Prepaid card
Literallly no way to contact them. Was given a $75 incentive for completing a user test two months ago. I live and work in the UK. I am unable to add this to my google pay, amazon, paypal - nothing. Only error messages, and there is NO way to contact them outside the USA. Terrible service an have stolen money from me for my hard work.
Desired outcome: Shut them down
Kumho tire rebate
i receive a credit card instead of a rebate as mention when i purchase the tires.
So wen i try to activate the visa card that i receive instead of a chèque, noting
is fonctionning, wen i enter the information as propose on the card ,the case for entering the expiration date on the card , a message is telling me that this is and invalid date? and if i try to e-mail to the address of Kumho on the site even the address e-mail is not functioning ( not existing).
This is a real rip off.
he QR code on the card get you to a site for purchasing cheap stuff (also Chinese)

My next step is to file a complain to fraud center to make sure no one else get trap by those plan rip off and pass the word to tire dealers that sell this product.
and also on Facebook.
I can't activate my card or Sign Up on Website
I received a $150 PrePaid Visa Debit Card from Anthem BCBS last year for achieving health goals. The card is Valid Thru 01/23, the card also has "FUNDS DO NOT EXPIRE" printed above Valid Thru date. (Whatever that means) We went on vacation last week and I tried to activate the card before we left by calling the activation number on the sticker on the front of the card. After providing all the information I got a message that stated the card could not be activated because it no longer active. No explanation. So I went online and entered the card number to activate, provided all info with same results. So I figured I had better establish an account, I entered all required information and clicked the profile button. A little arrow goes around and around inside the button, but nothing happens. I jump out of my MacBook and on to my Toshiba laptop open MyPrepaidCenter website same results, left the arrow go in circles for about 10 minutes. I guess I'm out my $150 reward. Unless someone has a method to get them to honor the valid date? or "Funds Do Not Expire" printed on card.

I have yet to receive any card and this code doesn't work.
Desired outcome: mail me a check for the 18.90
My prepaid center
I received a $29.82 settlement from Interior Molded Doors Indirect Settlement. And unless you've tried to get their supposed card to put towards a purchase from a company of your choice, that is if you want to choose from their approved list-this was NOT stated anywhere until you pass the multiple puzzels, secret code numbers and repetitious actions in the site for "verification" purposes. It is a VERY confusing site to say the least. I finally left after being jerked around by them and went online to tell as many people as possible about my experience.
I don't use any of their other preferred ways nor do I want to give these people access to my checking account!
Desired outcome: To get a physical form of payment in my hand that I can do with as I please.
Prepaid card shows $0 available balance
I received a $90 Visa card through a lens.com rebate however when I registered the card it shows available balance of $0. No transactions have been made with the card as it was never used.
The customer service center is not existent, the option to talk to a person is not an option.
Desired outcome: Add the $90 available balance to my card.
$50.00 debit gift card. Visa. I did not notice the expiration date of card until I went to use it.
I noticed my card is expired. Never used it but $3.95 has been subtracted for Jan, Feb, March and April 2022. card# [protected] Exp 12/21 CVV# 824 How can u deduct from an expired card if can not use it. Can you reissue a new card. $50.00 Debit Visa. I do not know what else to add. all the information is here.
Thank You
Desired outcome: I would like a new card for $50.00 issued. This time I will pay more attention to the expiration date.
Prepaid wellness rewards debit card
This wellness reward card works nowhere. Tried 3 gas stations. My credit union. Waste of a lot of my time
Desired outcome: Card that works
Prepaid card thru heartgard nextgard frontline purchase
Received a prepaid $25 card thru boehringer ingelheim Heartgard after buying heart guard and nextgard products from my vet for my pet. Called number on back of visa prepaid card,[protected]. Person said he needed another visa credit card number that I owned to activate this prepaid card. Are you kidding me? Is this a scam? Why would I give a stranger my own credit card number? Told him it sounded fishy and not worth $25.00 gift card. So very disappointed. What can be done safely for me?
Desired outcome: To beable to use the 25.00 prepaid card safely hopefully without giving my e mail address.
Heartgard and nexgard cards
I received two $15 cards and have the numbers. The expiration dates, and the security codes. When I tried to use them, I was told I needed a 4-digit number, which I don’t have. I called the telephone number listed on the cards, but, as luck would have it, there was no option to talk to a real person! I hate dealing with precorded messages, because there was no option with which to resolve my issue.
Desired outcome: I want the 4-digit numbers on both cards so that I can use them.
2 card—one from Heartgard and one from Nexgard for $15 each
Apparently the card numbers and security code Info is not enough to use the cards. I tried calling the number listed on the cards and listened to the recording. There was no option to talk to a real person at all. I need a four digit pen to use them.
Desired outcome: I would like for a real live person to send me the information so that I use the cards.
Virtual Universal Prepaid MasterCard
I'm attempting to activate my card on your website and even though, I've carefully typed all the information as it appears on the card, multiple times, in 2 different devices. I always get the message "Your card activation failed. Please try again". Additionally, when I use the option "Add to Wallet" and type my number on the blank field I'm not receiving any message. Please assist ASAP.
Prepaid Visa card
I received a $100 rebate card from tires I purchased that only lasted 6 months. It expired 5/21 . After spending 45 minutes trying to get through to a person and being disconnected twice I was told it was expired and there was nothing they could do about it even if I contacted them in June of 2021. The money was removed from the card and the card was deactivated. The man told me is was procedure and I could not get my money and he has no idea what happens to the money. I asked him why there was an expiration date and he again said it is standard procedure. I feel this is a scam as I have had many prepaid cards with no expiration, or monthly fees to encourage me to use them or a longer period of time to use it. I just can't believe they can take the money and pocket what wasn't theirs. Not a great company to be using to manage tire companies rebates.
Desired outcome: Give me a replacement card as I did my part of the transaction signing up for a credit card and buying a set of brand new tires that I would not have purchased without the rebate.
Did you get any resolution here? I have the same issue
Won't stop texting me.
I got a prepaid card from a service I used years ago. Myprepaidcenter had text alerts so I signed up. In 2018. I have requested them to stop MANY MANY times and have had zero success and they continue to text me every month for years.
Desired outcome: For them to STOP TEXTING ME WHEN I REQUESTED COUNTLESS TIMES!!!!!!
Expired Rebate Card
I received a $100 rebate card from Goodyear.com that only lasted 6 months. It expired 1/31/22. After 30 minutes of trying to navigate through their phone menus, I finally got to an actual person. By the way, don't use the number on the back of the card. Use the number on their website. Anyway, I was under the impression that after the card expires they would charge a monthly maintenance fee. No big deal. BUT NOPE! The man tells me that once the card expired, so did the funds?! That's a huge scam if I've seen as most prepaid debit cards last several years or at the very least have the monthly maintenance fee attached to it. I just can't believe Goodyear would use such a slimy business practice. Great way to lose customers.
Desired outcome: Give me a replacement card as I did my part of the transaction signing up for a credit card and buying a set of brand new tires.
Virtual Prepaid Gift Cards
Received 3 gift cards for $200 and two for $500. Added them to my Apple Pay. When I tried to make a purchase for $1800+ on 3/14 and 3/15 about 8 pm. and 3/18 at noon, transactions were declined. Prepaid people told me the purchase has to be for the exact amount of the gift cards. Since when do you buy a product for $200 and $500 to the penny? I was told they would mail me 3 plastic cards but then after receiving those, I would have to call them back to send me 1 card with a combined $1200. Very dissatisfied with this service. Nowhere does it say the cards have to be used to exact dollar amount.
Desired outcome: Change policy to be able to use the cards as a partial pay for product that costs more.
Virtual debit Mastercard
Received notification of my virtual card retrieval of $18.90 on January 7th 2022 from a "Bought Milk Class Action settlement". Hit the "retrieve my payment button"which brought me to the prepaid Center at that time I noted all the pertinent information such as card number expiration and 3 digit code in my "book" for future reference. In March 2022 I tried to use that card by transferring to Google Wallet when that didn't work I tried to manually type in the card. That also didn't work. On March 8th 4:46 p.m. I called the number on the virtual MasterCard and talked with Kevin he told me the card had been compromised, he apologized and stated that mastercard would issue a new card and send me an email within 24 to 48 hours. I never received the email or the card. On March 14th 11:48 a.m. called MasterCard again got another agent he said the same thing to me that my card had been compromised and again I was told another card would be issued and I would receive an email within 24 to 48 hours. Today is March 18th I have received nothing from MasterCard I still cannot use my virtual card of $18.90 which was awarded to me by the "Bought Milk Class Action". I am disgusted by the actions of MasterCard I can't believe they just won't replace the card they say is compromised. IT IS ONLY $18.90. At this point I want to just give up I'm tired of dealing with this deliberate scamming, but now I'm angry ITS THE PRINCIPAL OF THE MATTER!
Desired outcome: A virtual MasterCard in the amount of $18.90.
unable to use $10 rebate Visa card
3/16/22 Tried to use this $10 rebate card at the Iron Mountain Walmart store and was unable to use it. It is a $10 rebate card from an oil change at Era Chevrolet in Norway, MI. It expires 07/22.
The rebate was for ACDelco Cabin Air Filter purchased 12/30/2021 from Era Chevrolet,Inc. Norway, MI. Part #[protected]. I received the rebate card and activated it by phone. Tried to use it at Walmart in Iron Mountain on 3/16/22 and it was denied.
Desired outcome: I would like the $10.00 rebated in the form of a check I can cash at a bank or credit union. Or if that isn't possible send a new card.
Purchased a ACDelco Cabin Air Filter part #[protected] on 12/30/2021 from Era Chevrolet Inc. Norway, MI for which there was a $10 rebate. Sent in the rebate form and received the $10 visa card at which time I activated it by phone. Tried to use the card at Walmart in Iron Mountain, MI on 3/16/2022 and it was denied. The expiration date on the card is 07/22.
My prepaid Center $25. gift card
i appreciate the gift card, however I never heard of 99% of the stores, let alone there were only 2 stores in my area that I recognized. I used it at CVS, but their prices are so much higher than i.e. Target.
In the future please make the gift cards universal.
I also had a hard time looking for the stores where the card could be used.
I hope you will take my comments into consideration.
Thank you
Kimberly Clark
I do not want all these offers just activate my refund card I am not giving out my personal information. I made the purchase could not use the wipes because they were on recall so I lost all my money now I want to activate my rebate card without all these offers that I DO NOT WANT!
Desired outcome: activate my refund card
