The restaurant that I visited was in Festus Mo The time was just before 6:00 PM
I ordered 2 soups from inside the store Not the drive thru. Onion soup and tomato soup. Also 2 drinks and 2 pastry's received our order went home and I live 18 miles from town so it's not like I was going to drive back to the restaurant the soups where both onion soup and their where no croutons and no cheese either in the soup.
Thank You

food
I ordered a sandwich and I added bacon on it and the lady that made my sandwich put half of a bacon slice and hid it in the cheese. I went up there and asked her politely that there was no bacon on it and she didn't believe me that it was on my recite so I showed it to her and she was rude the whole time and told me that is a slice of bacon. The bacon you couldn't even taste it and she didn't want to remake it. I was not happy that she put a tiny piece on my sandwich.
service and condition of restaurant
Very disappointed with my visit to the Panaera Bread Cafe 4313 in McDonough Ga today, Dec 8, 2017. My order for an Artisan salad and bowl of tomato soup was placed at 2.27pm. At 2:50pm I went to the pick-up window to check on my order. I waited another 6-7 minutes and finally asked if someone could check on my order. The server said the salad was ready and she would fix the bowl of soup. This was a dine-in order and when I got to the table, the soup was barely warm. There were no napkins in the dispenser by the drink station, and the server did not put a napkin on my plate with the order. A visit to ladies restroom found no toilet paper in the stall. An employee came in and I let her know there was no paper. She went to get some and was gone 5 minutes. During earlier visits to this location we've experienced extremely slow service and food that was not acceptable. My order number was 123, and the number on the bottom of my receipt is [protected]-7958-79. The total amount of my meal was $13.55.
service
I used the Kiosk to order my meal. I selected #68. I sat at table #19. The server brought my meal to the table, sat the 2 trays down picked up the #. All in that order it was surprisingly rude of him not to speak or tell me to enjoy my meal. No thank you are nothing. It was like having a robot deliver your meal as if you don't exist. The waiter returned to my table later attempted to pick up my tray to move it. I had to stop him because I wasn't finished my meal. This is unexceptable. I feel like I'm being rushed.

poor customer service
I visit Panera Bread 3-4 times a week. I spend quite a bit there on a weekly basis from breakfast to lunch to dinner. the franchise closest to me is in Hyde Park Plaza (Oakley) in Cincinnati, OH. The Monday thru Friday am crew is the worst for customer service I have ever seen. I have been to many Panera Bread's. I have lived all over the country and love the Panera Bread menu. This crew at this location never look you in the eye, never smile, never apologize when they screw up. Today I waited 25 minutes for a smoothie. I ordered Rapid Pickup. It wasn't done when I arrived 15 minutes later...in fact no one had even looked at their online orders. then I waited another 10 minutes for them to make it. no apologies for the wait. they always make you feel like you are bothering them. they never have enough equipment or food up front when they open to fill orders. they are always running in the back to get stuff further delaying filling orders. I will never set foot in that Panera again. Looks like I will have to drive an extra 10-15 minutes to get any Panera. this has been going on for over a year. I hate talking to them at all so I started doing Rapid Pickup but they usually screw that up so I have to talk to them anyway. I do not want a refund. I just needed to vent about those people and let you know how they are poorly representing your brand.
catering
On Wednesday December 6, 2017 we ordered lunch for a meeting from Panera. We ordered the sandwiches for delivery at 11:30 am and they came right on time. The sandwiches were delicious. The only issues we had were that some of the sandwiches were mislabeled so people were not getting what they thought they were and there was some confusion. With the sandwiches the menu said we would receive chips and pickles spears. We did receive the chips but the pickle spears were not included. Many people were looking forward to them so they were disappointed. Thanks.
customer service
My mom and I went to Panera and were charged $30.80 for our meal. I've been to Panera quite a bit so when we sat down I looked at our receipt and noticed the order was wrong. The server charged us for two is the same sandwiches and didn't give us one of the soups we wanted. So I quickly walk over to the area where the food was been made and told the manager that the order was wrong. She assured me the issue would be taken care of. I gave the manager the receipt and explained to her we wanted 2 sandwiches and 2 soups. Not 3 sandwiches and 1 soup. I walked back to where we were sitting and when the food was brought over my mom got her soup and a big bowl of her soup. My order was fine. Nothing was said when are food was brought over, like "I'm sorry for the mistake or we did such and such to make it right" So when my mom and I were done eating, we walked over to the counter and asked if we could have the receipt with and the difference that was owed us because of the mess up. I honestly didn't understand her math, but she said she only owed me $0.44 and I asked "How is that possible when you charged me for 3 sandwiches and 1 soup?" She then said "Well I gave you a bowl of the soup so that should have been fine" and I said, "But I didn't ask you to do that" so then she did another calculation and said hesitating, "Alright, I owe you $1.53." My mom and I walked away puzzled because if she would have recalculating the whole order I wouldn't have paid $30.80 for my meal. She wasn't apologetic at all and this experience has left a bad taste in my mouth and I will not be revisting this location again because of it.

last two visits items were missed (pick-up orders) did not know until back at office
I ordered a pick two (Caesar Salad and Half-Italian sandwich) from the kiosk today (December 6th 2017) which is supposed to come with a french baguette (as indicated on the receipt) but low and behold, no baguette.
Last time i visited - my "reward" cookie was also not in there, which I had let pass given it was a free item - but given that this time I once again (in my next visit no less) had also missing items - there was no way I could give this a pass. This should never happen - especially since they "check" what is in the bag with a checker to make sure that you get your correct order, which clearly does not work.
Location of the store in question is as follows.
3941 S Bristol St, Santa Ana, CA 92704
If this location operates like any other location, its a wonder how the chain is even in business. (outside of the wrong orders, the longest wait time I had at this location was 1 hour, you read that correctly, 1 hour, where wait times of 15-30 minutes have been common, its outright terrible).
catering 2 hours, 21 minutes late
I am writing to submit a complaint about a Panera catering order (#5260359)I placed for Dec. 2, 2017. The order was scheduled for delivery to 4636 Fieldstone Lane, Washington, DC 20008 between 9:30-9:45am. The event was a brunch for guests from out of town who attended my father-in-law's memorial service the night before. The brunch was intended to start at 10am and end at noon. Most guests planned their travel around the brunch time so many had planes or trains to catch or long car rides home to start. At 10:15am, when the food had not yet arrived, I called Panera to see what the holdup was. I was told the driver was lost but was about 5 minutes away. Ironically, 35 of our out of town guests were successful at finding the home where the delivery was scheduled to come. I left the guests I was hosting to stand at the end of the driveway to ensure the delivery driver did not miss the turn. At 10:30am the food was still missing. I called Panera a second time and asked for the direct number of the delivery driver. When I called Berhan, the driver, she was clearly frustrated and hung up on me during our call as I was trying to redirect her to the intersections of Brandywine and Broad Branch. During my 2 additional attempts to reach her she hung up on me while I was still talking. At 10:45am I called Panera directly again to see why our order was now an hour late. I spoke with Ato who tried to connect me with a manager. I was on hold for 12 minutes and the manager never picked up.
It was not until 11:07am that our order arrived. I was told that the GPS kept directing her to an address 55 miles away in Virginia. That should have been a sign that something was not quite right as I doubt this was the closest Panera to the VA location nor do I think their delivery radius includes locations 55 miles away. While taking the food out of the bags I shared that I'd ordered 2 coffees and only one was delivered. They also failed to bring cups for the one coffee that made it and the one carafe of hot chocolate. The cups and second coffee did not arrive until 11:51am, 10 minutes before the event was scheduled to end.
At that time, the driver gave the receipt with my credit card information to sign to my friend Victoria and asked her to sign it. My friend said this was my order and my credit card information and so I needed to sign for it. I refused to sign for it at the time and indicated that I needed to speak with a manager first given that my full order was 2 hours and 21 minutes late. It goes without saying that it was inappropriate to ask someone other than the cardholder to sign for the order. The manager, Scott, called me at 2:29pm on Saturday. I was unable to answer his call at that time as we were managing logistics of a funeral and grieving the loss of a family member. I called Scott back on Sunday, Dec. 3rd at 1:20pm after all of our family had left town. I was appalled by his lack of response to the situation and very upset that in the midst of a funeral for a family member I needed to waste my time trying to hold Panera accountable for their unacceptable mistake. He apologized and offered 25% off and the delivery fee waiver for my next catering order. To me, this was a ludicrous offer. After what I experienced I would never use Panera for catering services again and his solution was to ensure that I had to spend additional money with the company. He also reprimanded me for not calling back on Saturday and claimed that he could not open up an account from a day before. I'm sorry but calling back a manager for an egregious error on his end was not on my list of things to do the weekend of my father-in-law's funeral. He told me he didn't know how to open an account from a previous day but would call around to try to figure it out and that he'd call me back later that day. It is now Wednesday, Dec. 6th and I have yet to receive a call back.
Not only did our food significantly arrive late but I wasted nearly an hour waiting outside for a delivery driver when I should have been inside enjoying our guests who made a tremendous effort to come and support our family during a troubling time. We also were not able to serve all of our guests in a timely fashion and some had to leave before the food even arrived. The treatment I received from the manager was appalling and disrespectful of my time.
Given the long list of grievances I have related to this order I do not intend to pay for our catering order. If my credit card is charged for the order I will dispute the charge as I never signed for it. I am hoping we can come to an agreement on this matter and find a resolution. I have always enjoyed Panera and I'm disappointed that this experience will discourage me from being an individual patron and catering customer.
Best,
Michelle Sinkgraven
orders
Hello! I'm a student at Indiana University in Bloomington, IN. I love Panera but the last five times that I have gone they have messed my order up. They have messed up my friends a lot as well. They have given us the wrong soup, drink, sandwich, and they have forgotten to give us one thing. This didn't happen all in one order but they have messed up one thing every order recently. They also never give us large waters when we clearly ask for them.
catering
I ordered catering for eight people to be delivered at 11:30-11:45, I called at 12:00 and found out the order did not go out with the delivery driver. It is now 12:23 and still no lunch for meeting. We are on a strict agenda time and now the whole meeting does not have time for lunch. I spoke to another person about Panera catering and they had a similar problem and waited an hour for her pick up catering after she had ordered on line.
If you are going to promote your catering and delivery services you should be able to do what you say you will do.
expired product and rude service.
I ordered a strawberry banana smoothie, at the drive through Panera in my town. As soon as I took a sip I knew the yogurt or whatever dairy product within the smoothie was expired. The smoothie was extremely sour! And I've had Panera smoothies many times before, never have they tastes that bitter. I asked the woman at the window for a refund and she asked "Are you sure? You're taking up the line." So I left Panera with no refund and a expired smoothie.
staff/customers
i do not want to be the one to point this out but this had gone on long enough, i am a regual here at the barmoor location i have begining to notice things . There is a lady who comes in everyday i am there i have never once seen her pay for her coffees and she sits there all day . she is starting to bother others who come in and pay money she is basically loitering . this needs to be solved before you lose customers .
service
Hi my name is Annette and I am a long time customer of Panera Bread in Marlton NJ. I am writing to you today to complain about my food and my service. I was in your store about a week ago and the service was very poor. The food even worse. My daughter and I frequent your Marlton location in the Promanade at least 2-4 times a week if not more. My daughter plays sports so this is a perfect location for us to grab a quick bite to eat. Needless to say on my last visit it was NOT a quick bite to eat. We waited and waited and waited at least 25 mins for our food and I had to go up to the pick up counter and still wait and wait and wait for someone to speak to me before I could address the issue of the wait. To much personal chit chat gone on and not enough customer service. Once receiving the order m daughter waited a additional 15 mins for the strawberry banana smoothie. We both ordered full Chicken Caesar Salads which is our regular well they barely had any chicken in them and the lettuce was brown and wilted. As I took a bite the dressing was very bitter and fishy tasting. My daughters soup was not hot and the entire order was horrible. I went back to the counter and explained about the salad and they offered another I took it to go after voicing my concerns about the first one which I felt fell on deaf ears cause no one addressed the concerns with me they quickly boxed up another salad and moved me on my way. When I got home the salad went into the garbage cause it was no different the salad I had in the store brown and wilted. As I said I frequent here often with my daughter but I am not satisfied with the last few visit we had but this last visit was just horrible. I wanted you to also be aware I voiced this same complaint over the phone and the young lady was NOT helpful in addressing this issue and said she would notify the store and that they may or may not call or email me. I am very disappointed and not sure I will be returning to this location anytime soon or if at all. My email is [protected]@gmail.com if you would like to contact me in reference to this matter. Have a nice day!
online delivery was wrong...
I ordered a Chicken Torellini meal with salad with add ons making my total $22.02. I recieved a Pick two with Caesar salad and Mac & Cheese. Almost $7.00 in difference. The store, on Archer Road on Gainsville florida, would not answer their phone and the guy who delivered had to call me for them to know. I am not mad, i just wanted to get something fixed. Thank you!
food quality
I along with my three children ate at a Panera located in Doylestown, PA last evening. Our food was the worst meal I have been served in a long history of eating in Panera's throughout the US. Attached are pictures including a copy of our receipt. First I stood in line for ten minutes waiting to order while many employees were standing around talking. My chicken sandwich lacked chicken filling and the bread was very hard on the edges. My daughter's soup was at room temperature. My son's grilled cheese was internally so hot in that he burnt his mouth after his first bite. My other daughter's Mac and cheese had double cheese and was impossible to eat. The restaurant was about 25% full and your trash cans were overflowing.
less than friendly employee staff, left items out of my order, yet charged for it.
I'm a die hard Panera lover, and usually go to by Panera in Georgetown, Texas. Awesome staff, never a mistake. But while in Cedar Park, stopped at your store there. Unfriendly, seemed preoccupied but ordered my fave soups, cookies and your awesome muffins. As we're going home I found the error, but it was too late as we were almost home. I just want you to be aware of those not standing up to your professional standards and treating customers in a less than cordial fashion.
wrong order
I placed a lunch order today using online rapid pick up. Location Panera Bread, carytown, Richmond, VA. Nansemond St location. Order #[protected]. It was a simple you pick two. I waited 20 minutes before they realized it had been skipped in their computer que. I then found once back at work they had given me the wrong soup altogether. Greens salad with broccoli cheddar soup was instead chicken noodle which I dislike. What a waste of money and time, they were disorganized and making me regret being a customer.
to go boxes
Bruh ur to go boxes make no sense please take a lesson from every other restaurant in North America and change the mechanism of your carry out containers. I could not figure it out and am now living a salad-less life. By the way the clear plastic on the top provides no structural advantage. I just wanted to take my salad home in peace.
Sincerely,
Frustrated
