NeedTags review: Registration

I received an email from this website claiming that my registration is due and that I can make the payment online now. I was like wow dmv no longer sends mail. Good for them. I click on the link which takes you to a website that is very similar to dmv. I looked at fees I had to pay and I was like it seems more than the usual amount that I pay but I made a comment that the government is probably increased the prices. Today I received a mail from dmv that my registration is due and the amount is 60 dollars less than what I paid. I called dmv they said I was probably made the payment with a 3rd party company. I called the company and they said yes the 60 dollars is the fee to get your process faster. Mind you that I made the payment on 4th and today is 15th and still no registration. When I brought that up they said it’s because I have to do a smog check which is a lie. And when I said I don’t need smog check they said the processes to get your registration is 21 days. Oh I thought you charged me 60 dollars for the fast process. Then they sent me a threatening email that if I dispute the charge they will sue me. Complete scam. Modern scam. I’m talking to some lawyers to see if I can make a case. Not just for me but all the poor people that been scammed by this company.
