Virtual debit Mastercard
Received notification of my virtual card retrieval of $18.90 on January 7th 2022 from a "Bought Milk Class Action settlement". Hit the "retrieve my payment button"which brought me to the prepaid Center at that time I noted all the pertinent information such as card number expiration and 3 digit code in my "book" for future reference. In March 2022 I tried to use that card by transferring to Google Wallet when that didn't work I tried to manually type in the card. That also didn't work. On March 8th 4:46 p.m. I called the number on the virtual MasterCard and talked with Kevin he told me the card had been compromised, he apologized and stated that mastercard would issue a new card and send me an email within 24 to 48 hours. I never received the email or the card. On March 14th 11:48 a.m. called MasterCard again got another agent he said the same thing to me that my card had been compromised and again I was told another card would be issued and I would receive an email within 24 to 48 hours. Today is March 18th I have received nothing from MasterCard I still cannot use my virtual card of $18.90 which was awarded to me by the "Bought Milk Class Action". I am disgusted by the actions of MasterCard I can't believe they just won't replace the card they say is compromised. IT IS ONLY $18.90. At this point I want to just give up I'm tired of dealing with this deliberate scamming, but now I'm angry ITS THE PRINCIPAL OF THE MATTER!

unable to use $10 rebate Visa card
3/16/22 Tried to use this $10 rebate card at the Iron Mountain Walmart store and was unable to use it. It is a $10 rebate card from an oil change at Era Chevrolet in Norway, MI. It expires 07/22.
The rebate was for ACDelco Cabin Air Filter purchased 12/30/2021 from Era Chevrolet,Inc. Norway, MI. Part #[protected]. I received the rebate card and activated it by phone. Tried to use it at Walmart in Iron Mountain on 3/16/22 and it was denied.
Desired outcome: I would like the $10.00 rebated in the form of a check I can cash at a bank or credit union. Or if that isn't possible send a new card.

My prepaid Center $25. gift card
i appreciate the gift card, however I never heard of 99% of the stores, let alone there were only 2 stores in my area that I recognized. I used it at CVS, but their prices are so much higher than i.e. Target.
In the future please make the gift cards universal.
I also had a hard time looking for the stores where the card could be used.

I do not want all these offers just activate my refund card I am not giving out my personal information. I made the purchase could not use the wipes because they were on recall so I lost all my money now I want to activate my rebate card without all these offers that I DO NOT WANT!

Can't link card to account
I received a free gift card from Delta. I followed the instructions to active my card and create an account, I activated the card but I couldn't login to the account afterwards to view the balance/transactions. I tried for an hour and clicked "forgot password" numerous times but never received the email to reset my password. Finally I decided to "sign up" again, thinking my original account must not have gone through. But when I signed up I couldn't link the card to the account. The only way to add a card was to activate it but I kept getting an error message probably because it was already activated. So now I have an account for no reason, still unable to view the card information. And like someone else mentioned their customer service is nonexistent.

I HATE it when something so EASY, gets difficult and I get calling isn't hard but a 1 step process should be ONE step, imo! (Maybe more cause I haven't even called yet.)

I have 2 prepaid cards that have expired and I cannot get the website to work on getting new cards. One is [protected] 11/19. Second one is [protected]/20. These got lost in the shuffle of moving and just found them.

Expired Prepaid Card
I need help to access funds in expired prepaid card. The card expired on 01/22 and there is no way to renew the card on the website itself nor through the number listed on the website and on the card. It is a $100 card and I have not activated nor used the card at all so I need someone from the company to contact me soon because there is the monthly maintenance fee and there is no way to contact the actual card company and speak to a real life person on how to solve this problem. PLEASE ADVISE ON HOW TO GO ABOUT THIS PROBLEM.

I have the same exact situation. I was able to get customer service on the phone. They told me once the card expired that the funds on the card also expired. I can't believe that a 6 month expiration is legal. They are obviously banking on the fact that most people wouldn't realize they only give you a few months to use it. Such a dirty scam. Mine was issued through Goodyear and I will never use their services again for allowing such a shady business practice to go on.

Unable to use virtual mastercard in any online shopping app

Can you please assist in checking why I am unable to access and use my virtual mastercard. It was not also save on my wallet in my account to myprepaid center so I am not able to check what happens to the balance.
I tried using it in Zalora ph but the payment did not push through the order was cancelled, I also tried using it in LAZADA app but same thing, the payment did not push through and it got cancelled. I was advised by the online store to inquire the issue with card issuer. (refer to attached file)
In my previous virtual card I was able to purchase in Lazada app how come I tried it two days ago then earlier today still doesn't work. It can't be link to the app either. (shows on the attached file)
What seems to be the issue? I am living in the Philippines and this was part of the reward issued to me by my company so the balance is quite small but still can be use to purchase small stuff. You may update me in my registered email address in my prepaid center.

It is impossible to get an agent to answer why my card is not working. The automated system keeps going in circles and they are trying very hard that people cannot use these cards so they can keep the money.

Card gets declined - sorry, we looked at your history and your card should work. But it didn't!
My daily limit is $1000, but even $565 got declined.
I asked to fix the limit issue - no sorry, we can't.
Asking a tracking number for the replacement card - no we don't issue tracking numbers.
Asking to replace plastic card with virtual, since there is no tracking and i don't want it to be lost in mail - the answer is no again.
I was offered no solution. This whole experience feels like im dealing with the fraud company.
I have over $1300 on my card left. Who knows how long will it take for me to recieve the card! Or if I even will be getting another card. I have no way of tracking it in the mail, and I'm worried that it won't come to me at all.

Got those cards as a company incentive and ever since I have issues with it.
I tried to make a purchase in the store and it got declined because my total exceed daily spending limit! I did not go over the amount I have on my card. No. I called the prepaid center and they told me to try a small amount. I did and again it got declined.
I tried online purchases for amount that is 3 times less than my daily limit and it gets declined again. I called the prepaid centre and again I was told, that it is not their fault. The card gets declined because the stores are not charging it properly. They see it as a cash back transaction and that is why it getting declined. How ridiculous this is!? Stores, that all they do on the daily bases, is charging different kind of credit cards, don't do it properly with this one!
My suspicion is that this is a fraud company, that relies on declining their card so after they expire they just keep the unused balance.
My Prepaid visa card
This company needs to be shut down and their cardholders should be compensated for what they've done to us with our payments. At least 2 years of fraud problems throughout our company! Everyone I work with has waited for their money and new cards and most have multiple times. We are pushing the company to switch providers. Never have we experienced these problems and now people like me counting on bonuses from headquarters are stranded without there money and fall behind on bills etc. My money is there for me but myprepaidcenter.com IS NOT! They say a new card helps, ok just wait 3 plus weeks (as if anyone can nowadays), but guess what you will have a wallet full of these cards because it wont stop. I think this company is appearing to be a scam and I have found people in the UK are unable to use the card anywhere so the only option this company has before I take things further is to refund me my money asap.

This was a gift card from my insurance company for taking their yearly evaluation. The card would not work and I finally was able to contact a representative and he told me that a computer mistake had been made and they would correct the error. About a month later they sent me a notice in the mail that they were still working on the mistake and would correct the error. I have had no more help from them. Same situation. UPMC issued a 30 dollar card and a 25 dollar card. When I called the number on the back of the card I was 'hit' with a recording stating the number was not in service and it continued as encouraging the info. About a variety of other services.
