MyPrepaidCenter.com Mastercard

I received this card as part of a settlement, I registered the card and tried to use it but it was declined several time by Amazon, however when I went on the card website it has the funds for the attempted purchases pending. But Amazon said it was declined. When I called the card customer service line, its only preprogrammed automated selections. The is no live customer service to assist on the customer service line. Meanwhile the purchases still show pending on their website but Amazon said they were declined. I want my money $85.00

Desired outcome: Free up the money on the card for use. Have a live person reach out from customer service.

finally reached somebody that helped. turns out you cannot link this card to myprepaid center, you only can check your balance with the link provided. the card is not taken everywhere. Jose did help my get this straight, ill try to use it.

MyPrepaidCenter.com Prepaid visa thru my health provider as a reward for checkups

I received rewards from my health provider for getting checkups. I was given several different gift cards to choose from. So I chose the prepaid visa. It said it was activated on 07/01. Well I tried to use it on Amazon but it declined. Tried to use it 3 more times. I’m like WTH! $85 that I EARNED! And I can’t even use it. I will be seeking action! I want my money! $85

Desired outcome: I want my EARNED $85 on the visa I chose. This is ridiculous! Stealing! I want a REFUND!

MyPrepaidCenter.com Prepaid Master card money was used which I don't recognized. How to stop the transection payment or get the money back to my card.

I got a prepaid Master card with card # [protected].

I have it activate via a specific QR code web site come with the card. The 1st web site coming up asking to provide details card informations. After provided all necessary information. I didn't get the Confirmation of the card being activated or not. So I go back to the QR code web site again. This time the site asking with icon card activation. I follow the step and provided the card information again. The site with feed back that my card has been activated. Also showing the total amount in the card..

I use the card 3 days after card activation. I found that the amount of money mostly being gone. In other word, the money was stolen by someone. I would like to know is it possible to stop the payment and get money back to my card? Or. Void this prepaid card and send me a new one.

MyPrepaidCenter.com Rebate card

I received a rebate card from them through Kohl's, activated it, thought it was all good. Tried to use it at multiple locations, over multiple months, always was declined. Tried calling never got through. Tried emailing them never got a response. Card has now just expired without ever reaching them. Is there a way to get my money back? Or a replacement card? Is this company even legitimate?

Desired outcome: Would like a replacement working card, or a cash rebate.

MyPrepaidCenter.com Devalued Card before expiration date + No Customer Service

I was issued a pre-loaded debit card for a settlement. I have a digital card with a clear expiration date of December 2024 yet the card has a fee last month for non-use. There was no statement about needing to use the card before the expiration or any fees with use (or non-use)

When I tried to contact customer service there was NO way to actually get through. It's an automated system that ends up in the same place everytime telling you to hang up if you are done or go back to the main menu. There is no email address to respond.

They absconded with my money owed to me from the settlement. I should check and see if other people from the class action experienced the same thing and start a new one, with a new defendant.

Desired outcome: Refund the money. And have an actual customer service. State any fees or restrictions at the time of issuance OR clearly print the expiration date and abide by it. So many options to be ethical and none were used.

MyPrepaidCenter.com UPMC for Life

I have been trying to use my card the last 2 weeks because it expires tonight. I've tried to use it at Walmart and target. Keep getting the answer the card service won't release the money. I received this card from my insurance for doing the right thing. But you aren't, by not letting me get the money. I've also called repeatedly and went on the website to find out what retailers. I cannot find a list of retailers I can use my card with. I would gladly use one to get my $50.

Desired outcome: Receive a new card with an extended date for $50. and a list of retailers where I can use it.

MyPrepaidCenter.com Ceedit Card $100

After receiving this credit/debit card as a rebate (Chevrolet), I followed the instructions in order to activate the card. Never used until for the first time I couldn't pay. I called the number in the rear of the card and the automatic system said I have a negative balance (!). Furthermore, I cannot access my account anymore, log-in is not possible even changing several times the password. Nothing seems working...And, of course I cannot contatc anybody in order to find a solution for any of these issues.

Desired outcome: I need to have access to my account, I need to know why there is a payment in Saudi Arabia when I have never been there (proof in hands).

MyPrepaidCenter.com Unable to use my card

I registered at your site, and purchased the $100 MASTER CARD to use it for online services in 16 June. I have $80+ remaining balance on the card . So what happened is that I've tried to use a 80$ card on a website where it got declined (I had previously used same cards like these before and it worked fine). Then I tried another website and had the same issue it again got declined.

Later on I tried to use it on PayPal or Google play and its the same issue it gets declined and now I'm sure the card is blocked by your system for some unknown reason. Now I'm stuck with a 80$+ card that's of absolutely no use.

I tried 3+ different stores and all of them now decline. There is no listed way to contact Support for help.

The card doesn’t indicate correct when I type it in on their phone system but I can see the remaining balance on the site.

Desired outcome: I want to use the card normally as i should be able to and not get blocked for absolutely no reason.

MyPrepaidCenter.com Bought the $95+ mastercard that I cannot use

I registered at your site, and purchased the $100 MASTER CARD to use it for online services in June. I have $90+ remaining balance on the card before my PayPal Wallet said this card can no longer be used.

I tried 5 different stores and all of them now decline. There is no listed way to contact Support for help.

I have $87 remaining balance on the card before my Apple Wallet said this card can no longer be used. I tried 3 different stores and all of them now decline. MyPrepaidCenter.com Login Issues and Prepaid Card Usage

For days I have been unable to login to my account online as it keeps saying "There was an error signing in. Please try again later.", and neither can I use half of my prepaid virtual mastercards as well. Even when I try to add them to my apple wallet, it still doesn't work.

It used to work so well last week but now it doesn't, especially when I contacted support about this, they weren't too helpful / cooperative with the situation.

Desired outcome: Access to my account and full usage of my prepaid mastercards on the platform and on my wallet.

This my prepaid center card company is a fraud. I called 2 weeks ago about my $135 pre paid card was used and it's wasn't me who used it..called again today and was told someone use it online merchant from Japan. when I spoke with someone else again I was told to bad we can't do anything it's past the 60 days..again I stated I didn't know $130 out of the $135 was stolen..after some not very nice words from me I did get a supervisor on the line who will send it back down to be reviewed..but I don't have a lot of hope..let's see in 3-5 days if anyone will help

I registered at your site, and purchased the $100 MASTER CARD to use it for online services back in March and then didn't seem to need it much. And now when I need it, I came across the new updated list which had blocked my country from being allowed to use the CARD.

MyPrepaidCenter.com I can't log in to the site and I'm denied credit card payment

First, I can't log in to the site for now. If you write an email and password to log in and sign in (There was an error signing in. Please try again)

It says. I want to log in and see my card balance.

Second, I received a visa virtual card from Delta Air Lines in May.

So if I try to make a payment on Amazon or other online shopping sites, it keeps getting rejected, so I can't make a payment.

PayPal registration is also rejected, but it is not registered.

Desired outcome: I want to be logged in to the site and my visa virtual card can be used.

MyPrepaidCenter.com Unable to access my account or register a new card

I cannot access my account even after having reset my password a number of times to see if that would work. There seems to be no way of contacting a support desk person for general issues like this.

The issue began when I was redeeming an additional card. I seem to have been able to redeem, since further attempts informs me that said card is already redeemed, but I have not been able to register it, nor have I received an email providing further instructions, and since I am unable to access my account, I cannot register it there either, or establish if it was automatically registered.

MyPrepaidCenter.com Discover prepaid card

I received a $35 prepaid Discover card from my school district for 20 years of service. The card's website gives a list of about 50 stores that accept the card. Only about 1/2 of those are anywhere near my home and then only about 1/2 of those have any items that I would wish to purchase. The merchants that accept this card are listed on the MyPrepaidCenter.com website. I picked up 2 items I wanted to purchase and tried to use my gift card. It was declined. We spent 30 minutes trying to reach someone at the number listed on the back of the card, but could never reach a human. I canceled the sale.

Once home, I tried to find another number on the MyPrepaidCenter website and their parent company, Pathward, with no success.

I will notify the school district to make sure they are aware of the scam they paid for.

Desired outcome: Please send me an updated list of merchants that accept the card. If they are unable to do that, issue me a card that works.

I was finally able to use the BHN $35 gift card. (After contacting Recognation, Pathward, and Blackhawk) Here’s a synopsis of my journey: 1st attempt: ULTA which was, and still is, listed on the Recognation website as a business that accepts the card. This card was declined there. 2nd attempt: Sephora (in a Kohl’s department store). Sephora is on the Recognation and the https://www.myprepaidcenter.com/page/rn-discover website as a business that accepts the card. The card was declined. 3rd attempt: JC Penney. The card was declined. I contacted BHN and Recognation about these attempts and to find a solution to the problem https://www.myprepaidcenter.com/page/rn-discover 4th attempt: Back to Sephora. BHN responded with an explanation that my card was declined because it was run for over the gift card amount. This is not true as outlined in the email below. 5th attempt: I received an email from BHN explaining that I could now use the card at JC Penney, so I tried to use it online and it was declined. 6th attempt: After speaking to a BHN representative, I was told that the card was declined at Sephora because it was not a stand-alone store. The card could now be used at the JC Penney closest to my house because it has now been added to the list of approved JC Penney locations. He also outlined the specific way the card had to be used so that it was not declined. If I had any trouble using the card at JC Penney, I was to call the number on the back of the card and follow the prompts in order to report the card was “lost or stolen” in order to speak to a representative. I went back to JC Penney and explained to the manager the specific way the card had to be run in order for it to work. This time it was approved. The fact that it took this much effort to use the Blackhawk Network gift card should raise eyebrows. If I hadn’t been on summer break, I would have thrown the card away. This was a ridiculous amount of work for this item. I hope to never receive another “gift” of this nature again.

I am currently having issues receiving the information for my card. I keep trying to get a verification code to get the actual card information so I can use it online and it just says we can not send you your code right now but it will still send the code. Sometimes it will even let me get to the page where I enter the code and I’ll enter the code it sent me and it’ll say incorrect code and then the page will freeze.

I ordered contact lens and received a $135 rebate prepaid visa card. It's valid through 11/23. I have NEVER USED IT till this weekend. I went to buy glasses and the guy told me I only had $5 remaining. I tried using the website but it wouldn't tell me the transactions. So I called customer service and the rep stated that back on 12/24/22 it was used at a sports site called apdoit and $130 was use. I don't order anything sports related online. We did a dispute for me and I just and email that they will not issue me a new card. This is ridiculous I never use the card. And you can't use the website so see the transactions. I'm very disappointed and will never use them again

MyPrepaidCenter.com Unable to use card

I have 400+ remaining balance on the card before my Apple Wallet said this card can no longer be used. I tried 3 different stores and all of them now decline. There is no listed way to contact Support for help. I’ve tried to calling all their listed customer service lines without any success of talking to a live person. The card doesn’t indicate correct when I type it in on their phone system but I can see the remaining balance on the site.

Desired outcome: I need access to spend my money.

MyPrepaidCenter.com Virtual prepaid mastercard (blocked probably)

Hello there,

Recently I redeemed a virtual prepaid mastercard on your website which was given to me as reward. I've previously used multiple cards like these but rarely ever ran into issues. So what happened is that I've tried to use a 50$ card on a website where it got declined (I had previously used same cards like these before and it worked fine). Then I tried another website and had the same issue it again got declined. Later on I tried to use it on google play and its the same issue it gets declined and now I'm sure the card is blocked by your system for some unknown reason. Now I'm stuck with a 50$ card that's of absolutely no use. Please help me out as soon as possible and I've tried to contact you guys via emails and haven't gotten any respone yet.
