I have used Norton in the past and present. Recently, though I feel I've been nickeled and dimed for different products. I went to upgrade utilites and then had both utilities on my computer. Someone did help get this straightened out but I was also overcharged for the initial amount that was offered. I spent a better part of the day working with Norton to try and get this straigtened out. I could not sign on my norton account which I told each customer service rep. I was unable to. I had my cell number as an extra safety feature. I was not getting the text message with the code, however, I was getting text messages. No one seemed to be able to help. I was told to wait a couple hours and try again. That did not work, and the morning could not sign again. I will call the number given for assistance because I'm tiered of this back and forth with AI and then a rep. who cannot help. It seems to me they could send a code via email but that was never offered. I'm trying again this afternoon and if I cannot not I will be leaving Norton.
Desired outcome: I want to view my account and print out my account numbers as I have in the past.

Norton seems to be turning tech support into a marathon. Could’ve been worse — you managed to get some of it sorted, even if it felt like pulling teeth. Hopefully, they realize that keeping a loyal customer shouldn't require jumping through endless hoops.
