Peel centre village, brampton did a big fraud with me by selling zero gravity sapphire without telling me about the agreement. They took my electronic signature without telling me that it was for credit loan agreement. They even forcibly booked my appointment by taking my stuff that he sold me saying I am giving you personal discount. After that, they asked me about my personal life and then asked for my g license and filled details in their tablet, then asked me that you can sign here for registration.
They charged me for $10,000 and said me I am vip. I went back to store after 12 hours to cancel agreement because I just earn $2000 a month. How can I afford $10,000 machine.
I want to cancel my agreement, this is a fraud.
Desired outcome: please cancel my agreement
Claimed loss: $5100

I am so sorry that you are going through this, Preet. I went through a similar experience at the OROGOLD Cosmetics Scarborough Town Centre location. The salesperson also told me I was signing a sales contract between me and the store, but instead it was a loan document (for Lendcare Canada). I am guessing they had you sign a digital tablet and did not give you a physical copy of the receipt.
