I am a consumer and also a leasing manager. I have had many issues with the delivery people leaving the packages outside the building door when there is option to call the customer from the Call box, they do it for both our Propeties. This is unacceptable and not sure how they still get to keep their jobs after dealing with people's packages like Garbage. No other delivery service does this only Ontrac which is driving everyone crazy and pissed. Packages go missing damaged due to not handling it well.

My delivery has continued to be delayed for no reason. Tried contacting them with no luck. My packages where supposed to be delivered on 11-07-2022. I’ve sent countless emails with no response. They have no customer service number to speak to someone.

Ontrac delivers packages to curb next to roadway where it can be stolen
This is the 2nd complaint we have about ontrac. Nothing was done the first time so I expect nothing will be done this time either. The first time involved an ceiling fan kit. We found the package in the brush next to the roadway. Anyone passing by could have seen it and taken it. We were home when it was evidently tossed there, but the driver chose to dump and run.
Second most recent incident, my wife ordered an item from Nordstroms to be delivered to our residence by ontrac. The lazy driver delivered the package to the curb, next to the roadway, clearly visible to anyone driving by.
This is unacceptable. We will be filing a complaint with Nordstroms, hopefully with the goal of ontrac losing their business.
Desired outcome: an apology would be nice. fire the lazy driver would be ideal. change company policy is this is ontrac's business model.

I ordered clothes online, I checked the status of my order & of course it said the package was delivered. I contacted ontrac & was told the driver delivered the package to me sat Oct 1st & I've yet to receive my package. I explained to them that all the addresses in my complex are the same except the street name & building number. I emailed ontrac again & I got the same response saying the package was delivered. I'm highly upset & very disappointed with your company.
Desired outcome: I would love to receive the package I paid for.

The driver delivered a package on Saturday, throwing it on our porch and I was watching out our front window. He proceeded to get in his truck, try to make a turn in front of our house and slammed his truck into our front tree destroying 3 tree branches falling into the street or bending completely. Hearing the video, I'm surprised it was just branches as it sounds like he may have damaged his truck as well. He took off immediately, and while I tried to chase him, he sped up around the corner. There is no way to talk to a live person with on-trac, so I sent messages hoping to be contacted back. The video was too large to send, so I've attached photos of the delivery package, the driver and the tree he hit.

I ordered from Shein. It was my second order from Shein. The first arrived via USPS with no issues, just slow (but with accurate delivery date). The second order was shipped with Ontrac. Unfortunate for me. Ontrac claimed the packages delivered, which they weren't (I work from home). I called and they assured me they were investigating and would call me back in two business days. They never did. I emailed through their website form. No response. I called again- still "investigating". I called again a couple days later. Now "too much time has passed" and "the investigation is concluded" and "only Shein can file a claim." Truly a horrible company with horrible customer service. Businesses should stay away- I will no longer order from Shein since there's no way to ensure they won't use Ontrac.
Desired outcome: Reimbursement of the value of the packages they lost.
Delivered to a public sidewalk

At around 3:00 in the afternoon Ontrac delivered two boxes to the outside of my fence, on to the public sidewalk. They did not even attempt to go to the gate, much less deliver them through the gate into my yard. At 3:50 someone drove by, stopped and took both of my boxes. Your driver's need to place the packages in a secure area, not just Infront of the house!
Desired outcome: Place packages in the yard or even on the door step!!
Never Delivered
On Friday 9/16/2022 @ 3.28PM Ontrac's email said they had delivered a package to my 'Front Door'. My cameras say it didn't happen. I have a camera at the front door and rear door. I can see all the way down my 150 and 170 foot driveways. No one, no car, nobody delivered any packages to my address that day. Nobody came down a driveway and nobody came to either door. There is no package and it was not stolen either, I would have seen that too. The driver stole the package and the company is lying about it.
Desired outcome: I want my money back and a driver to lose his job!
Package Dropped off on Door Step in Apt Complex While Acknowledgement of Neighbors Moving Out Package Was Stolen!
The package was delivered to the door supposedly after stating that it had BEEN delivered and signed for . The driver just sat the packages at the door while seeing people moving next door didn't even attempt to knock I was sitting in the living room listening for door or some kind of acknowledgement.. found out through surveillance from property management watching the driver observe people moving drop the packages no attempt
to knock to confirm acknowledgement to residence of the house of packages being delivered observing a potential theft. I understand that you have to put specific details in delivery,but this is just common sense and performance and how a employee feels about how their performmance projects the quality of their company for their customers. Apparently On-trac doesn't have a high standard for their company by the delivery drivers they hire I see!
Desired outcome: Professionalism people pay for this service treat the items you deliver as if it was a ontrac product.. Treat CUSTOMERS THE WAY THEY WE WOULD LIKE TO BE TREATED PERIOD

My most recent delivery that was unfortunately sent to be delivered through ontrac was horrible. I was scheduled to have my item be delivered Wednesday August 31, 2022. I was home at the time it was said to be delivered and I was home the rest of the day. Not a single package was left at my home. I waited 2 more business days and still nothing, the delivered status only give me the detail that it was left at a “main lobby”, yet I live in a house so where is there a “main lobby”. No address to see if i can pick up my package where it was left and customer service is no help at all! this is now my second delivery through ontrac where my package has been missing! I believe this company either steals packages or leaves them at random places not even near correct addresses! There is no way this company is any good.

I just received my package and for the third time it is thrown at my door! I have spoken to some of the other residents at our apartment complex and they also have had their package thrown at the door. We have door bells and there is no reason why the driver cannot ring when they put a package at the door! They do not know what is in the package and it might be breakable. This is second delivery that was left out on the street in rain. First was 8/18/22 yesterday, second 8/19/22 today. This is ridiculous every other delivery service brings it to my front door. The packages were left 75 feet from my front door . This delivery driver is just lazy we even have a circular driveway he could pull through . Do your job!

They need to train their delivery drivers. The company refused to take responsibility for how their delivery driver delivers the package. They don't care if you get the package or not and would not hesitant to leave your package in the open with lots of foot traffic even if business is close. They would just update their system to successfully delivery and when you call they would not try to help you. They would ask you to contact the seller. I always order from Fashion Nova never had an issue until they started using OnTrac.

A delivery driver not delivering to the homes.
I am the manager of oak acres manufactured home park. Your driver left packages for the second time at our office door. All packages are to be delivered to their homes. He or she comes by when we are closed and leaves them outside are office door where they can be stolen. He or she needs to quite leaving them and deliver to the homes. We are not open on weekends and if he delivers them on weekends they will sit outside until Monday morning for anyone to take. I would appreciate it if you could correct this issue.

Lack of delivery
I ordered an item from Walmart as a birthday gift for my grandson, it should have been delivered July 13. Checking the tracking information, it supposedly was attempted the 13th and 14th. I finally got a message from OnTrac advising that the driver needs the gate code in order to deliver my package. The problem with that is, I don't live in a gated community. Dealing via email with their customer service was terrible, they have a "I don't really care" attitude. The last message I received from them stated the anticipated delivery is July 18. It won't be because I canceled the order with Walmart. Why would you hire drivers who can't find an address? Neither FedEx, UPS or Amazon has a problem finding me.

I live in an apartment building where you CAN NOT leave packages at the gate even if the gate is locked as any person walking by can steal your package and counless amount of times these no goods will leave it at the gate. This time my package was STOLEN because they delivered to 'back gate' which is a lie no back gate and if they're referring to inside the gate, the delivery was still not done correctly because you MUST DELIVER TO FRONT DOOR. Now I'm stuck having to sort this with the company. I use to do deliveries for a living and know for a fact you must never leave a package up front close to the street like that.

Ontrac drivers that deliver constantly on top of mail boxes and not at homes.
This company Ontrac is trash. we live 600 feet off the road and the lazy worthless ontrac drivers just leave the package on top of the mail boxes on a busy street. Easy ability for thieves to steal packages whereas there are no homes in site of our mail boxes. We have called Ontrac many times and they continue to do nothing about this problem. not sure if customer service does anything each time our neighbors and us call to report this nonsense of Ontrac having extremely lazy workers. And we are in the month of July with no snow for them to use an excuse. I give ontrac 0 stars for their inability to deliver safely. Drivers are extremely lazy.
