I bought a phone with mr price boulders on the 9th of July this year then I returned it on the 5th of August for repair even now they didn't return my phone back but they said I must come and collect it after 21 of working
days today is 30dys. when I go there Beauty said my phone is with courier till now. store manager Amanda sighed the papers on my behalf, they give me attitude when I talk to them. the stuff members says those two don't care about customer service

Some people go to shopping because they are feeling down, when service and attitude of tellers become bad to top it off even the manager is treating you like trash infront of other customers it leads to bad consequences

I've odered a couch on the 30 September 2019 I've been given stories from the courier company and I still have not received it, there was a time i was told it's damaged and they asked for a replacement which Was replaced and when I call they keep on saying they will deliver the next day.
Bought 3 mirrors not even a year ago but all the mirrors wood frames bended and cracked and that cause the mirrors to crack. Poor quality dont have slip anything more so cant exchange it. It cost me R2100 for all three and now we need to spend again to buy more mirrors. So disappointed. But know for sure won't buy again from Mr price home.
The refund for this order was never processed! The item was collected for return and communication via email with the employee st mrp online simply ceased responding to mails. This is pretty disgusting. Process the refund immediately as it essentially amounts to condoned theft.
