Refund
I spoke with Diane in January 2021, and she assured me that my account was paid in full. I never had car problems of any sort and never needed their services. In June I requested verbally and in writing that I no longer needed their services and requested a refund for the two years I had invested. I kept being rerouted on the phone and was made several promises that never came to fruition. I mailed another letter, and it was returned. So, I called again and got a different address. Now I am mailing another letter in hopes of getting my refund for the two years of invested payments.
Desired outcome: Get my refund requested
It has been a year and I need my refund for my diabetes prescriptions.
Contract
I was contacted about a car that I had leased and was told that I needed to update my bumper to bumper insurance because it was going to be over soon. I was told that they could provide my coverage that was needed. I paid for two months when I found out that they were not through my leased company. Also that I was already covered through my own company. I contacted them and told them that I wanted to cancel the false contract and for them to never contact me again, or I would contact the better business bureau!
warranty
My 84-year-old father is another victim bamboozled by this company's illicit practices. Unlike many of the other victims he does fact have a car that the warranty is expiring on but in no way does he want this policy. Similar to many of the other victims my father suffers from mild cognitive impairment, an early from of Alzheimer's. We received no information on the supposed policy and We received a scant invoice and in fact thought this was fraud. In reading the company president‘s of this company's response to the many prior complaints we would like nothing more than a reversal of the $5, 300 transaction given that it's been less than 30 days. He states unequivocally did anyone can get a full refund within 60 days so we're not even close. However, we are apprehensive that they will live up to their word.

extended warranty
I spoke on April 3rd with ivette Nelson, a very nice lady, she spoke to me about their coverage. And many times she stated i will receive the police and after a review i will be able to cancel And received my deposit back of $300 pd with a credit card. I called to speak with Christopher Switzer And left message she never called back. Finally on April 23 i spoke to him and advised him that i did not want the policy And i was requesting a cancellation. Mr Switzer was rude And will not take any of my reason as a "good" one to cancel I finally termined the conversation. Calledd And asked for Mr Switzer supervisor. And was told he was not available I asked for his name And was told Jeff. Jeff became available And i was put on hold, Jeff ( no last name) never answered. Today a received a Bill for the monthly payment, again call the number for payment and to my surprise i found myself speaking with Mr Switzer. Like a bad dream the conversation was exactly as the first time, he will not allow me to cancelled no matter what in told him . I will send a fax with my cancellation just to make sure they they do not have one more excuse to keep my $. The amount is in dispute with the credit card.

unwanted phone calls, scam
I get NUMEROUS calls a day from different numbers that say NAD. Most often they say nothing, can hear background conversations going on, or ask for someone and then rudely just hang up when I say wrong number. This is a home office number and these calls are very disruptive. NAD numbers I get calls from include: [protected], [protected], [protected], multiple times each. This is harassment. Please make it stop.

unethical behavior/harassment
Phone call on 9/13/17 from national auto division
1. I am not a client
2. I receive a call on my work number 1-2 times per week
3. I have asked not to be called
4. Today the "gentleman" I was speaking with asked me if I was from tennesse. When I said "no." he replied, "because you're the only 10 I see". Then he said, "is your name karen? You're the only one i'm carin' about" or something stupid like that.
That is harrassment. Please put a stop to this!

telephone calls
I have received several calls from nad I told them we were going to trade in our vehicle and they still kept calling even when I spoke to a supervisor and he told me he was going to take me off the call list they still keep calling several times a day and sometimes when they call and I answer they hang up right away I do not know why they are so stubborn and I wonder if the company is legitimate.
rip off praying and threatening people
They called up a friend of mine I take care of and told her they were going to take her car away is she didn't pay for whatever she understood they wanted. She thought it was her car insurance company. They convinced her that she had to give them her debit or credit card. If you spoke with her over the phone at all you would know she did not understand much if anything. She had had a stroke and recently out of the hospital for many illnesses. When I called them on her behalf I asked them who and what they were selling. My friend had not a clue. They said an extended warranty and then rattled off the car and her address neither of which was correct. She doesn't even own that car they claimed she verified nor did the address match hers. It was a non existent address and a zip code that wasn't anywhere near the city they quoted let alone the state. Refused to give back her money unless I produced a poa. Like I would fax them anymore information on her or me. Hahahahhahaha. They are predators and should all be thrown in a nigerian jail with the rest of the nigerian royal families that you need to help get them their $1,000,000,000,000 from which they will gladly pay you for. Crooks of the world. Pray on the old and infirm.
harassing phone calls even after requesting to be taken off their list!
This company has continued to call us about an extended warranty on a car that we have not owned for 3 years. One weekend in February we got at least 6 calls. When we picked up the phone, no one was there. We presumed it was an autodialer issue. After this, I answered the phone when they called again I told the sales person that I was not interested and not to call again, but they did not hear my last request because they hung up on me when they sensed a high level of frustration in my voice. I will admit that I was very upset and had raised my voice in an attempt to get them to listen. They continued to call. I answered a few times...same thing happened. My phone call history shows these calls: 2-26 at 2:52 pm, 2-27 at 1:02 pm, 3-10 at 3:30 pm, 3-11 at 1:12 pm, 3-26 at 10:26 am, 3:30 at 11:36 am and today at 5:12 pm. I spoke to someone in customer service after the sale person hung up on me on March 10. I asked to have my number removed from their list. He was very nice and said I should be all set. I did not notice that they called again the next day. I noticed that there was another call on 3-26 but I was working from home and couldn't answer it. Today I answered the call. It was a man, I don't recall his name. Maybe it was Eric. He was pleasant but started the conversation about an extended warranty about the VW that we don't have...again! I got very frustrated, raised my voice and was about to ask him to stop calling when he hung up. I redialed the number. [protected] - got a message that there office was closed for the day. I googled National Auto Division and called Customer Service at 800.430.4428. I spoke to Michael. He said that he would remove my number and that it would be 2 days to take effect. Hopefully this will be the end of it. Based on my experience, I would never do business with this company. When I did a white pages reverse phone look up for number [protected], it showed a telemarketer - possible spam.

extended auto division
I purchased this policy and cancelled it the next day. Had to send in a
letter to cancel. Did it. Now it has been two weeks and they have not refunded my $158.00.
Called many times and they say their going to credit back my money.
Nothing has happened. I'm ready to go to the police, tired of talking to them.
I want my money back and I'm going to get it.
auto warranty
My 87 year old Aunt who lives in the Memory Care unit of an Assisted Living Facility received an official looking "Monthly Invoice" document for an Auto Warranty. The invoice showed a monthly amount due of $252.85 and a Customer Balance of $3, 278.48. The account number is listed as FLNF854174. The invoice has a "statement date" of 1/28/2016. The address is listed as 2323 Highway 9 North, Howell NJ 07731. The phone number is [protected] and fax number listed is [protected].
It's interesting as my Aunt's driver's license has been revoked and she doesn't even own a car!
There will be a special place in Hell for the people who make their living trying to scam others, especially our vulnerable elderly.
I called the number on the invoice [protected] and got put on hold to elevator music and then bounced around. Then was told to leave a voice message for Chris at extension 419. You can only imagine the voice message I left him!
My Aunt was very distraught over this and thought she owed $3, 278.48 to these clowns. Since I am her POA and handle all of her finances, I assured her she does not!
I have the original invoice in my possession if you need a copy.
extended warranty for honda vehicle
Received a phone call from raymond meyer from nad and explained to him that I didn't want the extended warranty and I didn't want to receive anymore calls from nad. I had received many calls over the year from this company. The next day, received a phone call from valery jordan who again wanted to sell me the extended warranty. I told her that I had told raymond meyer the day before that I didn't want the extended warranty and that I didn't want to receive anymore phone calls. She responded that there was no raymond meyer working for nad and passed me to her supervisor. Supervisor amanda then tried to talk me into the extended warranty again. I explained to her that I had already told both raymond and valery that I didn't want the extended warranty. She told me there was no raymond working there and continued to try and convince me to purchase the extended warrenty. I told her I didn't want to debate her about the warrenty. I didn't want it and didn't want anymore phone calls. She asked why I purchased the extended warrenty before. I told her I had never purchased an extended warrenty on the car in question. I had rejected the extended warrenty when I purchased the car. She tried to ask questions about the car, which I refused to answer. Finally, she claimed she would add my phone number to the do not call list. Once I got off the phone, I added my work phone number to the do not call registry and will file a complain the next time this company calls my work number to try and sell me something that I have explained that I do not want.
customer service and ignored requests for refund
I received harassing phone calls multiple times a week before I finally and naively listened and was convinced that I had to start a policy that day. I was assured of a 30 day safe period where I could receive a refund. A couple weeks later, I still had not received the policy handbook that was promised so I requested the refund. I talking to a guy named Chris (EXT # 274) who was very rude and pushy and told me I had to submit a request for a refund in writing. On January 4th I mailed off my request for refund and still haven't heard anything. I also cannot reach anyone by telephone. I haven't been able to reach my original agent except for the day he took my payment information. But I did take down his information. Brad Tyburczy Badge # 16017 Very unhappy and my Christmas was not what it should have been because of the thieves and scam artists of National Auto Division.
harassing phone calls
I have been receiving harrassing calls from National Auto Division for a year and have asked them more than once to remove me from their list. I have NEVER owned a car in the make they ask about nor have I heard of this company before they started calling daily. They keep asking what car I own so they can "update their system". This is BS! How do I report them?
Was this ever resolved? I’m being harassed by them daily in the same way. I’ve asked them to stop calling but they refused and said that I was “obnoxious and rude” for asking.
Harassing phone calls
I have been recieving harrassing phone calls from this company for at least 2 years, daily for the last 3-4 months. I have asked them more than once to remove me from their calling list. Now I get calls where when I answer, they hang up on me. I have'nt owned the car they keep calling about for over a year. They will not take no for an answer! How do I get this to stop?

poor warranty service
We purchased an extended auto warranty for my husband's truck. The transmission failed. After contacting the warranty company, then towing his truck to a Ford dealership, we were informed that the company has the discretion to replace or repair, using used parts. NOTE: This information is written in the contract (which, of course, we did not interpret as salvaged parts). Also, the warranty company does not pay for the diagnostics (required to determine vehicle problems), and they limit the amount of money they will pay a repair shop. The manual this company utilizes for calculating the labor (time) is AllData, which calculates the breakdown/assembly ONLY.
A real-life example: The transmission had to be removed from my husband's truck, the problem diagnosed (inspecting parts to determine problem), replace or repair defective materials, reinstall transmission. This company is only paying for the replacement of worn materials -using used materials- and the reinstall.
If all of that isn't enough to deter anyone from purchasing the plan, if you intend to cancel the plan, you will be reimbursed any monies minus the repair fees, plus a $50 cancellation fee. The company is not worth the money we paid to have the additional coverage. I think their operation is fraudulent and deceptive, to say the least.
I'd rather spend the additional money taking this company to court for shoddy and unusual business practices. We are very, very disheartened and dissatisfied.

misleading
MIKE KAHLBOUN w/tag #16067 called my home phone yesterday and told my 74 y/o mom that I owed money on a warranty. My mom wanting to help me paid him $450 on her debit card and told he would make 10 more payments for the warranty. When my mom told my I was furious because I've gotten those stupid calls before telling me my warranty was running out when they know that I don't have a policy with them. I called the company today and was told the policy my mom purchased is for a Chasity Bell for 1999 ford focus...my name is Diana Bell and I own a 2005 jeep grand Cherokee. Now tell me that MIKE KAHLBOUN did not know and all though the conversation with my mom that the name and vehicle wasn't wrong. They really piss me off and I don't care they need to review their way of doing things and stop taking advantage of people. I will post this info all over the internet..

They took $1, 200.00 from her account in a matter of three months, ARE YOU KIDDING ME! Granted she should've never given her card info over the phone but who knows what they told her . I cant believe this is BEING done. Does anyone know how to get the money back or at least how to stop these ###s from carrying on?

Z BIDDY JUST SCAMED THIS 72 OLD OUT OF 99, 00 MAYBE WE CAN PUT A CURSE ON THEM
Sorry that she got taken advantage of but you can't blame a company for things your mother did.
deceptive sales tactics
Calls claiming that your car manufacturer's warranty is expiring, and they are the only authorized entity to extend the warranty. Will not put you on a do not call list. Almost had my wife convinced they were legit. Check sites like this or BBB before you deal with them.

From a Disabled Veteran: I was a fool and fell for their scam the first time. Yes- I said the first time! After consideration of their sales tactics the first time, I called several times to get a refund of $200.00 and have never received it. I even went to their website and wrote a complaint against their sales man and asked for a refund! Neither times I have received a response from them! The second time, I was over at my mother's house installing a computer. They called me while I was there. I didn't have their paper work in front of me so I wasn't sure it was the same company. Turns out it was them! I even asked the Senior Account Manager Jason Williams and he lied to me. When I got back home, I looked at the first setg of papers I got from them and sure enough!- IT WAS THEM! Today I tried to call them and of course I got the voice mail for their Senior Account Manager Gino Russo! How many Senior Account Managers do they have? Now I am trying to get back $450.00 plus the amount from the first time of $200.00. THIS IS DOWN RIGHT FRAUD! You can bet I am going to raise hell now! I will even call the Insurance section of my state to see if they can help me and I am going to call the Fraud Department from my bank to tell them and see if I can get my money back! I will be glad to join others in getting rid of these rip off artists! Tell me where to sign up!
I'm going through this now too and just got a nasty email from them . I cancelled and demanded a refund from them because a tree fell on my car at work . My dealership agreed to give me an extended warranty at cost because I send a lot of customers to them. They can lie to you and use any tactics possible to avoid you cancelling and getting a refund. But when you start using force to get a cancellation and or your money back they don't like it at all. Everyone needs to contact your AG in your state and I say all of us ban together and contact the federal trade commission to stop them and others like them.
This company called me every morning at the same time for weeks on end. Finally I picked up the phone and was offered an extended warranty on one of our vehicles. They insisted that insurance laws had changed and they required a binder of insurance before they mailed out the policy. We would have 30 days to review it once received and could easily cancel if we decided against it. To date I have never received a policy in the mail, even after calling them to let them know and they again confirmed my address. But they took no time in charging my AMEX $350.00. I called the representative and requested to cancel. He said he could not do by phone or fax. Must be by mail. I told him that was bogus. Also turns out none of their fax numbers or email addresses (4 of them) off their website work. So I was able to coerce Jim into giving me his email address, and once I confirmed it, I canceled. Again he said he could not give me a refund. So I forwarded some info from the Trade Commission regarding emails being a legit way to conduct business transactions these days and also filed an investigation with AMEX. I did get all my money back as well as a refund letter. Still have never received a policy from them. Next step will be to file a formal complaint with the New Jersey Attorney General's office. I have the form sitting here on my desk as I type this.
My mom fell for this scam too and just paid NATIONAL AUTO DIVISION $450 for warranty policy for me. I'll do everything to get her money back because I wont even be able to use it since the policy is for a 1999 ford focus that I don't and have never owed. They deliberately record the wrong vehicle and name on the policy so when you try to make a claim they can say you are submitting claim for wrong vehicle so they wont cover the claim.
I have been an employee with the Real National Auto Division for a year now everyone has their point in a way. First of all people use their credit cards everyday over the phone but if your smart you will check your transactions everyday you are protected by the card issuer for any "false" transactions. When you recieve a call be honest and most importantly LISTEN! ask any questions and they will be answered. The company has been in operation for a long time and simply brokers coverage for great insurance companies (i.e. Gold Key, American Auto Shield.) look them up on the BBB.org A+ ratings for all. Its smartest if you do review the coverage available to you and if you feel you were mislead cancel you get 100% refund no problem. anymore questions feel free to contact me by email. kgfield6@aol.com
