I joined netflix on a 2 week "free" trial period. Before the two weeks were up I returned all dvd's and cancelled my membership online (Only because there was no phone number on the site to talk to a person to confirm that I would not be charged) I received confirmation that my membership was cancelled. I felt ok thinking there would be no charge to my credit card. After cancelling I had an emergancy for which I almost maxed my credit card out but I was still under my limit, I tell you this only to lead into the fact that on the very day that I cancelled the membership (3 days before it expired) netflix charged me $19.20 that I was not aware of or expecting. Since I did not know I was chareged for my "free" trial and used my credit card it sent me over the limit and I was charged another $29.00 for being over the limit. Netflix should not have charged me before my membership was up nor should they have charged me after cancelling my membership. Unable to find a phone number I emailed their customer service and am still waiting on a reply on how and when they are going to refund my money. I dont think its fair for them to make me wait on a response to a refund when they couldn't wait until the trial was up before they charged me. I would like people to know that a "two week free trial" ended up costing me $48.20. Beware if there is no way of contacting customer service.

We need to have respect for the blessed mother, catholic faith. Making a mockery for something sacred is not and will never be acceptable. As a big company that you are, you should know and do better. Very disappointing !

I've been a Netflix customer for years, but I'm so appalled by the show "Big Mouth." Just from the trailer, I can see that the show panders to those sexually interested in children - pedophiles. How can you ever justify such filth? Please stop broadcasting this horrible trash.

The only true reason I had Netflix was due the ability to stream My Little Pony since no place else offers such a task. I've been a big fan of the franchise since I was young. And an act considering suspending my subscription. What's the reasoning for getting rid of such a beloved show by so many people? ... Well? What's the deal?
Connecting to Netflix is always difficult lately. I have to enter my email and password every time which is a pain. Then sometimes it doesn't connect and I have to start all over again.
What is happening at Netflix? We pay more monthly but the service is less.
The show is called "DISJOINTED". After watching one episode, my wife & I feel it was the MOST disgusting, ugliest. physically sickening show we have ever seen. I am more than surprised, intact, very disappointed that Netflix chose it as a selection. It should be removed immediately.
This is seriously pathetic. Everyone watches this show. I am on my 4th time of watching it and you think I can finish the whole thing in less than a month? Netflix has been charging my account $11.99 a month for quite awhile now. I do not even have netflix. I consider that stealing. I want it to stop and I want to be reimbursed for every cent you have taken from me for something i dont even have. This is ridiculous.

I am writing to voice our frustration with Netflix removing Last Man Standing on September 30, 2017. Why? please explain! We watch Last Man Standing for hours each night, "especially now that they have been cancelled on traditional television
I have been watching this show and I just saw that they are taking it off. So now I don't even get to finish it. This is dumb and annoying. What is the point of removing it?! This is my all time favorite show and Netflix is the only way I could watch it. I think it is unfair and I want to know why it is being removed.

Even after deleting my account, Netflix has been deducting money from my account since 23 August 2018. I want a refund as well. I used it during the free trial period. And religiously deleted it as soon as the trial period ended. But over the past two months it has been deducting Rs. 500 . I am fed up. And I demand a refund.
At least if you are going to charge peoples card can you have a working phone number where people can contact an actual human. Im getting very very frustrated that money was taken from my card and I have no way to contact anyone about it. I have been watching Netflix with French audio and subtitle, and the subtitles most of the time is not the same as the audio. Netflix should make an effort to add correct subtitles.

Im a huge fan of riverdale and im from Singapore but to my disappointment Riverdale Season 3 is not being streamed in Singapore Netflix. I waited for quite some time for the Season 3 to finally air.. May I know why? :'(

As a Catholic viewer of Netflix, I urge against and strongly protest the displaying and promoting of the blasphemous shows depicting Christ and his Mother and Joseph in horrible parodies.
