Prepaid card
I received a prepaid card through Spire's energy program. When I logged on to MyPrepaidCenter to activate my card, as directed, I get a blank white screen. That's it. How do I then activate the card? I'm also supposed to be able to check my card balance and view transactions. No way to do that either. What's the purpose of sending out cards that can't be activated? More importantly, who is benefiting from the money on these cards that the designated users are prohibited from using? This website needs to be investigated. Thank you.
Prepaid $50 rebate card from cooper tires
We received a rebate card when buying a set of car tires from Cooper Tires. We have tried multiple times to activate the card and cannot even get the MyPrepaidCenter website to come on the screen! We are thinking, at this point, this must be a scam. If you have any advice to help us, please inform.

Unethical behavior - is card a phony?
I was issued a visa card with a $150 award. When i call to activate it, it is not accepted. When i check the balance, i, m told 0. Have I been duped by the Company that gave me the card(First Energy), My Prepaid center.com or Visa?Seams like a great scam to me; promise a award, renege on paying it, and make sure there is no one to talk to about it.

On 10/9/2020 I received a $5 Visa card rebate for a Sentinel purchase.
Activation was needed at myprepaidcard.com.
I logged in and entered my information on 10/11 and again on 10/12.
Card shows 03/21 expiration date, but I get an 'invalid' error message. There is no number to call for help.
Very disappointing. I see many other complaints about this company. Is there anything I can do?

Sprint reward visa
I received 3 reward cards from Sprint. I used 1 to put up for automatic payment for my Sprint bill. First month I used it, it was declined, but After contacting Sprint, they were able to put the payment thru. This month, it got declined again, however, Sprint wasn't able to put it thru. The card had $406.05 on it and the payment was $119.80. There is plenty of money left on it. Not sure who to be more upset with, MasterCard or Sprint!

Unable to access account
Suddenly not able to login to my account with the username and password. Tried to clicked forgot password but faces error after inputting my email.
Created new account using the same email, however my digital cards all disappeared.

1. Cannot login on PC.
Created an account but cannot login from PC. Hit login button and nothing happened. Tried many times. Can only login via cellphone.
2. NO customer support.
Tried to call customer support at [protected] as listed on the website and back of the card, and recording said to check website for help.

Website content is totally useless. It does not even contain a list of merchants where the card can be accepted. This should be the most important information people need from the website, otherwise, where can people go with this card?
4. Register to shop online failed.
Unable to register your card at this time. Or any time as I tried many times.
Locked out of account, no real customer service.
Today I went to login to my account on MyPrepaidCenter.com, first attempt didn't work, so I went to change my password. I received an error "We were unable to process your information. Please try again". Since my card is a virtual card that is listed within the actual site I can't call any cardholder service. I then created a new account with the same email, but I see no digital cards.

Same here. It made me change my login information a month or so ago and now every time I try to log in I get an error message. I have called the number listed next to the error message [protected]) multiple times and they say it is just a glitched that will be fixed in a day or two and that they will send me an email to reset my password. So far the email has never come through and the website still has the same error message.
Unable to activate card for use on the web site
Purchased 4 tires from Discount Tire Store in Howell, Michigan. Received a prepaid debit card as customer reward for tire purchase in the amount of $81.36 and upon receipt I followed the activation instructions on the debit card. Upon accessing the web site (MyPrepaidCenter.com - ACTIVATION REQUIRED) a blank page comes up. I attempted to access the site 6 times on 9/18/2020 with the same results.

I received an Acuvue Visa Prepaid Card as a $40 rebate on a contact lens purchase. I have tried online to activate the card four times and each time get a message that the validation date is incorrect. I have tried phoning the number on the back of the card but just get a useless prerecorded message. There is no way on the MyPrepaidCenter.com site to get any assistance. Can't find a way to contact Acuvue directly. Grrrr!
Rewards card for $300 unable to use at any of the stores listed
I have a $300 reward card Mastercard (debit) I activate the card and Select a Pin number and I try to use the card at 3 different stores for the list of Stores it can be used and each time the card Declined. No option to speak to a real person and card declined everywhere
I am trying to use the card on Amazon and it has been declined today (10th Sept) - I have enough funds (a full $200, unused and showing as activated for online purchases) and Amazon have confirmed they accept Mastercard Debit so i do not know why it is being declined. The help line only gives me recorded messages, so I cannot get help at the point of sale per the instructions on the MyPrepaidCenter website.

Visa Debit
I have tried using this card at the merchants listed on the website and it gets declined. I just tried to use it at Red Lobster an it was declined again. Today is August 29th and the card expires at the end of the month...in 2 more days.
I called the phone number on the back of the card, put in the numbers on the card and checked my balance. The recording said I had not had any purchases, but my balance was $0.
The card was supposed to be worth $10 and I would like a check in that amount, since there cards see to be no good.

I received a Prepaid Mastercard® Virtual Account with a good amount of money and the card does not work and the customer service doesn't answer.
I can not use the card online or on my phone. I am living in the UK and my money is stuck in this type of Virtual Account.

Can log into their page, but can´t do anything there with my debit card, or to use the debit card anywhere. I got the card as a gift, but this gift don´t work in any shops. Tried Amazon, Google and several other sites to pay with this, but always declined...
Seems like they collect the money, but don´t provide. They also don´t have any real person service/support available for their customers.

Got a virtual prepaid card and after redeeming the code and creating an account, still have no access to the funds.
Its like the card is inactive but when i try too activate it through the website, it shows number not known
Tried calling the help line and giving the card details and I get the same message: invalid card details.
