merchandise never received!!
I was home all day today and saw one of your trucks outside my home. I opened the door and noticed the driver was not in the driver's seat so I assumed he/she was looking for whatever they were going to deliver. After waiting several minutes no one ever came to the seat so I shut my door. I opened it again and still no one in the seat or visible. I again shut my door. Minutes later I look out and the truck is driving away by a male driver. Hours later I received a message stating my package was delivered to my front door. This was an absolute lie! The driver NEVER got out the truck nor did he come to my door and deliver anything! I called the customer service line and was told they wouldn't and couldn't open up an investigation because the package was scanned! What?! This employee lied! I paid my money for merchandise not for a company to STEAL it! This is totally unacceptable and what's even more upsetting is more people have experienced the same thing! Look at the Yelp reviews! I want an investigation immediately!
driver complaint
I want to complain about one of your drivers who was delivering in the Carmel Valley area today [protected]) today, July 10th, 2018. A short hair heavier set fellow.
I was riding my bicycle with a friend today through our neighborhood and he harassed us twice (neither times we were even on the same road as him) in which he screamed and yelled profanities, flipped us off, etc... and then he came to my house later for a delivery in which my wife informed me he was hostile towards her and our dog, and I hadn't even mentioned to her yet about my incident. And then he showed up a 3rd time to my mother in laws house in a small neighborhood with children and was driving extremely recklessly!
I chose not to engage with the driver today, but something/someone needs to be accountable for this, especially in a company vehicle.

Worst delivery company EVER. Amazon has used them 7 times to "deliver" to my home. Two items never arrived--"lost in transit"--and the other 5 times the item arrived days later. NOT ONE ON-TIME DELIVERY TO ME. OnTrac's website always shows the same thing: that the package was delivered to OnTrac's holding facility near my house, on the day after I placed my order, that it will be delivered later that day, yet it never arrives on time. Here is one example of an item that was supposed to arrive on Tuesday (this is from Amazon's website): "Now expected by Saturday We're sorry your package is late We're working with the carrier to get your package back on track, and we'll let you know when your package is out for delivery. Please come back Sunday if you still don't have it and we'll help you out." Was expected Tuesday, July 3 Finally, I called Amazon and told them to "deprioritize" OnTrac. In other words, Amazon will use UPS, Fedex, and pretty much any other delivery company. You CAN demand that companies like Amazon not use OnTrac. DON'T EVER USE "OnCrap" and insist that companies you deal with NEVER use them.

Packages should of been here on Friday didn't leave warehouse on Friday... Manager sataed I can pick up at warehouse but can't give me the address until it is confirmed to be held...Gave him my cell number as I was going to be in the area the next day (Sat) NEVER CALLED BACK...
Talked to another manager stated my packages will be delivered by 3pm Monday...I asked to do a surise service as I have not reveived them in a timely manner and was not called back so I could pick them up at the warehouse...It is ALL ABOUT THE MONEY NOT CUSTOMER SERVICE...

Per their tracking information, a package was supposed to have been delivered to my front door. This is impossible, as there is a locked gate across the driveway, and there were 3 dogs between the gate and my house at that time, plus I was home - nobody was at my front door! When I called Ontrac, the representative kept insisting, that the package was scanned at my location and thus must have been delivered. She completely denied the possibility, that the driver may have made a mistake, or kept the package for him/herself (it contained expensive electronics). She was not willing to have the driver contact me, which would have cleared the problem up quickly. The rep's supervisor was equally unhelpful and stone-walling me.
Just had a very similar situation last night. Driver said the package was delivered when it clearly wasn't because I was standing at my front door at the time they said it arrived. Customer representative refused to believe that there were any other possibilities and her driver was not wrong. Her only answer was "we delivered the package and so the problem is between you and Amazon". Worst company ever. I wish Amazon would dump them and use more of their own drivers, we never have any trouble with them.
your drivers
Your drivers in Boise, ID are horrible. I have seen them speed through subdivisions, cut people off on the road and drive like maniacs. This morning on the interstate, one of your vans got so close behind me that I couldn't see his headlights and then when he passed me, he was going between 80-85 miles an hour. Then he shot across 4 lanes of traffic to get to the exit. It wasn't a surprise exit...it is the exit to the Ontrac office. His license plate # was 233WZ. This is unacceptable. When I see a business van speeding through a neighborhood with a school and kids everywhere, I can tell you I would not use that service. I am not sure if this complaint is going to do anything but they are going to end up hurting someone.
packages not delivered to my address
I have had to packages, ordered from Amazon, that show as being delivered but I didn't have them. I did call your 800 number and the lady only told me it showed it had been delivered. I tracked both packages down to two different neighbors. I have complained to Amazon and asked them not to use On Track but that hasn't worked. I have posted on Facebook asking if anyone knows who delivers in our area thinking maybe I could contact them to let them know where I lived at. There are only 3 houses on our road maybe he/she will make it to my house next time.

Delivery person who delivers our packages always throws packages to the ground. I've confronted him before but the behavior is still happening. I caught him on camera several times. This behavior is unacceptable. He did not pay for the items I ordered si he has no right to treat it like garbage. If the items break, I should hold him and or the company responsible.

I placed an order on Amazon of an electronic device. I was home when the item was delivered. I live upstairs and can hear when someone walking up the steps. I looked through the view hole in my door to see the delivery driver walk only halfway up the stairs and toss my package to my door. This is completely unacceptable. Complaint: the vehicle was parked on a RED zone on Building 10. We tried to find the driver, but the vehicle is un-attended.
We had a hard time backing up due of this vehicle parked behind.
ADVISE: Next time do no park on the red zone. Avoid parking behind the residents cars.

Your driver frequently leaves packages at my house (3324 French Loop NW, Olympia Wa) outside my garage door directly behind my car. It would be very easy to open the door and back over a package. In addition, this spot is highly visible from the street while our front door is secluded. Please instruct your driver to leave future deliveries on our front porch.

Amazon order
This order was left on top of our package lock box. This is not the first time this has happened. This is not our first complaint to your company. Both my neighbor and I who use the box for all deliveries have had this happen with ONTRAC deliveries. Only ONTRAC deliveries. Both UPS and FEDEX use the box. ONTRAC is the only company which ignores our instructions to put packages in the box. The box combination is on our Amazon address. My neighbor has personally spoken with one of your drivers. Is it going to take having packages stolen to get your company to put the packages in the box?

How does this company CONSISTENTLY get away with outright lying on their tracking page by saying an item was delivered when it was not? I guess they must include all the packages delivered to the wrong address. Yesterday for example...I was home, my husband was home, AND we have a driveway cam that shows any delivery person/truck/activity. They supposedly delivered a package at 12:30pm, WRONG.
Usually if I see something is due to be delivered by OnTrac, I refresh the tracking page every 5 minutes and take screenshots. With it being, you know, CHRISTMAS (and this non-delivery included Christmas presents, of course), I was a little busy and could not do that BUT I was home. No way in **** was it delivered at 12:30.
Now waiting for Zulily to get back to me with a refund; unfortunately, since it IS Zulily, they cannot resend the items. God, I hate OnTrac.
I have been contacting ontrac since saturday in regards to a package that was scheduled for delivery. the online chat agent is very unhelpful, they do not give straight answers, the online system says to put in your info and you will be contacted within 48 hours. it is now wednesday and i still have not been contacted, no delivery and no updates. when i look online it says attempted delivery on sunday at 657am to a closed business which was in a different city over an hour away. so wrong address, attempted outside of normal hours and no reattempt since. when you chat with an agent they cut you off before you can even ask the questions. also when you call [protected] the number on the website it rings then gives a fast busy signal, or the number on the vans [protected] it directs you to the website which is a vicous circle of no answers. chat agent keeps telling me it will be reattempted but cannot offer a date or when to expect. such a hassle, the shipping company seems like a scam all the way around.

I was supposed to receive a package last Friday but they couldn't find my house. So they decided to just hold on to the package until I noticed something was wrong. I contacted Amazon and they did a 3 way call with Ontrac. I gave directions on how to get to my house, even though the [censor] have delivered here before. I was told I would get it today sometime. Well I was cooking dinner last night and I get a notification my package was delivered to the front door. So I go to my front door and guess what, NO PACKAGE! So I contact Amazon again and they tell me sometimes they will scan it as delivered before they deliver. [censor]! I contacted them again this morning and was told I had to wait until the end of today and they would do a replacement order or a refund. This is a Christmas present for my new granddaughter and I was starting to really worry. Well about an hour after talking to Amazon my neighbor, who has caused me all kinds of problems in the past, brought it to my door. The [censor] delivered ti to the wrong god damn house! I am so mad that I am seriously considering canceling my Amazon Prime account. I will not be doing anymore Christmas shopping online as I do not want to go through this again.
incompetence of delivery people
These OnTrac halfwits emailed a "delivered" message but our package from Walmart was nowhere to be seen. The delivery description said it was left "Behind the gate" but there IS no gate here to leave anything behind. The package never showed up and Walmart sent the order again; half by Fedex and the other half again by OnTrac. The Fedex package was left outside our apartment door where deliveries usually are left. But the OnTrac delivery was left inside the entrance door to the apartment building; which is not a "gate" and was probably where the previous order was left and someone else just walked off with it! Today we came in from shopping and saw a delivery for a neighbor from OnTrac...OUTSIDE the entrance door and visible to anyone walking by on the street. We left it outside the neighbor's door with a message about what happened. This company is the worst I've ever seen and the drivers are apparently a bunch of [censor] who should be fired! I don't understand how a business this screwed up can even BE in business! If there's a way to avoid having anything delivered by these [censor] on the order forms I'll take Fedex, UPS or the mailman.
poor delivery and dangerous driving
We live in Moro Bay, Ca. I run a business out of my home and have many packages delivered to my house. The Ontrc driver in our area is extremely inconsiderate.
1. He or she does not come to the door. Instead they leave packages in a precarious place at the bottom of our stairs. The packages are difficult to see and available for anyone to steal. In one incident, they actually left a package that contained an $800 computer program disk leaned up against our garage next to the garbage cans.
2. A few days ago we were talking with a neighbor in or street. My husband motioned to your driver to slow down. Your driver ignored us and sped by at least 35 mph. These are residential streets. The speed limit is 25 mph. We all have grand children that play here. This driver is not only inconsiderate, they are unsafe.
Christmas season is coming up and we are all very concerned.

The last 2 days I have had packages delivered to me. The driver threw my packages over my chain link fence to hit my door. The first item was damaged and the second packed itself was already open. Why is ontrac hiring terrible drivers that care nothing about the packages. Throwing my stuff ? Come on now, I'll be making a complaint to the BBB if i do not receive a response to this submission.

They don't deliver and it's their main issue. I don't know why this company hasn't shut down yet. I ordered twice and had enough. I never received anything from them. The tracking number showed me different things like the package was delivered to me, but it wasn't the truth. They refunded once but refused to do it again. Even though they lost my package again.
Strange business, I would recommend you to stay away.
