I went to maponya mall to exchange my pants and instead the cashier failed to do correct reversals which ended up increasing my account balance due to her trying to make reversals several times and then they tell me that I need to contact the call center as they are unable to make reversals of those extra charges that were in my account which they caused
slip on mule black pair of shoes
I bought the attached pair of shoes (Black Slip on Mule) yesterday 25/07/19 at MR PRICE MUSGRAVE, today 26/07/19 the sole is out, it not like I've been walking on an uneven surface or climbing steps. The sole came out in the office, now I look like a mad woman in the office. I am very disappointed at the quality of this pair of shoe.
I have been a loyal customer to Mr Price and the quality of their shoes have been good, i'm not sure if this is the quality that they produce now.

2weeks ago I reveived a call from a lady telling my mr price wants to thank me for being a loyal customer and for paying my account as I did and for that mr price would like to give me a sim card so I said ok I was not informed that its a contract and that they are going to port my number from vodacom to mr price I told the lady on the phone that Im not changing from my cellphone network as its my number register every where I was not inform that is what they ate going to do so after I received an sms from vodacom that my number is ported and will be switched off at 19:30 on the 25th of July 2019 this sms I have only received at 15:38 I contact mr price mobile only to be told I have to wait for the department to reverse it and port it back but they will me back well they never did I called back several times they started my proses of cancelation but I must wait I try to sort it out with vodacom aswell by they cant do anything now I have no number no network I lost my data on vodacom aswell as my airtime. Its surprising that Im not the only one this happend to and never knew a gift to say thank you is a contract its misconduct to sell sim cards like this. I was at Mr Price (370 West street) branch on 25/7/19 in the evening and nearing to the closing time. We stood in a queue for "card payments" only and the machine had a problem so the cashier left, without communicating anything with us. It was only until i asked another whos attending us because the cashier just left without explanation. Then they moved us to thr 1st counter where Antionette(Anchi) was assisting. It was such a terrible experience, im not a Mr Price fan and definitely after the [censored]ty service i received from her i will never shop there anymore and will tell others too. The girl was just in a hurry to go home and had no sense of customer service. Firstly, she dropped my dress and went on as if nothing happened, i picked it up gave it to her. Then she scanned a jacket and i asked her why the price is up because the jackets had red tags and that they were marked down...she gave me such an attitude, told me how will she know if she doesnt see the red tag, she won't know and i was very surprised at the rubbish she was asking me. She folded my clothes, put them in a bag and called the next person before i could even take my parcel. Im very disappointed at how Mr Price staff treats their customers and hope u dont lose anymore customers due to this.
underwear pricing
Bra set of 2 had a special price of R79, 99 on them one at the top, the other at the bottom. Tag was at the top.
I asked the consultant if they were the same make, she said yes. Asked if they were both at the special price and she stripped the tag rudely off and hid it.
When I got to the till, they wanted to charge full price until the Manager came and after an a conversation only discounted the one which I feel as the consultant misled and was RUDE and DID NOT even apologize

I would like to lodge a formal complaint about the service I received when I visited the Irene Village Mall store.
The store was very untidy, but it did not bother me as I usually enjoy shopping at Mr Price. My friend and I picked items that we want to fit.
After us fitting our items - we both decided on what items we will take and left the fitting room. We both had an item each that did not have a price tag.
I asked one of the staff to please get a price for me and she said I must do it myself. I asked her again to get the price. She rolled her eyes and went to the till points to get the price. My friend's item also did not have a price but she decided not to take the item as it is obviously an issue to get a price. The lady took that garment and threw it on one of the other shelves. This explains why the store is not neat.
After I was done browsing - I went to the till points to see if they had gotten a price yet - but no luck. I was told that I cannot buy the item as they do not have a price. I left my number and asked them to give me a call once they found the price as I was still going to do some other shopping in the mall.
I am still waiting to this day for someone to get back to me.
This may seem like a rather petty issue - but I have never received such bad service in any other Mr Price store.
lack of customer service
I had the displeasure of shopping at the Sandton City store last night. I went to the store to purchase sporting gear and apparel for my 2 daughters. We were in the store for over an hour from approximately just after 6.30pm. There were no other customers in store that I noticed. However in all the time that we were there, not a single staff member assisted us. One of the items I that I bought, was a pair of sneakers. Not a single person assisted with selecting a sneaker or getting the right size. Each time I looked for assistance, everyone acted busy and ducked out of sight!
I was met with the same flippant response and disregard when I mentioned it to the cashiers! Not even an apology was offered. This is supposed to be a retail store with a service etiquette but apparently none of that applies to this store!
I purchased a substantial amount of goods from the store - sneakers, sporting gear and clothing apparel.
I am bitterly disappointed and frustrated by the lack of customer service or regards for patrons of the store.

account protection plan
I am very upset with mrp as they have decided to take it up on their own to cancel my account protection plan without consulting me or informing me in any way to be discussed. October 2018 my insurance was still active and when I went on debt counseling, they just cancelled my insurance which is NOT right. I have since been retrenched on 31May 2019 and after submitting my documents for the claim, I have been told that I suddenly no longer have insurance. They have not asked me, informed me, consulted with me BEFORE deciding on their own to cancel it.
I want this resolved and my insurance to pay out as I will take this further as it was not legally done.

I received a csall fro mr price not exactly sure of the date but it was in june 2019. The person I was speaking to told me that mr price wants to thank me for being a loyal cistomer so they arte rewarding me with a sim card which includes data, airtime and sms's. I dint think there was in any harm receiving the sim card so it was delivered to my work address. I didnt open or use the sim card. On the 08 june I payed up my account and knew I dont owe anything. On thursday 11 july 2019 I went to mr price wonderpark to purchase and I asked the teller there to check and make sure I dont owe anything only to find out I owe about r700 which was very alarming. She went on and checked the transaction statement which showed I purchased airtime, data which I didnt and it had a date of 08 july 2019 when I purchased. They were so helpfull that they contacted I think its head office and I spoke to kumheshan at 11:45 whom I explained thart they said its for free I further told him why would I take a sim card that is on contract where I have a cell phone that is on contract:he said they will have to listen to the recording and come back to me which takes 48 hours to be done. I have been waiting for them to come back to me and they havent. Its been over 48 hours and nothing is happening.
Can someone please get back to me?

I recently bought leggings out of their sport department at mr price carlton centre. i got home fitted on the pants which turned out to be big and returned to store for exchange but unfortunately i could not find my size, so i asked for a refund. the cashier asked for my card which i bought with so that she can return the money in my debit card which it refused to reve**** back. called a manager or another colleague to assist and they simply said this is not the card which you purchased with because the card number on the slip does not match with the number on the card. i found this ridiculous because i told her this is the card i bought with even showed her the notifications from my phone. she further went on to say that if they do refund me the money cash then they will be commiting fraud but its quite funny that they offered to give me a voucher of which i did not want. In my conclusion they did not want to give me my refund in cash because that will be a loss to the business. not ever have i received such news from mr price refunding the money into my bank card instead of cash whether bought cash or card. i further went on to see if this happens to mr price only or other shops, so over the weekend i bought from 2 other shops( shoprite and roots) just to see if my card number will appear as in the card and it appeared just like at mr price. so this is not fraud which im doing its how my absa bank card is set. i am not happy with how a refund had to turn into accusations of me commiting fraud.

On Saturday the 13th of July 2019 I visited Mr Price in Butterworth to buy myself Pyjamas I took pyjamas for R169 when I got to the till the cashier told me that it's on mark down and it's R80 and I decided to take 2 when I take two she said when you buy to for R80 each you will get 1 free fine I went out with three pyjamas and I was very excited, when I got home I called my Sister and my cousin and told them about the good sale @ Mr Price, immediately they both transferred money to my account so I can buy them two each so they can get one free.
I woke up early on Sunday to buy pyjamas fortunately I got the pyjamas and went back home, when I got home I took pyjamas out from the Mr Price bag I discovered that one of them had different sizes, to top was xs and the bottom was large but they were both in one hanger, I had to go back to Mr Price to change the bottom because I wanted xs, I met the lady on the till she said I must look for the right bottom size because the can't exchange it since it wasthe free one, I looked for the right size but they did not have and she said they can not help me, she called a lady by the name of Olwethu who called called the Manager and explained what happened, I was so shocked when the Manager's response was " she didn't even buy it, it was a gift she must take pyjamas even if the size of the top and the bottom are different" and then she left without even looking at me, when I ask her her name she refused to give
What dissapointed me most is the fact the the person who is called the Manager didn't even bother to explain because it was their mistake to put different sizes in one hanger and I bought those pyjamas because of that sale if it wasn't that sale I was not gonna bother call my sisters and my cousins and tell them about the special.
It is only Olwethu who is a junior staff who felt bad and went to the back to check and even her she came back with nothing but at least I appreciated the effort he made. I am really disappointed with the service I got I don't want to lie, you know I don't just pass without buying at Mr Price and I always spread the word of mouth about the beautiful things and specials I get there but now I don't know I am really really disappointed.

Such a bad service I Never seen at Mr Price I bought clothes for 1129.93 and I want to exchange only one item for 150 I couldn't manage to get my size then i Said give me a refund for only that I term, one of the Mr price employee told me that the system can't refund its offline for whole day I must try next time they cant give me a cash back how can a big store like Mr price does that, I am so pissed with this service.and after I complained to the manager that's whre she end up helping me .

bad service in paarl mall branch

Hope this email finds you well. As a very loyal custmomer of Mr Price I was very disapointed at the service I recently received at your Paarl Mall branch.
I went to Somerset Mr Price and saw i very beautiful coat that I just had to have. Unfortuantly they did not have my size, yet the amazing sales lady checked for me witch branch nearest to me still have my size in stock.
She advised that the system shows that Paarl mall still have two in my size available. I was so happy and very greatful for her assistance.
Two weeks later I finally got the chance to go to Paarl mall and check whether they still have the coat.
I explained my situation and they knew exactly what coat i was referring to.
They advised that they do not have any in stock anymore. I explained that the sales lady in Somerset said that they still have two in stock.
She replied with an attitude, "we keeping it for another customer" I then asked her since when do you keep out garments for a customer and for two weeks at a time, and for that matter two of the same coats and same size.
She then responded yet again with an attitude, "we can if we want to" I was very upset.
I believe the staff is keeping garments out for themselves untill they have the chance to purchase them. Not the first time I had horrible service in Paarl Mall.
The service I got in Somerset was fantastic, Paarl mall

item bought returned but refund not received
I bought an Onesie (item#[protected]) at Mr.Price Clearwater on Thursday the 4 of July 2019, the item did not fir me properly thus, I returned it for refund on the 5th of July 2019 at Eastgate shopping centre. The cashier who assisted advised that she will make a credit refund and not cash since I used a debit card when I purchased the item. Today its the 9th of July and the refund of R219.99 has not reflected in my account

I bought a phone at Mr price in Boulders Midrand, the phone was freezing and I took it back within 7 days. I was told that they will call me they are taking it for repairs. I waited for a call for like 2 weeks and when I went to ask I was told I must come back with the original slip so that they can give me a new phone. I went to again for 3 times where by a lady by the name of Beauty who works with the phone was called to come and assist but she was no where to be found. I even got to work late yesterday because of her and no one was able to assist me. All I want now is my money back I'm done with Mr price, their staff is so incompetent with their supervisors
funds deducted but no order generated
This morning, 29th June 2019 at 9:30 I was at home attempting to make an online purchase on the Mr Price clothing app. After entering my bank details and proceeding with the purchase, it brought up an error and said the purchase could not be completed. Immediately I received an sms notification from my bank saying that a purchase of R939, 97 was made at Mr Price Group Limited. I was using the app, I was NOT at any Mr Price! The order was not processed and my money was deducted from my account. I need this sorted out ASAP as I have my rates to pay with that money!

Kindly see attached 2 x jackets we bought from Mr Price Sport Zambezi Pretoria.
I think the pictures speak for themselves. We only bought them 2-3 months ago.
Both the jackets had the same problem. This is not acceptable because quality is very poor! I would like a refund or credit please.
We love to buy at Mr Price Sport and don't want to have the same problem with other clothes.

Never have I shopped at a shop that stop a queue with 9 clients to clean the floors at 16:55 on a monday afternoon on the 1/7/19?
First they stop us to stand in the queue to clean.
