I ordered five $5 gift cards through a website where I get rewards for online shopping. After the 2nd gift card claim code was activated, it wouldn't let me activate any more gift cards. When I try to access the website (whether on my phone, ipad, or desktop), it says "You have been blocked." and gave me a customer support phone number. The first 2 times I attempted to contact customer support, it "didn't recognize" the numbers I was keying in from the support menu. Believe it or not, the automated system actually has a separate selection for being blocked from the website (#4). It took three separate phone calls before I finally spoke with a customer support representative. Once I explaind the issue to her, she advised she was unable to unlock my account and to wait 24 hours. I asked her if my account would be re-locked when I tried activating more than one gift card at a time, and all she could say was that it was possible, and not to try activating them at the same time. Activate 1, then wait a few hours. This is ridiculous.
Claimed loss: $25 visa card balance from rewards
Desired outcome: I would like my account on "MyPrepaidCenter" to be unlocked so that I can get my cards I am owed.

I somehow managed to create 2 accounts on Honey.com. I contacted customer support via the chat option on the website and within minutes they were able to find both accounts and merge them together for me effortlessly! I have had this happen before on other sites, and trying to get them merged or even one deleted was a major hassle. Honey's customer support team was on it! Thank you! :)
