sabrina
Most shows are racist or sexist, especially in modern America. I've been watching the Netflix "Original" of Sabrina. So far this show has been pathetically sexist against males and very racist against ONLY WHITES. I didn't realize that Netflix was a company willing to perpetuate such things. I looked into a few other Netflix "Originals" You all truly hate white males don't you? And no, I'm not saying to be racist against blacks what I'm saying is that if IF you NEED TO BE SO RACIST AND SEXIST SO BADLY, do it against all colors and genders, not just white males. I'm not going to pay to hear what a horrible, serial killing rapist monster that the media is trying to turn us in & you are helping. It's the same reason I stopped paying for cable and now it's why you no longer have an account from me or many of my friends.
background
It is completely inappropriate to have a "spooky" background. I have a kids only profile on here. In order to select the kids only account I am met with a dark "spooky" background in what appears to be a cemetary with bats. Thank you for spooking my young child, she freaked out the second it came up. If there is going to be a background, especially one that could scare a child, it should be an option. On this same topic, the screen saver for the regular account has some content that is quite creepy as well. Again this should be an option. I do not mind the advertisement screen saver, however if there is a kids only profile, the screen saver should not be something that could easily scare them. For that matter, not only children are spooked and have nightmares, anyone should be able to choose to have a kid friendly screen saver or background. Unless this is resolved, I may have to consider removing my Netflix account. Thanks for nothing, as I just spent an extensive amount of time consoling my child before bed. I'm sure we'll be up much of tonight as well.
Why are YOU, as a PARENT, NOT Checking the things your kids watch, if you are so concerned about a spooky background?
Netflix has enough people watching, that it doesn't need your business… So Stop watching Netflix.
The response that this person has is not appropriate and is obviously made by a person who does not understand, This has nothing to do with controlling what our kids watch? This is literally the loading Screen as you start up Netflix, I have talked to Netflix and they have informed me that this default setting cannot be changed. This setting should have the option to turn off. My son is autistic and this new loading screen has made it completely impossible to turn on Netflix at our house. For a network that created the Show "Atypical" you think they would understand these types of things.
big mouth
I have just learned of the show Big Mouth being shown on Netflix and watched some video of an episode. I am shocked that anyone would think this is appropriate for teens and even more shocked that it has made it's way onto our TV. Our children can no longer remain innocent due in part to shows like this. Please, please, please take this show off the air. It is disgusting and vulgar. I am a grandmother of 6 and am ready to rally other grandparents to stand their ground. I will not pay a cent more to have Netflix in my home. Please someone with a conscience or morals, please take a stand and take this show off the air.
hey! are you really complaining to this company about Big Mouth well.. its pretty sad because
1. if you look up it says it is a adult-animated comedy series that explores the teenage adventures of puberty.
2. it tells you right then and there at the top of the screen before you even put the show on that is TV-MA.
3.if you think that your grandchildren ( from the ages of 10 to 12 or maybe even 13) shouldn't be watching the show keep an eye on what they're watching or if they are little set up a child account so that they only see age appropriate content.
I was just getting ready to send them an email about this very thing. It's horrific!
video player
First of all, it's a disgrace and cowardly that Netflix doesn't provide a discussion board for it's customers. Clear disrespect of subscribers who are welcome to pay the fee, but not welcome to have any opinion about the product that they are paying for...
* The specific feedback I have is that very often, then app on iPhone "looses" the videoplayer, especially when chrome casting...
I can still always enter the app, scroll etc., but I cannot come back to the actual player, currently streaming/ chrome casting the content. Imagine how infuriating this is. I have to shut down and reset the app, entirely, which then also usually leaves my chrome cast confused and difficult to re-connect to.
And this is not a "bug": This has happened ever since I got the subscription 3-4 years ago. The problem, which stems from a fundamental design flaw, could easily be resolved with a "go to current streaming content" link or similar. But no, that's just too much investment.
the removal of the office
I heard that you are taking The Office off of Netflix in January. I just wanted to express my disapproval. I really enjoy The Office and yes I have finished watching all of the season and episodes but it is a show that I will continually rewatch because I enjoy it some much. When I watch the office it makes me very happy. It is a show I can always fall back on to if I am having a bad day or do not know what to watch. Taking it off of Netflix will definitely make paying for it less appealing and I know I am not the only person with these concerns. Hulu also has The Office and if The Office is removed from Netflix this will definitely make having a Hulu account seem more convenient.
Thank You,
Alice Woolson
orange is the new black
I'm missing 2 seasons of Orange Is the New Black. Netflix has 6 seasons of it but i can only watch the first four seasons. Why can i only watch the first four seasons and not the other two ones? Please fix this problem. I'm pretty pissed off about it.

content cancellation
Hey There,
As someone who has had a Netflix subscription for years, I am considering cancelling due to your cutting Luke Cage and Iron Fist. Both series, although not perfect, are incredibly entertaining and show off an incredibly diverse cast of characters often not seen in the superhero genre. In a time where free online streaming services are everywhere, I continued to support Netfix for putting on TV shows, movies and documentaries that dare to be different. However, if these cancellations are any indication of the new direction Netflix will be taking; my family and I will no longer be requiring your services.
I hope you have a long-term plan that will see these characters reprise their roles in "Heroes for Hire" or another series that will showcase their talents, but I somehow doubt that will be the case. I will give the service 1 quarter to remedy this situation, before I cancel my subscription.
Hopefully this is merely a timing hiccup and there are greater shows on the horizon.
Sincerely,
Concerned Client
haunted
The haunted show has to be fake, claiming it to be real. The man in the first one specializes in horror films. The second one has too many plot holes. There is nothing about it online even though something of that magnitude would. Also the grandson destroyed evidence to multiple murders in it. Why was he left with his grandfather? It doesn't add up because it's fake and poorly written for that matter. As I said they claim it to be real as they mess with real issues. That's overstepping boundaries there and it needs to stop. I recommend taking it off before you get more complaints like this.
cancellation of luke cage
I am writing to show my disappointment and disgust that you cancelled Luke Cage.
With what I read the reasons were pretty weak. Luke Cage was one of the FEW African American lead casted shows as well as Super Hero shows out there. Luke Cage and Daredevil were the only reasons I have a Netflix subscription. With Amazon Prime and Hulu, Nextflix is not as needed. Your programming was the only reason to keep my subscription. Netflix has had some problems with positive representation of POC in shows. First White washing Asian characters and now cancelling a prodominatly African American show. I hope the Shonda Rhimes shows make up for this.
This is lazy management and simply disgusting!

are you still watching
I paid for my TV, I pay for the electricity and even for my Netflix subscription. If I want to play Netflix all night, even while I sleep, I pay for the service. It's not Netflix's business if "I'm still watching ". You provide a service., I pay for it and get to enjoy it. That's how it's supposed to work!
I have trouble sleeping and don't like silence at night. Provide a service!
haunted
Okay so this show says the stories are true stories, but the second episode is about a father killing maybe dozens of people with no record of it ever being reported. The daughters say they saw the bodies and the nephew through away the trophies! Wtf Netflix. It would be okay if it wasn't a documentary that is supposedly unscripted. I'm baffled whether Netflix fabricated a sleazy story or if this is true and the family got away with murder and hiding evidence. I've never been so upset with a show before!
quality of movies and quantity of english speaking movies
I am very disappointed that most of the movies on Netflix are foreign titles. If I wanted to read I would read a book. I however do not enjoy reading my movies and missing parts of the movie all together. Not really worth paying monthly for and the quality of the movies are 1 maybe 2 stars at best. Netflix you should start targeting the American audience more than the foreign audience as you are located in the United States. I am seriously considering leaving Netflix and going with Slinger or Hulu because I understand that the quality of movies are much better than what Netflix offers.
content cancellation
I am thoroughly disappointed to hear that Luke Cage will not be renewed for another season. I don't watch much TV however I look forward to this series returning. I really believe you should reconsider this decision. This show featured a black superhero of which is a rarity in addition to a black cast of which I feel is very entertaining, intriguing and interesting. The suspense of the show is phenomenal.
streaming service
Dear Netflix Straming Service, I have never had much to complain about with your service -
I am a HUGE horror fan and in that cotext I've always just expected that English speaking Horror moviea are an area where Netflix has chosen NOT to spoil us. Those movies are very rarely refreshed or updated on Netflix streaming and I've just always made it a habbit to rely on other streaming services for fresh and updated, english language horror movies.
Well now it feels like I must complain, because it's beginning to feel that you are not only ignoring updates to quality english language horror, you are seriously increasing your foreign language horror with english sub-titles.
I'm sorry Netflix but subtitles and horror just DO NOT work together! You are Netflix! Can you not find a way to add an english language audio track option to your VAST library of foreign language horror?
Thank you!
tv show y’all took off
Y'all should rlly add one tree hill back on to Netflix so many people are leaving Netflix for that reason and joining Hulu just for it for better business I would recommend added it back because of how popular it is. Everyone other tv network is adding it because they know they can take business away from y'all for that specific reason. So if y'all see this I would totally take this into consideration.

netflix
Netflix COMPLAINTS +[protected]-O777___ is an American media services provider, headquartered in Los Gatos, California. Founded in 1997 by Reed Hastings and Marc Randolph in Scotts Valley, California, the company's primary business is its subscription-based streaming media service, which offers online streaming of a library of films and television programs including those produced in-house.[9] As of July 2018, Netflix has 130 million total subscribers worldwide, including 57.38 million in the United States.[8] It is available worldwide except Mainland China, Syria, North Korea and Crimea. Netflix also has offices in the Netherlands, Brazil, India, Japan, and South Korea.[10]
Netflix's initial business model included DVD sales and rental by mail. Hastings jettisoned DVD sales about a year after Netflix's founding to focus on the DVD rental business.[9][11] In 2007, Netflix expanded its business with the introduction of streaming media, while retaining the DVD and Blu-ray rental service. The company expanded internationally, with streaming made available to Canada in 2010[12] and Latin America and the Caribbean thereafter. Netflix entered the content-production industry in 2012, debuting its first series, Lilyhammer.
It has greatly expanded the production and distribution of both film and television series since 2012, and offers a variety of "Netflix Original" content through its online library.[13] By January 2016, Netflix services operated in over 190 countries.[14] Netflix released an estimated 126 original series and films in 2016, more than any other network or cable channel.[15] Their efforts to produce new content, secure the rights for additional content, and diversify through 190 countries have resulted in the company racking up billions in debt: $21.9 billion as of September 2017, up from $16.8 billion from the previous year.[16] $6.5 billion of this is long-term debt, while the remaining are long-term obligations.[17] As of 2018, Netflix has suggested rolling out ads on its platform. This change has been controversial and heavily disputed.
investments
I have a query over theft and made a Police Report - I need NETFLIX to respond to me to resolve this. I have wrote many times without any reply. I am a serious holder and have issues with not being able to contact anyone. I have called by phone and email without success. Please advise how to make contact to resolve this. I do consider this as urgent issue after this long time.
the «previews» between episodes
I use netflix so that I won't have to deal with ads. Why is netflix implementing these horrible interruptions? I am thankful that they at least are skippable but please just let me bingewatch without reaching for the controller. I have never once wanted to se a «recommended» show IN THE MIDDLE OF WATCHING ANOTHER SHOW. Please its horrible and unhealpful and it makes me resent shows that I otherwise would love to watch. When you force me to watch an ad for a show you significantly lower the probability of me watching it. Please make it stop.
