How in the world can you make a documentary that portrays abortion as the only solution to pregnancy? Condoms and birth control pills were available especially towards the ending timeline of this! I, as a woman, am very offended and baffled that there was literally no mention of any contraceptives and you basically made this out to be that abortion was the only choice when in fact it was not! I'm so upset and disturbed by this that I want to cancel my subscription with you! No, I am not religious or political whatsoever. It's the point that pregnancy could've been prevented with a simple condom and can nowadays be very much prevented but people want to scream "my body my choice" and that's supposed to justify killing an innocent baby with a heart beat that they were too irresponsible when spreading their legs to think about... how about Plan B when you're not prepared pop a freaking pill before anything gets created?! No mention of that option in this either. Very one sided documentary when there were other options than illegal/legal abortion. Very very sudden and disappointed. I know i'm only 1 person bir this was just such a close minded version of events sorry, not sorry, I will be canceling.
pathetic content availability
I am a U.K. Resident and I travel between South Africa, the U.K. and Italy. My account was created in the U.K. and everything I ever wanted to watch was available.
I am now in South Africa and the available content (which I am forced to watch) is completely unacceptable.
I am a Netflix customer, or at least I thought I was. It appears that everything associated with Netflix South Africa is entirely at the discretion of the South African licensee.
When I do not have the choice to select what I want to either watch, read or listen to, it feels as though I am living in a dictatorship.
As an example, I have a list of 21x of the top rated movies in the U.K. and not one is available. Based on this, I must assume the Licensee in South Africa have absolutely no idea what to release, or alternatively, perhaps there is a hidden agenda.
Something needs to change. I doubt I am not the only person in the Country who resents being told what is available to watch, particularly as they appear to be ignorant of what's current and what's not.
Please look into this for me and I await your response.

dvd plan
I have been with Netflix for many many years with the dvd plan, on sept 4 i put in to cancel the dvd plan but keep the streaming and mailed the dvd in. Then i get a text on sept 18 at 9:08 am stating the missing dvd and withdrew 14.84 from my account, then on sept 18 at 8:03 pm another text stating and i quote (We recently collected funds for one or more Unreturned Discs.
However, our shipping records indicate that those item(s) have been returned and checked in. On 2018-09-18, we refunded $14.84 to your visa ending in 1229. Your reference number is 1728386.

no feature to disable auto-preview
It is ridiculous for a paid subscription to force new content down my throat if I stop scrolling for more than 2 seconds. Additionally, not all content is family appropriate and I do NOT want my kids accidentally seeing something I didn't wish them to see simply because we were flipping through the options. While this feature might be useful for some people, it is not useful for all and there should be an option to disable this like the option to disable auto-play of next episode.

There was a recent update which got rip of the descriptions on movies and tv shows. It okay for shows because at least individual episodes have descriptions but for movies I have to separately look up the title to see what it is about so I was wondering if there'd be anyway in a new update someone could fix that. If no one can I would understand it just bothers me

I was first shown Supernatural at the age of 11 or 12, I stopped watching it, then began watching it again when I was 20. I am very upset that you are taking Supernatural off of your site due to licensing rights. Why couldn't have renewed them? There are going to be plenty of Canadian fans peed off and complaining to you about this, I DEFINITELY won't be the only one!
This show has created many friendships and has helped people through hard times. For me, it has made me feel not so crazy about believing in the Paranormal. For you to take a show down that helped people and created friendships is absolutely wrong. Considering the fact that you would've still be making tons of money off the show because there are A LOT of fans of Supernatural in Canada.

We just got hacked by someone in America then someone in Ecuador who actually even tried to change the email and started watching stuff on our account. I called Netflix who honestly didn't seem like they cared at all. We have changed the password and logged them off since but we no longer trust this company at all and are still worried the company has been hacked and all our billing and information has been leaked. One very unsatisfied and pissed off customer!

I am furious that you would air such a heartless, hurtful show. Do you have shows making fun of people with cancer/ALS or other illnesses? This show is so not funny to all of the people who have seizures and their families and friends. What were you thinking? Take it off! I am sending this message because of the subtitle size problem. If I am using the BIG subtitle size and there is a problem with the subtitle because it is being cut off the screen. I already tried to see the difference in two smartphones (Moto X PLAY XT1563 and Ulefone Power 2) against the PC and the problem is in the subtitle because the screen doesn´t cut but the subtitles does. Only the biggest size has this problem.

I went into my account setting and cancelled my subscription then 3 days later I get an email... Welcome to netflix. I called customer service and they said they had no record of me canceling my subscription. However, they charged me a 16.09 verification fee. Why is this fee more than the actual subscription! I am aware there are test fees, but they are usually $1 not $16! How do yiu charge a test fee if you have no record of me canceling my subscription. It should have just been my monthly charge. It was both! Watch out people netflix is trying some shady stuff!
