On jan. 23rd 2021 I ordered $33.00 worth of food and was shorted product. I ordered 5 orders of egg rolls and only received 2 orders. It was disappointing to the family. They seal the bags and it is hard to check when you pick up food in the drive thru. I used to love Panda. I visited this store on 11/9/2020 @ about 8:30 pm and was the only patron there at that time. I was told that my entree would be made to order in 5 mins. Ordered 2 entree, the cream rangoons were cold, like they had been sitting out for awhile. The sweet and sour sauce there was barely any in the containers. Panda Express Customer service is terrible here.

They [censored]* slammed the window at me as soon as I asked for the corporate number. The employee was giving me [censored] just because I changed my mind about my entree. The Manager either didn't speak English or she didn't give a [censored] (which I'm not surprised). I waited 45 min in line. I asked for my receipt it wasn't in my bag. This store really needs attention.

1. Discrimination against the elderly in all aspects of your interaction, 2. Pegging at the register for money when trying to pay for your food. 3. Turning on really loud kitchen equipment so you can't communicate with the order preparer. It was just a horrible experience it was as if they did not want anyone over the age of 60 in their food establishment.

Panda Express Food and delivery

Our order was delivered with 4 of the food containers wide open in the bag. Ordered: 2 chow main, 1 large firecracker shrimp, 1 large orange chicken, 1 large veggie roll and a small brocolli beef. Got: 2 chow main, 2 large shrimp (1 box the shrimp was gross GOOEY like snot ), 1 small brocolli beef and four TINY and SOGGY egg rolls. ALL COLD. Also...I found a HAIR in the shrimp! YUCK!
WE DID NOT EAT OUR MEAL BECAUSE OF FOOD CONTAMINATION! I expect a FULL REFUND for my order; I will bring the food (and the HAIR) back if necessary. Order#[protected]

We asked for an item for our 3 yr old and there was none. We were told they can make it in 5 min.. 10m later my wife asked the manager how long till it was ready and he replied / 5 min after the cook gets started like we already told you... WTF! Panda Express general manager in training

Panda Express cold food/waiting for a long time

Saturday after noon, me and my girlfriend came to eat at panda Express because Its our favorite until this happen. Not a long line but they ran out of certain food and It was a wait for It. It was a 10-15 minute wait for orange chicken to come out so I waited also others did as well. Time pass by already and what caught my eye was the workers were serving orange chicken to others who came later on and my plate was still there not bothered touched. So I stood up ask for my food so they did and sat down and half of my food was already cold for waiting so long for something I had to wait a little longer. So I didn't like that and didn't give me anything to make up the wait.

Panda Express (raw chicken) kung pao chicken

My son phoned me to ask if Chicken should be chewy? I responded NO, and asked why? He then let me know his bowl from Panda Express of Kung Pao Chicken was Chewy! Then my daughter who works at a restaurant let me know the chicken was RAW. And that my son, had eaten a couple of pieces.
She then told me she called n they told her just to take the bowl back, and that he could get it replaced.
I think the entire purchase should be refunded, and replaced for the inconvience. I menctioned this to the manager, who Would not give me his name! Who also stated that he wasn't allowed to give his name by phone!
I then let him know that I would complain to a higher position party. I also called another Panda Express, in McAllen Tx to find out if it was so that they could not give their name by phone, and the mngr from that store gave me his name!
I believe this isn't the way the owners would like their business to be ran!
I will follow up with another way till I get a respond.

Panda Express customer service issue

Last night I at store #1427 Boynton Beach location and it was the worst experience I've ever had. There is always some type of issue at this location from burnt rice all the way down to not having the proper ingredients to make a dish. For the most part the staff would try and succeed to correct the issue, but not last night. I filled out the customer survey like always to receive the free entrée and [censored] I went to pay for my meal I gave the cashier my completed receipt. As she began the transaction she realized that she didn't enter the code and she did try to stop the transaction before it was completed. She then turned to the manger at the time and was told there was nothing that could be done. Now I'm not cashier or manger for that fact and I understand that thing sometimes get hectic, but every customer is important. I feel as if taking a moment to refund and redo the transaction would've soled the problem. Sure it would've taken a few minutes more' but it would've been the right thing to do. I completed the survey honestly I'm at this location at least once a week and like I stated before they've corrected any issue before and its constantly issues at this location. Honestly speaking its only this location that seems to always have an issue. For a location of any type of customer service to be plagued with issues the way I was treated was a travesty and no paying customer should be treated this way.
