Neteller neteller login page

I cannot login into my neteller account. My account is kayroll.[protected]@gmail.com. i need to withdraw my money from the neteller account but i cannot login into the account. I have changed my password for the account but the account is still locked out. I have changed the password several times but it is still the same as before. So i want to make a complaint so that i can gain access to my neteller account again.

Neteller password login

I cannot enter my acccount after i key in my password and i cannot reset my password. I have change my password but the it keep showing at the change password page. This happen on 19/1/2019. So because of that i cannot access to my account. I want to log in into my account so that i can make some changes towards my account. But because of thid problem i cannot get into my account and i cannot proceed with my work and i have to delayed my changes towards my account.

Neteller getting results or refund

I'm A Forex Trader & I decided to Use Neteller as an Option of Payment for my Broker To withdraw my Funds & On 1/14-15/2019 I opened a Neteller account & Deposited 50 dollars I proceeded to go Fund my account just to receive a Geolocation Block Message I thought It was my brokers Doing so I contact my broker I instantly get replies & The Representative on the Support line says it's not their doing but it's Neteller so I proceeded to contact them but they give me a Case number & Afterwards I don't get any Answers or Anyone to contact me by phone this is the 3rd Email I've sent today Alone & I'm in the States So I can't call them Without being charged this is Unacceptable & this is playing with peoples money & if I don't get a response that Either Allows me to make my Purchase or Get a Refund Then Legal action Will occur I don't work Just to give my money away

Neteller refund

I tried to deposit funds into my neteller account but they were declined. This happened on the following dates: 12/28/18, 12/27/18, 12/27/18. The amount was for $51.25 and has been taken from checking account, even though my neteller account has $0.00 in it. I would like for you to refund the $153.75 back to my bank account. I also have a charge for $50.00 from Getfriend, have no idea, charge was made on 12/28/18. My account # [protected]. After this is resolved I am requesting that my account be closed.

Neteller account blocked after sending correct documents

After signing up with Neteller and sending money to it (from my skrill),
I attempted to verify my account with proper documents, submitted several times through KYC forms in Neteller dashboard.

Account was blocked with no REAL reason, stating that they blocked it "in order to protect my identity!" What a SCAM!

Now, I have contacted them SEVERAL times via their customer support service website, and I have received ZERO answers. ZERO!

The account is still locked, and I can't get my money back (58.8 EUR)!
I demand to send the money back to the Skrill account from which it originally came from!

Neteller my amount of money not received but is in my account

I have been told to pay additional payments to receive my money from neteller account but as I pay more the more they are charging when I am the one that's supposed to be receiving not sending money payment was done by Mr Daniel Williams we have been talking through email this is totally nonsense this supposed to be a proper company but seems like it's a scam all round

Neteller neteller

Hacked by Dark Web, personal information exposed, now victim of identity theft
Credit monitoring services fro three different credit cards of which I subscribe all confirmed a data breach from Neteller and my personal information (name, address, date of birth, email address) is now on the Dark Web
There is no way to delete my information on the Neteller account unless I provide even more personal information to them.

Neteller Illegal withholding of funds

My netteler account was suddenly blocked following my attempts to load USD300 into my account. They sent me a mail as follows:

From: Neteller Member Security replied on Tue, 23 Oct 2018 13:28:33
Your NETELLER account has been temporarily disabled for security reasons.
Please submit an image(s) of the credit/debit card(s) ******31 that you have used to deposit into your account as a response to this email.
Please be advised that you must block out the middle 8 digits of your credit/debit card number before it is submitted and ensure that it is one of the following formats: *.jpg, *.jpeg, *.bmp, *.gif, *.png or *.pdf.
Once we have received valid documentation, we will proceed with enabling your NETELLER account.
Thank you for your cooperation in this matter.

Since hen I have sent 7 best possible images and every time the responses are like the following:

"Thank you for contacting us.
The image of your card was too blurry to validate. We could not read the necessary information required to verify your credit/debit card. Please take a new high-quality image and ensure that the document is clearly legible. Also, be aware that your email provider might be shrinking the size of your image file without your knowledge. Make sure you are choosing to send your image as a ‘file' or ‘document' attachment instead of as an ‘image' attachment.
Please let us know if you have any questions.
Thank you for choosing NETELLER!

In the end I wrote to them the following:
"Sent: Fri, 02 Nov 2018 12:41:49
To: "Neteller KYC"

I sent you 7 images including the best of them. My scanner a latest HP, is scanning documents for the every department including banks across the world and no one has ever complained. Actually the images are the best.
This is deliberate, that you are refusing to accept any image, and sending a standard computer generated text. Telling me to forget my USD 500, because if you are not satisfied with the Image, which you will never be even though I keep sending till eternity, you will never enable my account for me to transact the USD 500.
Requesting you to kindly CLOSE my account and return the USD 500 through the route of card XXXXXXXX...XX42 which I had used to transfer the money. I believe this will not obstruct your protocol of 'Security' because you had accepted the payment from this route.

But no action was done till date, not even a response on this. I can understand they are using the ploy of "send Image to our satisfaction" Satisfied they will never be and so they will never return my USD 500.
I request these guys through this website to kindly return my money and close my account, because they can simply revert the payment through the same route they have accepted the money what is the security problem in this.

Neteller need find out my money (200 usd)

Dear Sir,
Pls note that, on 29th oct 2018, I had transfer 200USD to my Neteller account (My Neteller ID [protected]) from SAMPATH bank in Sri Lanka .
SAMPATH Bank ref no is "S 8803483" for this transaction, according to them above mony successfully transferred to Neteller, but still not deposited to Neteller.

Neteller about disabled of my neteller account id : [protected]@yahoo.com

hello,

i have a verified neteller account since 2015 and transact much USD on my neteller account and now for the last year, i have no used my neteller account and for this reason, my neteller account goes functionally DISABLED for deposit, withdrawal and spend money. So, i want to reactivate that neteller account id: [protected]@yahoo.com as early as possible.

Neteller bank transfer - withdrawal

I have done 22450 INR withdrawal to my bank account on 22nd September 2018, so for it was not credited to my account. I have sent many emails, but I am not getting proper response. They are not giving what is the problem with my withdrawal. Already 15 days are over, so for it was not. Kindly look into these & update the Status on priority

Neteller bank transfer

I have done 20000INR withdrawal to my bank account on 23rd September 2018, so for it was not credited to my account. I have sent many emails, but I am not getting proper response. They are not giving what is the problem with my withdrawal. Already 11 days are over, so for it was not processed, I request you to resolve the problem quickly or cancel my withdrawal and credit my amount to my neteller account back.

Neteller account disabled due security issues.

Please enable my account which is temporarily disabled due to some security issues. But I need this money to be transferred as soon as possible. Neteller neteller withdrawal problem

My brother is having some issues verifying his account [protected]@gmail.com therefore he can't withdraw the money I sent him. He has already given up but since I sent him the sum of $119 to his account [protected]@gmail.com so that he could verify it, I ask that you refund the amount of $119 usd back to my account [protected]@gmail.com.
