had even gone as far as stalking him. It took a few minutes for him to be safe to leave, where someone else in the office escorted him home. THIS SHOULD NOT HAPPEN.

This is not the first time we have had issues with management. Our upstairs neighbors are constantly loud, verbally and explicitly so, and have also caused water damage that took five separate trips from four separate contractors to identify and repair the bathroom ceiling. We have reported our issues to management but still, nothing is done. Sheffield Heights' manager is more focused on avoiding problems they would have to deal with, instead of fixing the issue and ensuring safety and peace of mind to their residents. We have been here for over ten years and have seen many different facets of property ownership. This management is proving to be the most egregious. If you fail to protect the threat of violence a resident receives, what are you going to do when something actually happens and you are the reason why?

Morgan Properties Communication and follow responses from staff - worst!

I am currently moving out of a Morgan Property community - Lighthouse at Twinlakes and have sent at least a dozen emails asking about the move-out process. I get an email response back to one of my questions leaving me to send follow up emails asking the same questions over and over again. It is very difficult to answer how can a resident be present during my move-out inspection, and a copy of the my move-out report after the inspection? I literally have numerous emails asking this same question over and over again, no response. As a resident if feels as if staff is will not be as responsive to you. This place is filled with roaches and in my opinion the way the buildings and units look inside (the units that are not remolded as of yet) staff should be more responsive as I can imagine there are tons of issues as it was in my unit. I am writing on this complaint board because to again hopefully get the attention of the Corporate Office. There needs to be serious customer service training and then quality control follow up to see if the staff is actually practiced what have learned.

Desired outcome: I would like to work with a team member in the Corporate Office that can answer my questions with regards to the move out process.

Morgan Properties Montgomery Trace apartments 14120 Grand Pre road S, S Md. rental manager: Jessica Binett

I have been living at montgomery trace apartments for 14 years. And the rental manager recently sent me 2 letters. The first letter was around xmas and it was about my cat shelter I made and I have it on my patio, she called my cat shelter garbage and she has no idea what it was and or the purpose of it. There are many stray cats here right outside of my unit and it is freezing cold outside. They are stray cats that have been left behind, and recently there was 1 grey male cat that was injured severely and it was inside my cat shelter. The cat would come out and feed on the cat food I put for them and he would go right back in the shelter after eating to rest and allow his wound to heal. It took few months to heal and I contacted the vet and I am particpating on the programs for stray cat rescue. Now. My cat shelter is temporary shelter just until the winter is over and I am finding homes for them. I am doing all I can for the cats and I have found a home for 1 of them. The cat was neutered and giving medical attention. These cats were indoor cats at one time. I know that because some of the strays are wearing collor and have already been neutered. The rental office has obligations to do the right thing for any animal or cats that were evicted from this apartment complex but they dont even care, the maintenance men just let them outside and I seen it and I will not stand by and do nothing, the rental office demanded me to remove the cat shelter because they said it was garbage and accused me of collecting trash on my patio. Its not trash and the rental office would not even hear me out and would not accept my reasoning. I could not tear the cat shelter down and push out the injured cat. I just could not do it. I love animal and that would be cruel. I spend so much money on cat food every week. And the vet bills and all the supplies I have purchased. I am not asking for any money or refund. The other day got eviction notice for unauthorized occupant and there is no unauthorized people here, only 2 people live here and there are 2 people on our lease, jessica binett the rental manager is targeting me because I didnt tear down my cat shelter and my patio has cat stuff but its not dirty and I go out everyday to feed them and clean up there area. These apartments have many many people that are unauthorized occupants but I was the only 1 that got the eviction notice. For unauthorized occupant yet I lived here for over14 years and they fully were aware of my existence also I have never even been late with rent, yet that means nothing, I called the rental office and none of my calls were returned, I went to speak to the rental and they are always at lunch and never there, even during business hours. I am not on low housing and I do not collect any benefits from the county. This is unfair and I just want to get through the winter and save the lives of the stray cats,

Claimed loss: I just want peace and I want to help the stray cats The cat shelter has tarp over it to keep it dry. It is not huge about 4 feet long and 2 feet high. And i just purchased 4 cat shelters online that i was planning on putting out

Desired outcome: I have contacted PETA and several other organizations for support but and I have attorney already and his info is Charles S, Lazar [protected]. He also is on the lease .

Morgan Properties Bathtub and washer and dryer

It’s been over a month since I have created a ticket for maintenance to fix my dryer and fix my bathtub that is peeling. I’ve also called and left voicemails and gone in person to the main office here at Avery Park Apartments but they have yet to fix anything. This also my third time having to reach out to corporate or write a complaint because it’s the only way to get them to fix anything. It’s insane how they always say they are backed up or how the maintenance people are to busy but will come and take a look but never come. Please just help me get these issues taken care off.

Desired outcome: The apartment dryer needs to be fixed and the bath tub needs to be repaired as well as the caulking

Morgan Properties Reduction in rent due to faulty repairs and roaches

I moved into the Twinlakes Apartment in October 2023. The purpose of this email is to get the attention of the Corporate Office with regards to my request for reducing the rent due to the faulty repairs that were not done properly prior to me moving into the unit, at Twinlakes. I was pleading with the leasing staff to see the unit months prior but I was consistently told the unit is not ready and did not do a walkthrough of the unit until the day I was suppose to move-in the unit. Prior to moving into the unit I started receiving mandatory pest treatment notice for the building. My previous home location did not have roaches so I immediately sent an email to the leasing agent to ask if there is a problem with roaches in my building and also in my unit. After sending two emails I received a response from Zully, that stated the pest treatments are mandatory but there is a roach issue. Upon moving in I immediately notified the Maintenance Team of the issue with the roaches. They provided with several pest treatment options but I began to realize that treating the unit will only be a temporary solution. I began to notice that there was holes in the drywall. During my move-in inspection, in October, I mentioned and it was documented on my move-in inspection report that the counters were bubbling but there was no follow up work order entered by the staff on this issue. In my two months residing in the unit, I started to notice roaches running in and out of the open space gaps that was between the wall and the drywall on the kitchen counter top (I have photos and videos documentation of all of this). Under the kitchen sink there was an unfinished repair where the material was cut out and left that way and throughout other rooms (bathrooms and hallway walls) there were holes in the drywall, or the drywall was bubbled up and paint plastered on top of the bubbling drywall. I had a meeting with the Assistant Manager and Property Manager who were very nice. The Property Manager immediately placed work orders for the Maintenance team to begin working on the repairs. My concern and why I am writing this compliant is to inform about the faulty repairs but also complain about the fact that I was charged rent for two months, now three months, to live in conditions detailed above. Would you like to live in a unit that has holes, gaps and separation/bubbling counter tops where roaches are crawling around and getting into the dishwasher and worse the refrigerator? Again, I do have photo and video documentation. I am asking for some type of compensation for dealing with this as the unit should have been inspected thoroughly for repairs after the contractors completed the work. Then after I reported the countertops were bubbling a work order should have been submitted for repair, as mentioned above it was not until I mentioned it again. The tenant should not have to bring these matters to the attention of the staff. There should have been a thorough walkthrough completed prior to the resident moving into the unit. The contractors that did the repairs should have been held to some accountability for the faulty repairs that was done. I will gladly resubmit all my photos and video documentation taken for the past two months of living in this unit upon your request. However, all of the documentation has been submitted to the staff. What I am seeking from this compliant is the compensation for dealing with the above nightmare. A total amount of $400.00, or half of rent is removed from the current monthly rent balance and waiver of fees (late fees) for this inconvenience. I have reported all the above to staff but have not heard back with regards to what they will do as far as the rent? I am hoping that I receive a response very soon.

Desired outcome: Remove a total $400 off the rent, or half the rent amount and waiver of any additional fees incurred.

Morgan Properties Rent/leasing

I’ve been sending emails for a week with no response. The rent office and Christen at corporate are very unprofessional. I have a hard time getting anything resolved with them. They give the wrong information and don’t respond when it needs clarifying. Since christen isn’t responding to my email nor is whomever the kboland email belongs to I’ll post my email message here. I need to know what’s the cost to break my lease but I see they are going to wait until I pay it to try and get additional funds. Here is the email that was send and the pictures.

Good morning,

I’m reaching out again about my bill and monthly rent amount. I spoke with you all last month and it wasn’t a good call. I was hung up on by corporate and told all the wrong information. I called because of the increase in my bill and I was told that my bill was prorated and was sent a ledger that didn’t show any prorations only late fees that changed my bill. I was told by 2 different people in the rent office and corporate that my bill would go back down to the expected $17 increase without prorations. My complaint was I could not afford $1000 for rent and was assured it was only prorations. Now I receive a bill that’s about $10 more than the last one I received. Now I notice amenity fees and insurance fees which I have provided my own renters insurance for the last 3yrs that I’ve been living here. The bill was prorated and increased due to these additional fees that just seem to be added this year. I’m not a billing agent nor do I work for Morgan properties. I feel as leasing consultants and management or managers if you see I’m calling because of an increase that I’ve never seen before that should have been told to me. No matter whether it’s in the lease or not your job is to provide great customer service and educate your renters when they don’t understand. The corporate office hung up in my face instead of properly explaining the bill and all of these increases. The main office failed to inform me as well. If you see someone is having a hard time understanding prorations that they’ve never seen before the proper thing to do as customer service agents and corporate is to thoroughly explain all charges. Not just tell me I’ve had these charges previously when I haven’t, then to tell me it’ll go back to normal, when you all as the educated leasing office and corporate knew it was way more than a $17 increase and would always be. No one mentioned additional charges or fees. That’s what caused my bill to be that high and prorated, instead everyone was very rude and argued a wrong argument. I know I’ve never seen prorations on my bill and this explains why it was prorated. I’m trying to understand why no one in the main office or corporate was educated enough to explain to me the proper billing instead of telling me it’s that big of a proration from a $17 increase in the rent amount. If it would have been explained then I would have still not liked it but would have understood, I would have been able to make the decision then to break my lease 30days ago instead of being faced with this issue again. I want to know how much it’ll cost to break my lease because this is not what I expected from well educated leasing agents and a corporate employee. I don’t use any amenities. I don’t use the fitness center, I don’t use the pool that took 2yrs to open, I have my own washer and dryer, don’t use Amazon hub, and I was never offered anything to switch internet over so I pay my own internet, and I pay my own renters insurance so I’m not sure why I’m being billed for that. I do know for all of the additional fees and amenities quarterly I have to deal with bowels backed up in my shower and my toilets always stopped up and flushing on their own. I also can never dispose of my trash properly because it’s always overflowing out, almost into the streets. I would like an email response on what I need to do to void my lease. I need every discussion documented. Thanks and have a great day. I’m looking forward to an immediate response and resolution. The issues with this office seems to get worst every time I make an online review or complaint. I really hope this isn’t the issue.

Desired outcome: I want out of lease

Morgan Properties Fitness Center and Trash Collection Fees

I recently received an email about a trash fee. It states that there was some sort of era in billing. The problem is I paid my rent already. Now, if this fee isn't paid. Its a late fee. Its not a problem unless your rent isn't paid by the first of the month. We normally have until the 5th of the month to pay. But due to the era made by your company or maybe that property I can be charged a late fee.

I am a long time resident of Parke Laurel apts. Up until now I've pretty much enjoyed living there.

I recently requested a new key fob for the Fitness center because my old one broke. I have been waiting like 2 months now for a new one.

I'd like to be able to work out and relieve the stress of miscellaneous fees that appear out of no where.

Morgan Properties Morningside apartment

This apartment experience has been horrible for my children and I. We relocated from nyc so that o can take a job with the state of Maryland. I was on a time crunch so I narrowed my apartment search down to a few that seem safe, clean, and within my price budget. I came down to tour the apartment before moving in and the staff seem so responsive and the apartment I was shown looked very nice. I signed the lease and was excited to call this place home. Boy was I wrong since living in August 2022 the apartment had a very bad odor as if there was a water leakage or flood the house smelled moldy. I then notice my kids allergies acting up because of the smell they would wake up with runny noses and pink eyes or a cough. This means I would have to keep them home from school and daycare and be penalized with work.. I have put in 13 request for mor only the smell, but the broken appliances, the mice, washer flooding, toilet plumbing issues. Nothing is fixed. The flood caused clothes and toys to be ruined furniture. My brand new tv broke after plugged in a socket there seem to be some electrical issues that caused the whole tv to never power on again. I asked to be transferred to a new unit in the complex I was told I couldn’t. Then I was told I would have to pay $300 or reapply to the property. I am so disgusted with how my issues are going unsolved. I will not recommend this property to anyone moving forward l.

Claimed loss: $2000

Desired outcome: Change unit or break lease without penalties

Morgan Properties Maintenance

We have lived in our unit for a year and a half now. The whole time we lived here we have had water leaks. The day we signed the lease and were handed the keys, we walked into the unit and the kitchen floor was covered in water. A few months after moving in, our upstairs neighbors kitchen sink began to leak into the ceiling of our kitchen, this was half fixed since after Morgan Properties "fixed it" but then the water began redirecting itself into one of the bedrooms closets and damaging our belongings. Then not too long after, the closet that had water leaking from the ceiling had a pipe burst in the wall and began to leak into our downstairs neighbors unit. These water issues are still continuing a year and a half after moving in. The unit above us is being remodeled after the tenants moved out and Morgan Properties hired a sub-contractor to do some work on a window we were told. This sub-contractor left the window open and took the property key with them we were also told. It began to heavily rain a day after this and our ceiling again began to fill with water, leaking and damaging our belongings yet again. The structure of their properties is concerning at this point and they have not notified any of their residents of these problems.

We have tried reaching out to our properties resident office and have only been able to contact someone two times. Once we had an emergency we went to the residents office and the lights were off, door locked during business hours. We then contacted someone in the leasing office who walked us over to the residents office and called an employee who had been inside the whole time ignoring our knocking.

Claimed loss: We have not totaled this value yet since it has been ongoing.

Desired outcome: I would like to not be billed for space that I can not make use of during all of maintenance issues. We have had to move our furniture to avoid damage.

Morgan Properties I’m complaining about management

Good afternoon my name is Diego Chavez I live in 240 Woodhill Dr. apartment F apartments Cedar Creek Apartments. I recently had an unpleasant situation with one of your managers from Cedar Creek Apartments a few weeks ago my gym key wasn’t working so I asked one of the ladies if they could fix it and for some reason she was trying to charge me $50, and then she noticed I had another gym key and she asked me why did I had two keys so I told her the other key was from another apartment that I use their gym and for some reason she didn’t believe me and she went into my apartment to see if I really lived there and while I was taking a shower, she opened the bathroom door to see who was I there wile I always taking a shower and told her to hold on. And to top it off when she left my apartment she leaves the keys that she opens the apartments in the door. So if I wouldn’t have been home, somebody could have came in my house and stole everything because she left the keys hook to the door. im really disappointed because what about if my kid was their or if I was nake on the bathroom lie we don’t have privacy I want to contact you guy before we have to take other measures with my lawyer.

Desired outcome: Just a request for you guys to talk to your team at cedar creak apartments make sure they respect peoples privacy and to make sure if they gonna come In my apartment to make sure they don’t leave their keys in the door

Morgan Properties Urgent rodent issue at Taylor park apartment please help! Deshira Thompson

Good Evening,

My name is Deshira Thompson and I have been a resident at Taylor Park Apartments for about 2 years.  When I originally moved in October 2021 I had discussed with the leasing manager that I noticed major holes and droppings and mouse traps that were left. She did have maintenance come in and "fill them" and reassured me that the problem had been taken care of.  Fast forward to the present day and a complaint was made back in November on the 8th or 9th of this year, and that was only when I noticed so I'm sure  the mice had already been existing for some time.  From November 13th to november 17th maintenance was in my home at least 4 times "filling holes" due to mice.  Maintenance expressed that what he was doing was just a bandaid and the holes needed to be sealed properly included caulking, or sheet rock, etc (whatever is needed).  Finally orkin came on the 17th after me reaching out to Corporate and a manager by the name of Angela. I did hear from her once but I haven't heard from her since which is disappointing because obviously the leasing office isn't getting the job done.  The way this has been handled has been HORRIBLE TO SAY THE LEAST.  There has been a non-chakaunt attitude from morgan properties and orkin.  I have NEVER, and I mean NEVER experienced mice from the time I grew up till my first apartment back in 2010.  After consistent follow ups on my end I finally heard back on Saturday that an exterminator  is coming Thursday.  What has caused me to reach out to so many different people is because I am not being advocated for, especially not  by the leasing office or Morgan properties.  I called today to follow up thursdays appt and asked chrissy what the game plan is.  She then proceeds to tell me that Orkin let her know the seek and seal method "DOES NOT WORK" the mice chew through it.  I then asked her how the holes would be closed because I know people who have had this issue and their walls were sealed, not left open with foam and brillo pad that the mice can just chew through again.  She then basically states she has no plans on closing them, so I ask what? that makes no sense when that was the whole point, and if the current method you have has been deemed as not suitable then why would you leave that in someone's apartment. it's like since they don't live here it doesn't matter. I asked if I punched the wall how would it get fixed? she then started getting snappy as if what i'm speaking of is crazy. with a nasty tone said "Fine! i'll put in a request for caulking"  the leasing manager was the one who has been reassuring me from day 1 that this was handled and she's on my side, but it's been the total opposite. I had been calling throughout the day. She called back 10 min before she was leaving, rushed me off the phone and hung up on me!  And I know if this was anyone of your homes for over a month it would be unacceptable. Throughout this entire issue I have gotten slow progress, poor customer service, and very lazy attitudes and they all have been from management. If you were advised something doesnt work why would you leave that in someone's home? Is this the Morgan way? Are mice normal for your building where it doesn't matter?  I am reaching out for anyone to please help me get my building and apartment corrected the right way, because I am the tenant. My communication is through a third party but when rent is due you want your money. SOMEONE PLEASE HELP ME! I am living in an infested building that no one cares about, I shouldn't have to move because the property isn't being taken care of, that's not fair, especially when I pay on time every time.  I have attached pictures of how I have been left to live and the LEASING MANAGER and MAINTENANCE manager both think this is proper living for almost 1700 a month, please just think if this was your mother, your child, anyone you care about, even the president would you still be okay with this? and this is happeneing in my kitchen where I eat

Claimed loss: Conter top wheels got messed up, trash bags got wasted, not able to use kitchen for weeks, dish washer has been dismantled for weeks

Desired outcome: rent returned for the month

Morgan Properties Rent balance

My complaint is I am being charged a fee that was included with my rent, like I pay every month. I called in October and spoke with the resident services personnel Toneka at Gwynn Oaks Landing. I was informed to pay the amount of rent I've paid previous months. Due to my rent letter not being received yet. I upon receiving the letter emailed it to the proper parties. I am being charged extra because your company wants me to pay for something I already paid for. But because Housing won't pay the extra fee that was included in the new rent per Gwynn Oaks Landing. I am supposed to pay what Housing puts in place for me to pay. That is agreed by both parties. The extra fee from the rent portion has been taken from my rent. Which wasn't my fee to pay. Now I owe the amenity fee. That's not my responsibility to pay the extra rent amount especially since I was instructed by the Resident Services personnel and Housing personnel to pay my previous amount until my letter for the rent is received. Which occurred in late December 2023. This concerns me yet again. This is the second time I'm being charged a fee for something that's not on me personally. I'm just asking to get it fixed because it was supposed to be fixed by the person who completes the rent information.

Desired outcome: Not to have to pay for something I already paid for.

Morgan Properties Non communication on essential service

On today Friday, Dec 1, starting at the hour of 12noon, we have been without running water. When I called the leasing office for residents services, I spoke with Jada who informed me @3:21pm that the water outage would be over in 15 minutes. She also informed me that emails had been sent to residents to notify us of the cutoff, however, after confirming that she had the correct email address, I searched every folder in my email and could not locate an email from the property. She also could not confirm with me the date or estimated time that she sent the email. At 4:40pm I called again to get an update, I did not get the agents name but they repeated the same line of “the outage will be over in 15 minutes”, to which I had heard over an hour before. Since I was not made aware of this water issue, it has cause extreme stress. I have not been able to shower, flush my toilet, wash my hands, cook, etc for almost 5 hours now and the leasing agent(s) are not able to possibly just WILL NOT provide me with an accurate update.

Morgan Properties Security deposit

I am dissatisfied with the charges against my security deposit with Morgan Property at Gwynn Oak Landing Apartment in Gwynn Oak, MD

I sent in writing to the Property Manager Jada Jamison my notice to vacate 90 days in advance and also sent in writing a formal request to have an in person walk through at time of vacating the apartment.

At the scheduled walk through I was informed that I would be billed for a damaged blind and would not be charged for carpeting because I was a tenant for at least 4 years and the carpet is considered normal wear and tear at 4-5 years in which the carpet should be routinely replaced. I was in agreement with the walk through and turned in my keys expecting to receive at least 85% of my $898.00 security deposit.

I was totally surprised when I received an itemized list of charges in the amount of $720 all bogus charges

Claimed loss: I have lost $720 in charges in which I need to see proof of damage.

Desired outcome: Need to see proof of $720 damages in which the property manager did not point out at time of walk through

Morgan Properties Rental Unit Roach infested and minor repairs not completed

My primary concern is the roaches that I have been dealing with since I moved in 10/2. The only response I have received is that they put me on the schedule for extermination. This was supposed to happen last week and hasn't. I have also reached out to the management company with no resolution. This fact only is a reflection of how Morgan properties feels about their residents. At this point I want OUT... I was the only one to sign the lease but did NOT have roaches listed as occupants. UNACCEPTABLE. This is my main concern, but other concerns haven't been addressed. But two technicians have come by to do nothing. My kitchen floor is torn and I have burn marks on my countertop. Rust in the freezer which can't be healthy. I mentioned the uncleanliness of the unit (balcony doors cloudy) because I don't understand how an apartment is turned over but not cleaned. The maintenance technician suggested that I clean them...WOW

Morgan Properties Service

Ob October 31st , my stove was deemed dangerous and was placed out of service. I had called the office that day and they sent 2 employees out to check everything but they gave no report back to Doris in the office.

I was without a s stove up to November 7th. On that day 2 employees of Morgan came in and proceeded to install a stove and the only thing that was wrong is he had replace the oven door. He turned on the stove and the stove started a fire. My home was ingulfed with smoke. I had to call the FIre Department because i thought it was gong to blow up. Washing Gas stated that he should not have turned the gas back on until the came to do safety checks on the new oven. I was placed out of my home for 7 days, no stove for 7 days and now having to use a inhaler and breathing machine to breathe. Princeton Estates have not responding with an apology or what type of compensation I should be receiving.

I am trying to talk to them but to know avail. I was to get a phone call yesterday but didn't . They are responsible for the fire/smoke. I still smell smoke in my apartment and the cabinets are full of the suet that came form the trying to put the fire out. I need to know if Morgan Properties is going to do something or not/ If not i need to move one to speaking to someone about this issue.. I live at Princeston Estes in Temple Hills Md. Apt 102
