i have over 15 gift cards i can not utilize
i received these gift cards from delta in compensation and i have had no luck getting these cards to work. i have ordered from everyone under the sun to try to get these cards to work and they do not. I have contacted customer service everyday this week to try to figure out what i need to do and they just give you the run around. IM LOSING MY MIND. i have over 3000 dollars that i cant even use and im not sure what i can even do about it.

This dang virtual card never worked! It's been a year and it still only gives me a worthless code GFCD993YUPAU that has always come up ALREADY USED since 1st day! It was supposed to be part of the milk settlement

Replacement of unused expired gift card
I received a rebate gift card from Cooper Tires for $50.00 and did not realize the card sent to me had such a short valid period. I could not activate my card on-line. I contacted Cooper Tires but they said I would have to work it out with MyPrepaidedCenter since they received the funds to issue me a card. I see a lot of posts like mine. Cooper paid MyPrepaidCenter but I cannot get the money from them now.

The card is useless!!!
I have tried using this card in stores (I followed the instructions, general merchandise retailers are supposed to be acceptable) tried at wal-mart purchasing the proper items - card declined!
Went online to try to purchase the proper items - card couldn't be processed!
I registered the card & after the first decline went to this companies website & chatbotted explained what happened was told I needed to contact the card provider services & gave me the number (I have a case# for this chat bot)
Called the card services & the only thing available was automated info which did me no good at all. Was not offered the option to speak to customer service rep. I called them several times & at one point pressed "0" hoping to get a live human being, the system hung up on me.
This is some shady business going on here I think. People earn these cards & this company takes the funds from employers, insurance companies etc but when the consumer gets the card the funds are held hostage and a lot of these cards have expiration dates with no extension! At this point I consider this whole mess a scam & totally worthless!
Desired outcome: Card to be opened so I can use it on the proper medical items I need & an email asap of their solution to resolve this.

Overcomplicated outdated pointless
Try and redeem any card through this disaster and your screwed. It's about as archaic as using an abacus and counting fingers on your hand. Every keystroke requires a captcha. Even if you have an account it requires 11 sign in attempts with 11 captchas and still no luck. Sorry try again later. Seems to me that they make it such a pain in the [censored] to keep any prepaid cards balance locked up to keep it as their own.
These idiots should be banished and never used.

Inability to replace expired debit rewards cards
I have two pre-paid debit cards received through company promotions that expired. The myprepaidcenter.com website doesn't provide information or a mechanism to re-issue the cards with updated expiration dates to make the funds usable. Attempted to call the Visa card line, the Mastercard line and the Lost/Stolen card line (as a last ditch effort to speak to someone), and each time I hear a message that systems are down.
Desired outcome: Would like the issue resolved and the cards re-issued with updated expiration dates.

MyPrepaidCenter virtual card disappeared from my account
Yesterday I received four virtual Visa gift cards from Delta Airlines. Today, I went to add them to a card number and password manager, but as soon as I did the cards disappeared from my account. This makes things tricky as I can't see their balances now. I called support and they told me all four cards are still active, but I'd still like to be able to check their balances.

My card was hacked and unauthorized purchases made. I'm having the worst time trying to connect with someone to dispute charges.
I received this gift card from my Job as a reward and I have been unable to use the $75.00 dollars how ever the card had been hacked and several unauthorized there was a 75.00dollar return then purchases made $68.00 at sapora online on 27th of November 2022, $7.00 tonight Dec.1,
2022. I made no purchase on line or elsewhere due to difficulties with trying to figure out how to use the card and where because I made several attempts and was at incorrect merchants so the card was declined. When I finally found out where I could use it and went to make a purchase (at Macey's) tonight Dec 1 2022 the card was declined again. I Then called the card and found out where it was used and when and my balance was 0.
Desired outcome: To have my 75.00 refunded back on my card so I may enjoy the reward I worked for from my Job.

Custom support line is terrible - solution!
I just spent 20 minutes going in circles through the customer support line trying to talk to a real person as none of the options or information on the website was helping me.
I finally tried selecting the options to dispute a charge on the card and that worked! Hopefully this info can help someone else, and when you call, make sure to leave a complaint with them about the support menu, I was able to and the guy said he'd pass it along, maybe if they get enough complaints they'll change something.
Desired outcome: I (and clearly many others) would like to see the customer support automated menu have an option added to easily and quickly talk to a real human agent.

Replacement of unused but expired gift cards
We received two promotional gift cards from Heartgard/NexGard/Frontline and did not realize the cards sent to us had a short valid period. When I went to activate on the MyPrepaidCenter.com website the response was cards expired. We learned we could get a replacement - but both their online and call to customer service doesn't help, there are absolutely NO instructions and limited information about replacing an EXPIRED CARD. Again - I've called their customer service which is useless with no ability to talk to a representative, on line is very basic an no instructions on how to send an email asking for help. Before I contact contact Heartgard/NexGard/Frontline I wanted to again ask for help -- hoping someone from this company will contact me to resolve this issue immediately and replace my two cards; each worth $100.

My Prepaid Center
My prepaid center is such GARBAGE that I can y even log in to check my balance after I was given a card yesterday.
Then when I called the phone # associated with the company instead of receiving any type of assistance-at all...I was send to an'automatic message stating that the portion of the card isn't working with No further explanation.
Had I known that this card has such terrible service I would have never used it in the 1st place. Nor will I ever use it again. Ever!

Prepaid Credit Card
My card expired on 03/22 and I am trying to get a new card issued. Their website it says you can do this online or contact customer service. I've tried both options but there is NO instructions and limited information about replacing an EXPIRED CARD. I've called their customer service which is was no help and I've tried searching online for help but only see complaints about this same issue. I've even emailed the parent company HAWK INCENTIVES a Blackhawk Business Network but they have not replied to my complaint.
I'm asking for someone from this company to call me and resolve this issue immediately.

Visa Prepaid Gift Card
I won a $1000 gift card and a $25 gift card in 11/21, I used most of the $1000 one, I had $185 left and put them away for a rainy day. I totally forgot about them until today when I go to use them and find out they’re expired! Not even a year old! I called the number on the back and the guy basically said I’m out of luck, my money is gone and there’s nothing he can do. What the hell. Where did my money go then?

It stole money it was supposed to be MINE! I could not use it , There was $100 to begin with and after I paid $80.50 I could not use the remaining $29.50 after the first use to pay an equal amount bill since the first use so it stole he remaining am9ount is what companies that give you this cards to steal your money ! I was awarded a GIFT card for a $100 MC. from doing surveys on MY POINTS. The issue date that I cashed in my points for said card was 10/7/2022. It is suppose to be a GIFT card, but it is asking me to sign a contract?

insufficent amount of rebate
I sent in three rebate qualifications and received a $5.00 card (should have been $15.00). Was indicated that you could claim up to 6 rebates of $5.00 each. have tried getting rebates in the past and was declined for some reason or other. Quit wasting stamps on them..Someone is pocketing this extra money. I personally don't care for Budweiser, but buy for friends-no more..

MVP Health Care Master Card $200.00 Reward
Attempted to use card at Macy's which is on the list of participating merchants. The card was declined even though I still have $120.09 left on card. This attempt at use was made on 10/3/2022 11:00AM EDT. I attempted to buy a handbag for $ 38.06 card was declined, I purchased the bag using my personal Visa Card. I then attempted to purchase a pair of earrings again card was declined I used my Amazon Visa card for 104.00 . On 9/26 I used the card at Bath and Body Works for $27.00 successfully. On 9/20 I made a successful purchase of $52.91 at Bed Bath and Beyond, this left a balance of $120.09 on my rewards MVP Mastercard. I don’t believe there is anymore information to offer

I've recently got an email about an irregular activity on my card transactions.
After accessing my account I saw that there are 2 transactions that were not made by me.
I've filled the required form from the website and sent it by mail.
According to the auto replay an answer should be sent in 2-3 days,
Two weeks have past and still no answer was received.
Desired outcome: Please contact me and refund these transactions.
New card not issued
Feels like a scam. I got a prepaid amount for some work I did and shortly after they 're-issued' me a new card due to 'irregular activity', but I haven't even used the card, and the new card couldn't be located in my account.
There's also no email or alternative way to contact them, except via phone-call.
I think they could be cheating their partners by charging them, but then creating challenges so i can't claim payout the amount I'm owed.

My activated cards expired in 2021 and May 2022. Multiple times I tried to get in touch with their customer service with no luck. The last time I called was 09/17/2022. I was put on hold and then disconnected.
The website has zero instruction for this particular case. There’s a line on the cards « Funds never expire ». They maybe not but I can’t access them either.
