How to get help with the BoughtMilk Settlement Payment
Hello, we are DigitalPay, the payment service provider for the BoughtMilk settlement case. Please be assured payments are legitimate, not a scam.

Boughtmilk Settlement
I received an email from Boughtmilk Settlement with a link to activate a digital prepaid card. I activated and it does not show up on their website. I have tried several different websites to use this card and each time it was either NOT RECOGNIZED or unable to use. Google Pay does not accept, MoneyGram does not accept. It is absolutely USELESS and a SCAM - the company charges $5.95 a month from balance if you don't use it each month - as it is a USELESS UNUSABLE card they will be getting all the money.
There are no customer service representatives at the numbers provided - it just places you back in a loop and never connects you to a person.
I have spent hours on this - beyond frustrating and so tired of EVERYTHING being a scam that only benefits the wealthy.
Desired outcome: I WANT THE $18.90 check FED EXd to me immediately. I will be calling the Texas AG to report this company and the judge that allowed this.
Gift Credit Cards
What a scam. I was sent a code to active, activated my account but now it won't let me access the card anymore with the code and it doesn't appear when I sign in with my email address? So this was a code where I could LOOK AT a theoretical $50 ONCE?
Also, you can only use the code for less than it's worth or the EXACT amount less - you can't use it up fully basically UNLESS, and this is obviously my recommendation, you buy a gift card to another store for the exact amount this is worth. That's what I was planning to do but looks like I'll never get this $50 anyway.
Companies that use these for rebates - TOTALLY SCAMMY. This is a breakage model. They're selling you something telling you you'll get "money" back but either you never actually get the money, or they know you won't be able to use all of it so they keep the difference. What [censored] - not to mention a waste. This doesn't exist to solve a problem or help anyone, just to create a worthless company that profits off lying and stealing.
Desired outcome: Give me 50 REAL DOLLARS
They are just thieves stealing money. They want you to jump through hoops until you give up
Virtual Card
I received a virtual MasterCard on my email. I activated it and everything. Why can't I add it to my Google pay or use it on online games to purchase play coins?
Account deletion
I had received a virtual gift card that required I create an account on their site. I called the Mastercard phone number under contact information weeks ago as it was Mastercard. I had asked for the representative delete my entire account as the gift card was then spent and I don't need the account. The rep assured me my account would be deleted but it is not. They will apparently lie to you and keep your information on their servers even after privacy requests.
Desired outcome: COMPLETELY DELETE the account I was required to make on myprepaidcenter.com to merely use a received gift card balance.
Stolen money
Man I dealt with these people is the worst and they take your money last time I was ordering something off at Amazon they denied Amazon the payment and took $422 and said it was on hold and being my account on the 10th and never showed up back into my account
Scam
I received a digital Mastercard debit card in the amount of $18.90 as payment from a class action lawsuit. I tried using it to purchase something on Amazon, thinking Amazon would apply the funds from the Mastercard, and then use my backup card for the balance.
I learned that the Mastercard DECLINES if the item costs more than the balance on the card, so my item was paid in full by my backup card.
In order to use the funds on this Mastercard, I have to find an item that costs exactly $18.90. I settled for a less expensive item, as I'm sure most recipients do, and I am wondering who gets the balance from all of those debit cards? The company, I imagine.
I called this number [protected] from the original email about the Mastercard and asked for a check for the balance, and for an address where I can send a complaint. I was told my case would have to be "escalated" and that someone would have to get back to me. I had to provide name, address, phone, and email, which I regret, as they will probably just see my data.
Desired outcome: Please investigate this elusive company. They do not make it possible for people to use the funds they won in the lawsuit. They likely profit tremendously from the balance on all of those cards.
prepaid card
This is the worst financial company that I have ever dealt with, so much so that I think this is a scam. They give you a choice to receive a digital card quickly or a check slowly so I chose the digital, what they do not tell you is that the digital has many limitations and can only be used for certain items and is not accepted at all locations. This card did not work at a popular supermarket and I was embarrassed when the card did not work. I received this prepaid card about a week ago and have made 5 calls and spent 5 hours on the phone with their incompetent support staff who just say I am sorry with absolutely no solutions. What a joke! this company was hired by the state of NY to distribute funds. They make you jump through hoops that are lit on fire just to use these funds. close they [censored]ers down!
Desired outcome: i want support as promised and the card to work.
card usage
trying to get in touch with a live person. my card expired and I've never used it. can I get another?
Customer service card not working
Well I got the email stating that I got money from the milk lawsuit so I got a second one and it was $18 and something cents try to use it or try to do something with it it wasn't working so I called customer service and they did this this I swear THEY LITERALLY ONLY HAVE TWO EMPLOYEES THAT WORK THERE TOO EVERY TIME I CALL I GOT ONE OF THE TWO OF THEM I SWEAR THAT'S ALL THEY HAVE IS TOO OF THE SAME ONE SO I'M STILL WAITING FOR THE NEW CARD TO GET VIRTUALLY ON MY ACCOUNT WHAT IS IT WITH THESE PEOPLE
Desired outcome: From my advice don't ever use it the company
Milk settlement funds - problem solved!
I was having the same problems others are having trying to access the funds. Short answer: You can only use the e-card in the EXACT amount.
SOLUTION: I used the card to order a Target gift card for exact amount of the balance of $18.90 and it FINALLY went through!
Good luck!
Desired outcome: The trial court administrator should know that people cannot easily access the settlement funds.
Settlement from boughtmilk
Received a settlement notice from BoughtMilk on Jan. 7, 2022 for $18.90.
"Redeem" link in the email took me to MyPrepaidCenter. I tried to redeem it several times on Jan. 7 and 8.
I went through all the steps — registration (twice), entering a code sent to me by email (three times), and when the site would not take my username (?) and password, I reset my password. It still would not work. On the registration page, it asks me to create a password but not a username. When I tried to sign in at least one of the many times, it said to sign in with my email, which I had been doing.
When it asked for a credit card, since I don't have any on file with the site, I tried entering one of my own but it didn't accept it.
I called MyPrepaidCenter on Jan. 8, but the options did no match my problem and when I tried one that apparently would take me to a person, I was sent back to the menu. There is no email address on the site.
I tried to email BoughtMilk, but the email bounced.
MyPrepaidCenter recognizes my computer (my name comes up), but does not recognize any of my information.
MyPrepaidCenter phone: Card Holder Services at [protected]
MyPrepaidCenter CARDHOLDER SERVICES MAILING ADDRESS: 700 State Highway 121 BYP, Suite 200, Lewisville, TX 75067
Desired outcome: Digital Amazon card for $18.90
Addition: At one point, I was sent a digital card, but could not activate it.
Both of the cards I received my husband and I were used prior in the amount of 1.50 to a place called MyleanFit? The customer service representative said i tried to join a monthy service and its not allowed. I told her it wasn't me and I had no idea. But if that were true and its not allowed why was it charged in the first place? I dont know what's going on unless my emails were hacked.
Prepaid card
Unable to use my card, unable to speak to anybody in customer services. The whole company is a joke and should be done for fraud as it does appear all they do is take your money and then ignore you. No contact details for those living in the UK I think it's horrendous a company like this is still allowed to trade.
Desired outcome: Refund
Master Card Settlement payment
Cannot log into my account to access funds. Just an endless loop of it not being able to register my card when it fact it is already registered. Not a human on the 800 number stated on the virtual card email.
Lyn Sims
lyn.[protected]@yahoo.com
Desired outcome: Send me a check for the damn money!
Cannot access any of the cards provided from a settlement
I received a card from this site for a small settlement a couple of months ago. When entering the card number to view card balance the website says to repeatedly try again while verifying I'm a human. It's just an endless loop never getting to the card details. I have since received a code for an additional card with a balance on it. Upon entering the code I go through the same endless loop of try again. The website is fraudulent as it gives no actual access to funds.
Desired outcome: The website needs to be fixed. If they are incapable of providing the platform than a judge needs to seize all funds from them for a new corporation to hold.
prepaid card
I cant activate my card. i redeemed it a few months ago its a 10$ card but i cant activate it and hence cant use it. I have my card but whenever i try to activate it it says its unable to process
Getting card replacements because the site doesn’t do it
I can't get my cards replaced. This isn't the first time. What is wrong with checks. I will change from nexgard. It shouldn't be this much trouble. The site says replace card. But doesn't do it.
Desired outcome: Check or replacement cards
Prepaid debit Mastercard
I received my prepaid MasterCard and supposedly it's activated yet I am unable to use this card for anything. I think this is a fraud of some sort and I think I would like to be able to use my 150.00. it's my money and why won't my card work
Desired outcome: Either be able to use my card or send me a legit PayPal payment for equal funds 150.00
100.00 prepaid Mastercard from VSP
I have been trying all day to find out where the funds are for the prepaid card that I received from VSP.
I tried to use this morning, to find out they say there was no funds. So, first I called the [protected] number on the card to talk to customer service. I found that this is totally automated, so I got nowhere except to find out that December 21st there were 2 transactions that were not mine, 358.99 and 1.96 when the card was only for 100.00. Then the information on today's try at 100.00 that had no funds.
I then went online for customer service. I got someone called Ellen that supposedly was going to forward me to someone that could answer for 1.00. All I had to do was fill out the forms. This also got me nowhere.
I have tried to get into my account, but I couldn't get in because my password was not recognized. I tried to reset the password, but never received the emails with the code.
So, I want to know where my 100.00 is.
MasterCard Expired
My MasterCard expired and I cannot reach out to customer service to receive a replacement card or to learn what's the process on expired cards. I couldn't find any info on the website about expired cards.
Desired outcome: Can you please provide info about the process that needs to be followed for expired cards?

Wrong I have 3 different company settlement cards and none of them work. You are just lying to the public because you are stealing money
