Motel 6 Towed my car

I was visiting a friend who was staying at the Somerset Ky motel 6 i arrived a little after 5 went to leave about an hr later and my car is gone.. went to front desk to find out what happened. They said that they towed it. When the owner arrived i calmly asked what happened to my car he immediately started yelling at me that i couldn't park there i stated there are no signs stating that he said his property ended at the yellow line i should have parked up front. I again stated there's no signs stating no parking.
When i called the tow company he was rude told me cost 150 to call back at 8 am when they open i called him at 719 . When i told him i needed my car i was stranded there told me to get a room there.
When my friend confronted the owner stated no parking in that area he kicked them out of their room
In the pics you can see where they dragged my car out of its spot

Desired outcome: Reimbursement of fees damages done to my car the stress and aggravation of being treated so poorly

Motel 6 Staff gave away my reserved room w/ confirmation #, at noon of my arrival

I called:
1st call to Motel 6: Sept 21 in the evening. Talked to two women, to reserve a kitchen room for 12 days.

I called:
2nd call: Sept 24th 8:30am. My follow up call to Motel 6, making sure room was reserved, cause my credit card wasn't charged for down payment. On that call, the lady didn't have any record of me calling before. So she made another reservation for me and gave a confirmation # 4421AEB521. 12 days stay. Sept 28th Tuesday - Oct 9th Saturday

Motel 6 called: Four 4 times.
Today, Sept 28th, morning of my arrival of 3:00pm check in time. I had a Motel 6 women call to verify me coming today. She called at 8:38am. I told her yes, 12 days stay. My Discover card was charged at 8:41am for $82.48.

THEN another lady called at 12:22pm just after noon. To verify me again.
THEN the lady called BACK at 12:27pm, , , now at this point I'm getting anxious, angry and confused.
BAD News lady called back at 12:44pm. They are overbooked for the extended stay kitchen rooms. Only thing was the plain room. Now I'm livid. She said someone gave away my room at noon check in, , , , and all the while I've been told check in was at 3:00pm in the afternoon. I asked her, what gives ? ? i'm sorry . . . . .
I'm PO'ed. I am moving out of my old apartment as I type this, into a Motel 6 for 12 days, because my NEW apartment won't be ready till Oct 8th Friday afternoon. I needed a place to stay, cook a little. Because I'm bringing frozen food from my old apartment's refrigerator. WHICH will now thaw out before I can eat it.

Desired outcome: I'm still checking in. I don't have any choice. Put me up in a standard room, UNTIL a kitchen room comes available. Then move me to it. AND some compensation.

Motel 6 They stole from me!!

I paid for a week and got back to my room and didn't notice that my luggage wasn't in my room. I came straight from work and jumped in the shower when I got out I realized all my stuff was gone. I had to put my dirty work clothes back on and go to the front desk. They accidentally had me checked out. Mistake I understand but then when I got my luggage I was missing $250 bucks, 24 case of Pepsi, and my phone charger. No one knows where those things went. Unfortunately I'm here working so it's hard to move hotels when I work 12's.

Motel 6 Desk clerk.

We were staying at the one in georgetown ky. While staying there we had to keep getting our keys activated because they never did work. 1 hour after having my keys activated the desk clerk activated a key for the our room to a man. The man used the key and walked right in our room while we were asleep. He made it to the beds. My german shepherds went after him. One did bite him. A police report was filed. The man was not mad at us, as our dogs were doing what they are suppose to do is protect. He was mad that the clerk gave him a key to a room where he potentially could have been mauled.

Motel 6 Everything about Motel 6

I am staying at the Motel 6 in Naperville, Illinois. I am to say the least very disappointed with Motel 6 in general. I came for a 7 day stay visiting relatives and business. Today is my 5th day here. I asked the front desk if they can make my room, she stated we would have to leave on the 7th day for them to change the bedding. No change of bedding until the 7th day? No coffee, no nothing. They use COVID as the excuse for doing absolutely nothing for their guests. I've been staying at other motels as well and I had my bedding changed every 3 days with hot breakfast every single day! Motel 6 in the ghetto of all motels. No ironing boards, No refridge, No microwave, 2 small soaps, No shampoo. And Motel 6 charges the same pricing as do their competitors who offer a lot more. And the receptionist this morning after asking questions was rude as well. Add a few more bucks daily and stay at a place that at least gives you COFFEE and a little bit more amenities. Motel 6 is behind times and need to catch up, amazing they are still operating.

Desired outcome: Invest more in these antiquated Motel locations and make our stays a little bit more comfortable instead of raising rates.

Most motels/hotels are severely understaffed, i.e. desk clerks are pulling double shifts trying to do the work of housekeeping as well and there's no staff who shows up to prepare breakfast. You can always check the amenities available by calling the facility in question or checking online.

My husband and I has been at this hotel since March of this year year. We have not complained about anything even though we could have complained but we stayed to ourselves and we'll abided by the rules. For some reason they moved us a week ago to room 237 from 247 and they put us in a filthy room. Looks like drug users the bathroom for all their drug...

Motel 6 Motel6 near sea world

I booked two nights so I can take my son to sea world, The whole night and morning you hear dogs barking people banging on doors yelling no respect for other customers I really hope something can be done about this situation because I was charged $331 dollars for this plus a 100dollar deposit I refuse to stay the 2nd night its too much activity going on here I can't believe I drove 212 hours for this I'm really going to need a refund back this is very unacceptable

Motel 6 Room was a mess, sticky floors, burned bedding etc. Noise at 4 in the morning.

Floors in the bedroom were sticky, like pop had been spilled and not cleaned up. Bedspread had cigarett burns in it. People argued and made so much noise you could not sleep at 1, 2, 3, 4 in the morning. On our second visit to New England we stayed at a different place and were pleased with their service. Motel 6 sucks and we will never stay at one again.

Desired outcome: Don't care. Just my opinon and observation. Bad motel. Was in Albany, NY.

Motel 6 Room and staff

The sheets and blankets, if that's what you want to call them, we're DISGUSTING. They were covered in pet and people hair. I asked the staff for clean sheets several times until they just cursed me out and hung up.

We stayed 3 nights at Motel 6 in Coos Bay, Oregon. Monday thru Wed. June 28, 29, 30, 2021. When checking out we had to ask for a receipt. On the itemized receipt the room rate revealed that they had charged us $94.50 MORE for Mon. night than the other two nights. When we questioned the $184.49 Monday night rate rather than the $89.99 rate for the other two...

Motel 6 Extremely rude desk employee at location in Westminster California

Hi I'm Max and I just had a incident at your location on goldenwest in the city of Westminster or possibly garden Grove. I'm not referring to the location on Westminster boulevard. I went in to get a room and there was somebody in the waiting room already a customer it's a large reading room so I went in and as soon as I step in the room the employee tells me that only one person is allowed inside at a time and my response was wow okay I didn't know you guys were still so sensitive. So I went out and I waited and I waited and I waited finally the guy customer other customer left and I went in told the guy at the behind the desk I'd like a single and he refused to rent me a room then called me a crackhead that's when I lost my temper and started cussing him up. I did not use any profane words before this point. What the f*** is this guy's problem I'd like to see the guy fired which I doubt I will so I'll probably go on every review site that I can and leave negative reviews about this location and tell my story possibly even a YouTube video cuz this is b******* I was tired I was filthy I needed a shower just got off a 12-hour work day and this piece of s*** is going to call me a f****** crackhead? U******** acceptable! Younger version of myself would have pulled his f****** punk [censored] out from behind the counter and beat the living s*** out of him he shouldn't go around talking to people like that and expecting to get away with it. He's damn lucky. I've stayed at motel 6 damn near a hundred times or more and this is the first incident I've ever had and it's unacceptable this happened 15 minutes ago and I'm still furious! It happened at 9:20ish on the guy with the orange T-shirt I knocked over an ashtray on my way off of the property outside. My old thinking the old me is in the back of my head right now telling me to sit around and wait for this big mouth skinny little runt to get off work I'm having a hard time convincing myself not to do that at this point in time I'm f****** pissed off disrespectful little s***!

Motel 6 over charged

I was at the Hotel 6 in San Antonio I stayed 4 days and was charged $411.27 which should had been $317.32 and was over charged by $93.95 -- I booked through Travelocity and tried several times to get someone to help me as I was over charged The lady there was very rude she didn't care that I was over charged I showed her the booking I had from Travelocity but she didn't care. I would like a refund for the 2 days that I was over charged the information is below. Also the room was horrible-- no microwave no lamps--no clock -- no shelf in bathroom -- cig burns in bedding on both beds--trash everywhere out side. I have never stayed at a worst hotel!

The days I was overcharged was Saturday May 29th --price from Travelocity was $102.99 at hotel I was charged $164.99-----Sunday May 30th --price from Travelocity $55.99 was charge at hotel $74.99 the other days were ok. The int #[protected] the address: Motel 6 Fiesta 16500 I-10 West --San Antonio TX Hotel Id 9115 I do have documentation to back up all of this information.

Where to start? The rooms are filthy, uncovered electrical sockets, used soap in shower, disconnected fire alarm, broken chairs, stained bedding, no replenishment of towels, no shampoo and conditioner provided. Leak in bathroom sink. Charged more than I reserved for. I have photos. Dust on bed frame, visible dirt on walls. The maids do not clean.

Motel 6 My booking i did not count

It appears to be futile to voice a legitimate grievance, but you are losing a patron who used to truly love your company. Since one person matters so little, let's see how long until you are completely out of business as I see all the signs of terminal decline. Customer satisfaction should not be taken so flippantly. Good riddance.

Motel 6 Motel six in Albuquerque new Mexico

My wife and I had a reservation for after 3 o'clock May 23 at the Motel 6 on 6015 Iliff Rd NW in Albuquerque New Mexico. Because of my handicap I requested a lower room. We arrived at 10 PM and was told that our room was not ready but they could give me an upstairs room. When we complained they said that they would not offer us a room. They were rude and contentious and told us that they didn't care if we found a place to stay or not. Thank goodness we were able to find a room nearby. Needless to say they was very unprofessional, the girl was rude and should be fired

Desired outcome: Disciplinary action should be taken against the front office girl.
