Order returns
I ordered clothed online. They arrived May7th and they were returned to them on May11th. I have called repeatedly and been told the refund would be delayed until June30th. That is outrageous.
Tonight I have been on hold to talk to a person. The timers says 3 hours and 13 minutes. This is no way to run a business.
I tried to return them to a store but they have closed all but 2 local stores. The store told me that they couldn't return them because they were from a different division. I don't know what else I can do.
Order issue
I placed an order on May 26/20. It "shipped" on June 3/20. The status with UPS still hasn't changed. Its been 15 days and it still says "Ready for Pickup". I have emailed them at least 4 times and I have not received a response. My order # is TW3PYY8. I have tried calling multiple times and hung up after sitting on hold for an hour. I have never had such horrible customer service.

Several times I have called Old Navy for a prepaid label, could not on line because it is sale items. First of all I ordered a 1 X not a 2 X utlity jacket, and have no idea why they included a plus sherpa 1/4 zip pullover, did not order this item... I ordered Masks which I DEFINITELY DO NOT WANT and you have charged my credit card for, as well as May 30, 2020 the amount of $52.52, On the 13 of June 2020 $556.82 as well as $19.20, On June 16, 2020 $55.82,
The above mentioned order of TW70CW3 has been sent to GAP INc. Returned Department 9500 McLaughlin Rd. N, Brampton, Ontario L5X 0B8, plus I have included my charges to send this back in the amount of $18.72.
Can not believe how disoriented a company can be for 1 order, I suggest you clear up these charges, this in my eyes is fraudelent. I expect a clarification as soon as possible on my credit card for all these amounts. Should I have to contact someone to investigate this I will not hestitate to do so, surthermore I hope I do not have to contact my credit card company for this mess.
I realize it is Corvid 19, but no one is anwering your phones or emails for assistance, spent over a week and a half trying to get through, up to a hour at one time, Looking forward to a reply asap. Tina Rozich
Old navy returns
I shipped back two returns and both were received by old navy on may 4. I had already tried to change the order days after finding out covid had made customer service non existent! Even now when things are opened back up a considerable amount, I have yet to see my returns refunded back to me. I am unable to reach them by email phone or mail! I will probably never order from old navy again because of this awful experience.

We are an Old Navy family and I was very happy to see that the company was offering affordable face masks during this pandemic. The photo illistrated many classic Old Navy designs, so I felt it was a very good deal and ordered 2 set's of " 5 surprise pack" face masks for our family. The thought was I would assign differint patterns to each familty member, or so I thought?!
Well, to my surprise, I received 2 identical packs of masks which including 2 plain white and 3 of the same plaids. So now I have 4 white masks and 6 of the same plaid, not at all like they advertised. You would think I would have received two different packs. Thankful for the offer, very dissapointed in what I received.
Where is my order
I placed an order on April 16, 2020. It was to arrive at my house in 5 to 8 days. I understand with Covid it will take a few extra days. It is now May 8 and they have not processed my order yet. Yes they have not processed my order. I have asked several times when my order will be shipped and have gotten " we don't know " as an answer. That answer does not cut it. Nor do the generic pre scripted answers. Please help!
Order delays and no support
Placed an order 2 weeks ago and still has not shipped or even been processed at this point. Contacted customer support which was useless because all they said was we will receive a shipping notification when it ships. That's all, no reason as to why it hasn't been processed, if it will be processed soon, nor an estimation of when it may ship, if it even does. The kicker is we placed an order a couple days after this delayed order and it's being delivered tomorrow. Also, placed another order just a few days ago, 4 days to be exact, with a couple of the same items & it has already shipped! Unacceptable old navy. Orders should be fulfilled in the order they are received. If you can't fulfill orders then stop taking orders. Terrible customer support, or rather an extreme lack of. Would not recommend old navy.
Emailed that item was delivered last month in South Jordan Utah. I live in Oregon. Called snd after 2 hr wait told to disregard email it will arrive in 4 to 7 days. Next day received another email stating it was delivered to my address in Oregon. It’s not here. Clicked on can’t find my package and it says look in the bushes, ask your neighbors or delivery people mark things as delivered before they deliver them. Huh? Tried calling and Old Navy customer service is not accepting phone calls.
Received clothes with security tag still on there - called and stop by the store in Cedar Hill Tx and they would not remove 05/19/20

I am 5 9 and there should be no reason why Old Navy never restock on long jeans mid-rise jeans this is ridiculous even when you going to the store at Old Navy they have tall and there's a big difference between tall and long jeans can someone please look into this you never restock on mid-rise jeans there should be no reason why any person at any size should not be able to shop at your store
Management
The management in this store is terrible, they mistreat their workers. The workers customer service is incredible, unfortunately to my knowledge they terminated one of their hard working managers. I've seen workers try their very best to make this store so much better while their managers are doing nothing and talking amongst each other. This needs to be addressed ASAP!

I wonder about the TV ad with Neil Patrick Harris in his PJ's and the chirldern.
In fact I think and many people I know think this also... we think it is very inappropriate ad. Do you know NPH is as queer as a three dollar bill ?
Next remember M. Jackson and his problum with chrildren ? Think how much you will lose in sales when your queer {NPH} is found to be a child molester also ? In the meantime I know my chrildren will NOT be shopping at any of your stores and I know of sixteen other families that are NOT shopping at your stores.. I also think when you dont do anything our PTA will be asking for a school flyer with all the sad facts expressed in this letter.. ONE more point.. think about Hallmarks lose when they had same sax partners in their ads ?
Call center
Now call old navy.com and you get central america... And they cannot speak clear english nor understand your issues, questions, etc. Since this switch, every call I have made ended only in frustration. Old navy used to have great people helping us with out product/order issues, now...? No sort of information, help, its absolutely ridiculous and the worst possible service or lack thereof. I will not shop oldnavy.com any longer due to the calls all going to a foreign country who do not have any knowledge of anything customer service related! And to top it off, these reps do not care at all, you cannot complain to anyone, you just get put on hold endlessly then disconnected. Its crazy and i'm fed up and done!

I did a pick up in store purchase on two pair of jeans. My friend was authorized, in the email, to pick the items up. I feel that your mailer is very misleading. It states that by using our Old Navy Card we get 50% off of our purchase. When I got to the counter to pay, I was disappointed that it was 50% off of the Regular price and not 50% off my purchase (most of my purchase was on sale already). The clerk told me that they try to let customers know before they ring up the purchase since so many are confused. The clerk was apologetic and very helpful. I had them take away about half of what I had intended to buy since it really was not 50% off my purchase. I had to really search through the very fine print to find out that the discount being taken off of the regullar price. It is in such small print and on the 5th and 6th line of the disclosure...not even at the top. This is misleading and I believe it is meant to be misleading as the part that says it is 50% off your purchase is Huge and in Bold Red Lettering. I am dissappointed in this as I can imagine other customers are as well. Had it stated in the Bold Red Letting that it is 50% off of Regular Prices I would have been fine, but I am disappointed because it seems to be an intentional misleading piece of marketing to get us in the store and to use your Credit Card.
