Mr Price Group / MRP review: Hi would like to complain about the treatment in mr price sport in vaal mall

I'm very much angry right now as I write this complain, I visited mr price sport in vaal mall today, to my surprise I was chatting with this other guy, a very helpful and friendly assistant, some lady shouted at him saying he is making noise or something like that only to find she is the manager of the store, I left that store with pain, I wanted to deal with the matter myself but I sent my colleague to go and browse and see how is the work environment, guys very much toxic he said she was called for authorise and she shouted and said, authorise for what? Like who does that in the presence of customers, i'm very disappointed, cos I can see that some of the staff are not happy at all, my colleagues asked one of the staff how come they don't report such treatment, they said they are afraid cos if u talk, u will receive silent treatment forever until u resign, i'm gonna monitor that store myself that's not how people should be treated, u can see in their eyes it's full of fear, please treat this matter as agency🙏🥹
