Without a doubt, these are the most comfortable pillows I ever had! I tried one, thinking that maybe it would be good since I seem to have problems with all my pillows either flattening out, or being too soft or not lasting long etc... I have always had neck aches and even get positional vertigo from pillows that don't give enough support. Well, I bought a 'my pillow' and loved it so much from the first night that I bought 5 more for myself, wife and kids! I love that they retain their shape and firmness (I like the firmer pillow but they have others). They are washable, and so far my first one is about 4 years old and still as comfortable as the first day! Sure I paid a little more for this over some of the cheaper pillows I've had but the comfort and durability make it worth it. No more sore neck, and NO VERTIGO! I'm a customer for life!

Outstanding product. Well packaged, shipped quickly and arrived with great instructions. After an initial 5-min. in the dryer to loosen and fluff the materials, the pillow felt like a bag of foam chunks, which it probably is, but... This probably is the most comfortable pillow I've ever owned. And it seems that a short ride in a clothes dryer will refresh it's shape and size in short order. The first night, I had support and comfort unlike anything experienced with other pillows. I've had down, latex and plenty of hypo-allergenic offerings from big chain stores. MyPillow (standard/queen/green) feels and performs differently and I like the difference. Seeing an F-rating here suggests the company embraces admirable business ethics and I'm finding that to be true. Excellent customer information came with the pillow, in advance of it's arrival and is available on the web site.

My pillow is an *** "Made in ***" *** run company.Over the past year, I have personally purchased a pillow, two robes, two sets of Giza sheets, a large dog bed and two full sets of towels. The quality of every product I've purchased has been excellent. The pillow stays fluffed, the cats even get on the dog bed, the sheets are pure quality, truly the softest sheets I've owned and I sleep so much cooler. (I typically sleep hot), the towels are nice heavy fluffy towels and so soft and absorbant. They don't just smear water around your body. *** is amazing. One hand towel in my order was stitched poorly so I called MyPillow and they sent a replacement towel no charge. Bless this man for what he is fighting for, when every retail store stopped selling his products. It's the retail stores that deserve an F!

We then ordered some towels, very nice towels. Daughter liked them enough and stole a few. Ordered more. Then decided to try ordering a body pillow, I had BeautyRest Black Pillows but frequently woke up in a sweat from them. Body pillow was really quite amazing and very comfortable. It was medium firmness if I recall. Decided to order two pillows: not sweating anymore in bed. Even with temp at 72F and a fan on the bed, we were hot unless just in sheets, then feet were cold. It was a massive give and take getting comfortable. Finally got the pillows...now very comfortable. Also ordered the slippers, absolutely the most comfy slippers I've ever worn. Seriously. The bed stuff is good and decently priced, but the slippers are over the top good. BBB's rating is it appears after research, to be political hit job in action. Millions of orders and roughly 0.015% complaint ratio? BBB is disrespectful to businesses nationwide and lends itself to being a wing of the woke left. Their F rating in bogus it appears. Discount it. They make a good product and even with emails stating delays, I got it weeks before it was supposed to be delivered. A-

We have been sleeping on the pillows for a long time! I upgraded all the pillows in the house to My Pillows. The search for comfortable pillows for my TMJ ended with the My Pillow. We have also ordered the roll and go pillows and use them on our couch instead of the pillows that came with the couch. They are so nice because they offer support where you need it in the lower back or behind the head.We have the sheets, too, which are totally amazing quality.The first pair of slippers I ordered for my husband had a seam on the inside which was scratchy, but we gifted them to my sister and they work perfectly for her. We ordered another pair when they came back in stock in a bit larger size than he needed, so we gifted them to a son. I just ordered another pair for my husband, and hopefully this time I will have it right. My slippers have been a perfect fit from the beginning and I love the warm, furry feeling.We have the towels but are waiting to use them in our new house. I love the bath mats because they are so easy to throw in with the towels when you wash them, because they are also all cotton and don't have any rubber or anything on the back side of them, nor are they the super thick cotton looped kind that cause my washing machine to "bump". This kind of bath mat is extremely hard to find over the years. I love all the products I have ordered.
Worst customer service in existence
18 months ago, I bought a pair of My Slippers. Couple weeks ago, I noticed the right sole was detaching along the outer edge of the slipper - about 6 or 7 inches worth. So, I ordered a pair of replacements on the website clearance sale. Slippers came and are way too small. "Can't exchange them; all sales are final." Shame on me for not reading the fine print; shame on Mike for not saying that out loud in his commercials! E-mailed Mike. Calvin L. replied the policy will not be deviated from. If that is Mike's idea of customer service, he is nothing more than a cheap huckster hiding behind a cross on a chain.
Recommendation: Steer clear of this guy.
MyPillow Review: Faulty Product, Poor Customer Service, and a Lawsuit – Don't Waste Your Money!
So, here's the deal, folks. I decided to take a gamble and buy two MyPillows from their website. At first, I was super happy with my purchase; I slept like a baby for the first couple of nights! However, things started going downhill from there and the pillows just went flat. I was majorly bummed and had to contact their customer service team. I sent the pillow back and hoped for a refund or a replacement, but nothing ever came. It seems like I've been waiting for a lifetime - it's been two years, can you even believe it?
I've even gone so far as to talk to the Better Business Bureau and the state attorney general about this. I mean, $109 is a lot of moolah, ya know, and it's really frustrating to have just one pillow when I paid for two. They won't even send me back my original pillow either - what kind of business practice is that? It's enough to make you wonder if they're actually running a legitimate operation.
In any case, I would not recommend buying anything from these guys. The product I received was all right, but it had some serious problems and they wouldn't honor the 60-day warranty. I only had the pillows for less than a week, for crying out loud. On top of that, their customer service team is horrendous. They ask the same questions over and over again, and even use different people to send emails so you can never even get a consistent response. It's aggravating to say the least, and downright unprofessional.
Anyhow, if you decide to take the plunge and buy from MyPillow, good luck to you. Just be aware that there is a lawsuit against the company for faulty advertising on the filling in the pillows. It's totally on you, but I wouldn't want to be in your shoes!

So, I recently purchased two pillows from mypillow.com using their buy one get one promotion for their latest model 2.0. At first, I was apprehensive about the purchase and thought I might have been scammed. However, I decided to give them a chance and went through with the entire unwrapping process while making sure to keep all the packaging intact.
As I started unravelling the pillow covers, an awful smell wafted out from them, which made me think that the company was cutting corners or something. Yet, the covers were thick and matched my room's color perfectly, so I didn't send them back. I think the buy one get one deal is pretty cost-effective, and I am happy I purchased these pillows.
I chose a medium-firm and a medium pillow (green and orange). The medium-firm pillow was just perfect, and I felt comfortable resting my head on it. However, the medium one was a complete letdown. It was so soft and lacked the firmness of the medium-firm pillow, which made me feel like something was missing inside it. The pillows are of the same size, but the way they reduced the fill to make the medium one soft is not professional.
I believe that if you cannot make the firmness selection accurately, then don't make it. I'm glad I didn't get the soft one, or it would have been a total disaster. However, I have decided to keep both pillows and conduct a thorough service life review to give them a fair chance. So far, I must say that I have enjoyed a pleasant night's sleep on them and have no complaints whatsoever. Overall, I'm satisfied with my purchase, and I guess I'll continue using these pillows until they wear out.
My Pillow Review: Disappointing Product and Refund Policy
I recently purchased the Giza Elegance King Blue pillows from My Pillow after hearing about their “most comfortable pillow” promise. As a big guy with very broad shoulders and a side sleeper, I needed a pillow that was both thick and firm. Upon receiving the product, I was disappointed to find that it was made of chopped foam, something that I could have purchased on Amazon for much cheaper.
Following instructions, I placed the pillows in the dryer for 10 minutes and tried them out. To my dismay, I found that the pillows were only half as thick as I needed and, due to the chopped foam, the foam moved away from my head, causing me to wake up with a stiff neck. Needless to say, these pillows were not the most comfortable I have ever owned.
Luckily, the company offers a 60-day money-back guarantee if you are not fully satisfied. I promptly requested a return and was happy to find that the process was simple and done entirely on their website, without the need for calling them. However, I was disappointed to discover that there were major problems with their refund policy. Not only was I not refunded for the shipping, they also charged me a “processing fee”. In total, I ended up spending $32.11 for a 10-minute experience that was anything but enjoyable.
I had high hopes for these pillows and the entire company, as my usual place for purchasing pillows and linens is going out of business. Unfortunately, this experience has left me with no place to buy quality linens and bedding. Overall, I would not recommend My Pillow to anyone looking for a comfortable pillow, especially for those with specific needs like myself.
MyPillow Customer Service Fail: A Warning to Potential Buyers
So, I gotta tell you about my recent experience with MyPillow. Now, I've seen the CEO guy, Mike Lindell, at those rallies with Trump, and I've heard him talk. And I gotta admit, I was a little skeptical about the products they sell on their website, especially with all the controversy surrounding the guy. But, my ol' slippers were worn out and I needed a new pair. So, I figured, why not give MyPillow a chance?
I ordered the MySlippers slip-ons in chestnut, size 11. Now, here's where it gets a little tricky. See, at the time of my purchase, there was no mention of it being a close-out sale. But when the slippers arrived, they were too big. Like, felt more like a size 12. But you know what? I liked how they felt on my feet, so I decided I wanted to exchange them for a smaller size.
I called up Customer Service, but the lady on the other end said I couldn't return them because it was a close-out sale. What?! I mean, I get it, sometimes companies need to get rid of inventory, but still... what about customer satisfaction?
I asked if I could exchange them for a more expensive pair, but she gave me the same answer. Nothing they could do. Now I'm out $40 for a pair of slippers that are too big, and I live alone so there's no one else to give them to. I was so angry, you don't even know. I work hard for my money, you know?
But here's the thing, according to California law, the seller is required to refund, exchange, or offer credit. And MyPillow did none of those things. Come on, guys, you gotta step up your customer service game.
I did some research and saw that they have a poor BBB rating and lots of bad Google reviews. And you know what? I decided to add to those bad reviews. I mean, if you're gonna rip people off, you deserve to be called out.
They call themselves a Christian company, but I gotta say, this experience has definitely solidified my bias against "Born Again" types. I mean, how can you claim to follow Jesus and still swindle people? That doesn't sound very Christ-like to me.
Overall, I gotta say I was pretty disappointed with MyPillow's customer service. And I'm not the only one. So, if you're thinking about buying from them, maybe do your research first.
Dangerous: MyPillow Caused Severe Neck and Shoulder Pain, Even Numbness
I gotta tell you guys, MyPillow ain't for the faint of heart. I thought I was getting a good deal on a pillow that was supposed to help with my neck pain, but boy was I wrong. The first night I used it, I felt like I had been hit by a truck. My neck pain was worse, my shoulders hurt, and my fingers were numb. I couldn't believe it could be the pillow, so I waited a couple of weeks and tried again. I followed the instructions exactly, but the next day I had the same pain, only worse. This time it traveled down both my arms, which was super scary. I had to miss work for four days because I couldn't even move. That's when I called my ortopaedist and she told me she's heard tons of stories like mine. Some of her patients even needed surgery after using MyPillow products! Can you imagine? It's like they asked an orthopedic doctor what to do, and then did the exact opposite just to mess with us. It's been two months since I tried that thing and I'm still in pain every day. I'm getting steroid injections next week and I'm really hoping they help. I know Covid is out there, but I can't take this pain any more. I'm writing this review so maybe I can save somebody else from the same trauma. I know MyPillow is supposed to be a Christian company, but as another Christian, I can't in good faith recommend this product. I really hope this helps somebody else avoid the same situation.
False Advertising for MyPillow: A Disappointing Experience with Neck Pain
I saw an advertisement on TV for "MyPillow" and I decided to give it a try. The ad said that these pillows were "as low as" $29.98 with the Promo Mike660, but when I looked into it, I found that this was actually false advertising. The pillows were much more expensive than that, and I was disappointed.
When I first got the pillow, I have to admit, it was pretty good. It was comfortable and I enjoyed using it. However, after just a few weeks, it became the worst pillow I have ever had. It was too flat and I woke up with neck pain almost every morning.
I have tried many different types of pillows over the years, including ones that I got from the VA that I have never seen sold anywhere else. Some of these pillows were unique, like one that is part fill and can be filled with water. Another had a square donut shape with a hollow center, which my dogs loved because it holds them up in the air, like a cot or hammock.
Out of all the pillows I have tried, the only ones that have really worked for me are the old fashioned down pillows. I will probably go out and buy another one soon.
I did like the small pillow that came with my MyPillow set, though. It was perfect for car trips, so I ended up buying one for each of my dogs. As a pet product, it works great! But for people, I definitely would not recommend it.
When I called customer service to try and get the advertised price for some of their other products, they refused and I was quite unhappy. I believe that false advertising is illegal, but apparently Mike M. doesn't think so. He definitely doesn't understand what "as low as" means.

MyPillow Failed to Deliver: Disappointed with Product & Customer Service
I gotta say, I am beyond disappointed with the folks at MyPillow. I ordered myself a sweet new mattress and foundation and it arrived in a busted up box with nuts and bolts just flying everywhere. It was a total mess, and then when I tried to put it together, it just didn't fit right no matter how many times I re-watched their precious little video on the website (I mean, give me a break here). But rather than sending a new one, those geniuses told me I could ditch the darn thing at a charity and send in a receipt for a refund. Yeah, that's gonna happen.
Now, I ain't no spring chicken, I'm in my 70s and I live in one of these townhouses that's three floors high. Of course, wouldn't you know it, the FedEx man goes and drops it off in the garage. So after dragging this heavy thing all the way up those floors, I'm supposed to schlep it back down, rent a truck, and try to dump it off somewhere else? I mean, C'mon man! That's a ridiculous idea if I ever heard one.
To top it off, when I called customer service to complain, I got put on hold for ages only to be told they'd send a new foundation out to me. That's great and all, but I didn't want to drag this thing around some more. So I asked for my money back and told them they could come and grab the bed if they wanted it back. But what was their solution? They told me to donate the darn thing and then send them a receipt for the refund.
Honestly, I tell you, these are the kind of people that make other Christians look bad to the rest of the world. If they can't even get something as simple as a box of parts together properly, how are they gonna win over anyone's hearts and minds, right? So don't even waste your time with these MyPillow folks. They don't care about you or your sleeping needs, and they definitely don't live up to their big talk about having the best customer service on the planet.

So, I was on the lookout for a good mattress pad, and I came across MyPillow on FrankSpeech. At first, I thought it was just for pillows, but then I found out they had over a hundred other products! I got pretty excited at the prospect of finding a great mattress pad, and I wasn't disappointed. It's made in the USA, which is a bonus, and it even has a five-year warranty!
I placed my order, and I was pleasantly surprised to receive an email with my order number almost immediately. They then informed me that I would receive another email when my item was shipped. True to their word, I got another email the next day with a FedEx tracking number and an estimated delivery time. It was coming all the way from Minnesota, so they said it would take around seven days to get to me.
When my package arrived, I was pretty happy with what I saw. The mattress pad looked thick, comfy, and built to last. It was also a lot heavier than other pads I've seen in box stores, so that gave me some confidence that it would hold up well. I was impressed with how quickly everything came together, from my order to shipping to delivery.
Now, onto the important part: does this pad actually work? The answer is a resounding "yes!" It's super comfortable and cozy, and the "pillow top" really does make a noticeable difference. I also really appreciated the "thermoshield technology" that kept me warm in the winter but cool in the summer. My Pillow review: A Disappointing Minnesota Let-Down
I'm from Minnesota, where My Pillow sleeps its headquarters. Even though I live in Oklahoma now, I still have a soft spot for all things Minnesota. So when I saw the commercials for My Pillow, I was immediately smitten. But let me tell you, I was not prepared for the disappointment I was about to face.
I finally caved in and ordered two queen-sized pillows, without even reading any reviews. I mean, the guy who started My Pillow is from Minnesota, so how bad could it be, right? Boy, was I wrong. Like, really wrong. After years of watching those commercials and feeling like I had finally made it in life, I was crushed when my pillows arrived.
First of all, the pillows were super expensive. I thought they were buy one, get one free, but it turns out they were just selling two mediocre pillows for the price of one really good one. And let me tell you, these pillows were not good. They were stuffed into a tiny box that couldn't possibly hold two queen-sized pillows. And when I opened the box, I was shocked to find two pathetic little pillows that were barely bigger than a standard pillow.
They were full of lumps and bumps, but not the good kind. These lumps were hard and uncomfortable. And even though I ordered medium fill, there was barely anything inside the pillows. I put them in the dryer like the website suggested, but it didn't help much. My head sunk into the pillow and formed a weird round shape, while the sides of the pillow stuck straight up. There was no support for my head at all, and I felt like I was lying flat on the bed with two lumpy sides doing nothing for me.
I was so disappointed that I went online and read reviews (which I should have done in the first place). Most people said that these pillows were just broken up pieces of foam, and that there was nothing magical or special about them. And let me tell you, they were right. There was literally nothing in these pillows that made them worth the money.
I was really hoping to love these pillows, but instead I felt insulted. I mean, who sells pillows with barely any stuffing in them? And why would anyone want to sleep on lumps and bumps? It's like Mike, the guy who started My Pillow, is trying to rip people off. I don't even think these pillows would be worth a dollar at Dollar Tree. I'm returning them, even if I only get $10 back (which I'm sure they'll find a way to screw me over on).
It's a shame, really. I wanted to support a Minnesota business, but it turns out that My Pillow is a big disappointment. I'll never trust a commercial again. Stick to the reviews, people. And don't waste your money on My Pillow.

Terrible Customer Service Experience Returning My Slippers to Mypillow
I had a real bad experience returning my slippers to Mypillow. It was really uncomfortable for me and I couldn't wear them. So, I shipped the slippers back to Mypillow on March 28, 2022, and they received them on March 31, 2022. I was expecting to get my credit card refunded soon after. But, as times passed by, I didn't see the credit reflection on my card. So, on April 16, 2022, I called customer service to ask for help.
When I talked to the customer service agent, I provided her the RMA# which was given to me during the return process. She was really rude right from the start and she asked for the tracking number. I told her that I had already tracked the package via the usps tracking system which showed it was delivered to them on March 31, 2022. But, she still rudely asked me how she was supposed to know where the package is. I then suggested to her that the package might have been opened for return processing and then linked to their RMA# which would show the location and processing info for the return. But, she rudely informed me that I was wrong and that their processing system is different. I couldn't believe it when she stated that a return could easily set in a warehouse unopened for up to 30 days before being opened for processing! What a way to treat a customer!
I think Mike Lindell needs to take care of these issues. I mean, he should spend less money on TV commercials and more on hiring skilled employees to process returns. I understand that problems occur with businesses, but good customer service is a must these days. It is really important to treat customers like human beings and not like nobody's. Honestly speaking, I will never be buying anything from this company again. I hope they value their customers more than their profits.
My slipper
I purchased my slippers for my wife as a Christmas gift 2021. These slippers are 1 year & 4 months old. We live in a 623 sq ft home that is 90% carpet. Other than sitting on r back deck these slippers have never been worn outside or have been wet. My pillow told me there was a year warranty. These slippers are obviously not made very well. Totally disappointed that they refused to refund my $100.00. Hopefully this review & pictures will stop anyone else from buying their shoddy product.

My pillow slippers
I am on my second pair of my slippers and I’m not happy at all. I have the worst foot pain when I get off work and Was so excited about having them to put on my feet. The first pair fell apart after a week - the left ones sole came out of the bottom of my right shoe-I only wore them inside the house in the evenings. This second pair of shoes, also the right one, has already got the sole rolling up inside of the shoe. The center of my foot now has a long rolled up piece going down the middle under the cloth top sole. I hate this and I hate complaining about it but I don’t want anyone making the same mistake as I did.
Desired outcome: Not sure if I know of a good outcome. If there is a better bedroom shoe that stays together then I would love to try it out instead of the two pair of my slippers.

The slippers were a little tight to begin with so I didn't wear them for a while.
When I did start to wear them they stretched to fit just fine.
I only wore them lightly in the house.
But just after just a short while the bottom sole split and out come the gel.
The slippers are NOT worth the money.
Oh, and they are made in CAMBODIA! So much for supporting "American made"!

Bath towels
I purchased two sets of towels but towels in one set have faded, look dirty and I can’t display them in my bathroom. The hand towel and face towels are obviously not the same color as bath towel. I received a pair of sleeper's for Christmas. The person lost the receipt. She was told since my size is 12 she should order size 13! the sleepers are nice BUT size 13 is to big my foot slides around in them. If I could return for a size 12 I would be very happy. 12/25/22 As I mentioned she can't find her information I have the box and only wore the twice. You should NOT tell people to buy a larger size!

I ordered four pillows and gave one as a gift. The recipient opened his and found the pillow splattered with blood. I am appalled that this even passed inspection. He lives in another city and I cannot ask him to return this and I really don't want him touching it with blood and body fluid contamination. He did not take a picture but tried to wash it. Doesn't matter if the spots are still there-it has seeped into the inner parts and hepatitis can live for 10 years.

Mattress topper
I wanted to remove the cover for washing and the zipper doesn't have zipper handle to start taking off or for putting the cover back on the mattress topper. I wanted to wash it today, 11/15/2022. Can I get a replacement?

Incorrect description of product.
I ordered slippers from MY PILLOW for my father who's feet are swollen. We received a pair of shoes that had a lip in the back. I called the customer service and they said that is how their slippers come. So I said that was not clear AT ALL in the commercial - because that is not quite a "slipper". Regardless, I asked to send it back. Not only did they charge me for the shipping to receive the item, I was also charged for the shipping back - when I should not have been charged because THEIR DESCRIPTION OF THE SLIPPER WAS INCORRECT and DID NOT indicate that it has a raise lip in the back (which makes it more like a shoe). I called after sending back the shoe to receive my 100% refund. The infomercial in not way indicates that men's slippers have a back lip and the women's does not. I asked for my refund they said I only get back $40 some dollars instead of the full $67 - because the shipping is on me. Had I decided that I don't like the shoe or something from my part I could understand. However, their infomercial was not clear AT ALL so I don't believe I should be charged the return cost. I was talking to the customer service agent and she would not let me talk by interrupting me. Not only that, She even HUNG UP ON ME!
I think the infomercial is very misleading - not clear and just a way to make money even if you don't want their product.

Im trying to return bedsheets. I purchased sheets with 20 inch deep pockets, when I recieved shippment they are only 17 inch . I have beed trying to return them and get refund of my money. Men’s my slippers
The purchase of a pair of slippers was received December 17th 2021 and just 7 months later the heel bottom on the left slipper is worn and split. The slippers were only worn inside. The slippers should last longer and not wear through. The thickness of the heel is very thin for an expensive slipper, should be much thicker for the purpose that they are advertised to use inside and outside.
I feel that I should be shipped another pair with a better sole.
Desired outcome: New pair with thicker heel
Have same issue. Indoor use lasted less than 3 months. Second pair less than a month
my slippers
Their durable sole (what a joke) is literally disintegrating and falling off in pieces. It has started separating from the slipper and will be useless shortly. For $90 they should last more than a few months IMHO. I'll still buy from My Pillow as I support what Mike Lindell is doing for our country, but I'll definitely not be buying any more slippers. Lands End makes a similar priced slipper that is vastly superior in quality and longevity

My Pillow
My husband bought one of your standard pillows from Walmart in Akron, Ohio a few months ago and he loves it. So I have headaches nearly every morning decided I would to the same. I bought mine and the first night was ok. From then on I am highly disappointed. My pillow and my husband's pillow don't even feel the same. Mine feels like it has chunks of foam in it and they push around inside it. His pillow is nice and firm and stays in place like I imagine it should. If I had the box, I'd send it back. That's how dissappointed I am.

I recently decided to take advantage of your generous offer by ordering towels. Your ad stated that if you buy one towel set you would get the second one absolutely free. So, when placing the order, I was asked for the promo code. I advised that I didn’t have the code but asked the person who was handling the call if there would be a difference in price without the code to which she replied there would be no difference. The following day I obtained the code from your commercial and called the customer service department again. That customer service representative told me that my understanding of your commercial was incorrect. Her explanation made no sense at all. I then told her that I would simply cancel the order. She then replied that I couldn’t cancel the order and then ultimately told me that she was not going to argue with me and she discontinued the call. After the call, I searched on line to see if any complaints had been filed against you in the past with reference to false advertising claims. Unfortunately, I found that a number of them have been filed against you. Even at the sale price of $39.00, I felt that was an attractive deal. But, I deplore the practice of anyone promoting a product and then failing to live up to what was promised! So, I can only conclude that one of two things are happening: (1) Either you are deliberately deceiving your customers, or, (2) You need to do a better job at training your customer service representatives in explaining why you didn’t mean what you were saying in your commercials.
I ordered two sets of towels for the price of one and I used the promo code. I received one set of towels. When I tried to reach customer service, they expected me to remain on hold for 78 minutes. I am busy and I don't have time to stay on hold that long. MyPillow will not refund my money without a RMA number which is issued by customer service. I sent them an email and they told be they will get back to me. This is very poor customer service. I should be able to return the item for a full refund without having to obtain an RMA number or any number for that matter.
Womens slippers exchanges
I received a pair of slippers for Christmas. They aren't the right size so I wanted to exchange them. They aren't taking phone calls. I've sent a ton of exchange forms with no response but you need to pay for a shipping label. Well after my husband spent $25 getting them here why do I have to pay $10 to get them back. At this point I don't even want an exchange. I just want him to be able to get the money back. Worst customer service ever!

3 in. King Mattress Topper
I purchased a King 3 in. MyPillow mattress topper and received it Jan. 17, 2021. Within about 2 months, the topper was sinking where we lay in the bed. I started rotating the topper every month to try to distribute our weight on it. Now I feel like I am lying in a well, and there is a ridge between my husband and I where we lie. Even when our comforter-type bedspread is on the bed, there are large indentions at the head and foot of the bed where the topper has sunk in. This mattress topper is supposed to have a ten year warranty, but I cannot find out what that covers. I have called MyPillow's customer service number, [protected], and even stayed on the line for two hours waiting for a representative to answer. I tried the Chat feature and the "bot" informed me no one was on line at that time and to try the customer service number. MyPillow advertises service 24/7. I don't think MyPillow responds to customer inquiries. I paid $395.87 for this mattress topper and have not had a restful night for the past seven months.

Mattress Topper is not worth the money and MyPillow cannot be reached for Customer Service to resolve problems.
This is exactly the identical issue I've had with each of MyPillow bed toppers. Today was my last straw when I contact customer service to report the issue and process a replacement. Their "process" requires you to donate your used item to a donation center or non-profit organization AND provide documentation of the donation with specific instructions as to what must be printed on the donation receipt. If you cannot find a place to donate they say take it to a recycling center or you can return it to them at your cost. For the life of me, I cannot understand why the consumer must jump through all these hoops because MyPIllow distributes a defective product. Besides, if I don't want to sleep on a mattress topper with large body indentations in it why would I expect someone else to? I'm done with MyPillow.
